The adaptor 9 is provided with a U-shaped groove with a downward opening, the top end of the glass plate 102 of the curtain wall 100 is inserted into the U-shaped groove, and a gap between the U-shaped groove and the glass plate 102 is filled with foam rubber for sealing.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the curtain wall fixing device further includes a supporting plate 6 and an insulating layer 7 disposed on the supporting plate 6, one end of the supporting plate 6 is connected to the floor 300, the other end is connected to the aluminum veneer 101 of the curtain wall 100, and the insulating layer 7 is located on one side of the supporting plate 6 facing the supporting frame 2. Specifically, the lower end of the support plate 6 is bent toward the adaptor 9 and is fixedly connected with the adaptor 9, and the top end of the support plate 6 is fixed on the floor 300 by an anchor bolt. The support plate 6 is preferably a galvanized steel plate, which can play a role in fire prevention. The heat preservation performance in the building can be improved to the setting of heat preservation 7, and the preferred fire prevention material of heat preservation 7 improves the security performance of building.
The embodiment also provides a curtain wall construction method, which adopts the curtain wall fixing device for construction and specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, determining the size and the preset installation position of the support frame 2 according to the installation position of the curtain wall 100;
s2, sequentially fixing a plurality of support frames 2 on the cross beam 200 according to the preset installation positions;
s3, installing a connecting piece 31 at one end of each support frame 2 far away from the cross beam 200;
s4, fixing the curtain wall upright post 1 and the corresponding connecting piece 31 through the first fastener 32;
and S5, mounting the curtain wall 100 on the curtain wall upright posts 1.
In step S1, the first and second support beams 21 and 22 of the support frame 2 are sized in length according to the distance between the spot beam 200 and the curtain wall 100 fixing position, and the first and second support beams 21 and 22 of the corresponding lengths may be cut in the spot by a cutting apparatus. The preset installation position of the support frame 2 is arranged according to the shape of the curtain wall 100.
In step S2, when each supporting frame 2 is fixed, the first connecting plate 23 may be fixed on the cross beam 200 by the plurality of second fasteners 4, and then the first supporting beam 21 may be welded to the first connecting plate 23 by using a welding device. Then, the third connecting plate 25 is fixed to the cross member 200 by the third fastening member 5, and one end of the second support beam 22 is welded to the third connecting plate 25 and the other end is welded to the top surface of the first support beam 21. Finally, the second connecting plate 24 is welded to the overhanging end portion of the first support beam 21 (alternatively, the second connecting plate 24 and the first support beam 21 may be welded to each other on the ground, and then the first support beam 21 and the first connecting plate 23 fixed to the cross beam 200 are welded to each other).
In step S3, one connecting piece 31 is welded on each second connecting plate 24 on each first support beam 21 by a welding device to prepare for installation of the curtain wall pillar 1.
In step S4, the curtain wall uprights 1 are fixed to the corresponding connecting members 31 by the first fasteners 32, so that the installation of the curtain wall uprights 1 is completed, and then a third support beam 26 is welded to each curtain wall upright 1 to prepare for the installation of the aluminum veneers 101 of the curtain wall 100.
In step S5, the adaptor 9 is welded to the third support beam 26, and the adaptor 9 is connected to the curtain wall pillar 1. Then, the supporting plate 6 is connected between the floor 300 and the adaptor 9, the insulating layer 7 is arranged on the rear side of the supporting plate 6, and the aluminum veneer 101 is mounted on the third supporting beam 26. Then, the glass plate 102 of the curtain wall 100 (the glass plate 102 is usually hollow toughened glass) is installed, the upper end of the glass plate 102 is inserted into the U-shaped groove of the adaptor 9, and is fixed by filling foam rubber. Finally, the installation of the curtain wall 100 is completed by installing the decorative strip 103 on the side of the glass plate 102 opposite to the support frame 2, and the decorative strip 103 can increase the aesthetic property of the curtain wall 100.
The curtain wall construction method provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the cast-in-place external hanging beam below the floor slab 300 is not needed, the construction process of the curtain wall 100 is simplified, a large amount of manpower and material resources can be saved, and the construction cost is reduced. And support frame 2 can regard as prefab direct mount, compares in cast-in-place outer beam of hanging, has saved formwork, has pour and wait for the time that the concrete solidifies, and the efficiency of construction improves greatly, can effectively shorten construction period. Meanwhile, the construction method can install the arc-shaped curtain wall 100 and the curtain walls 100 with various special-shaped trends by flexibly arranging the positions of the plurality of support frames 2, and the universality is stronger.

Claims (10)
1. A curtain wall fixing device is characterized by comprising:
the curtain wall comprises a plurality of curtain wall uprights (1), wherein the curtain wall uprights (1) are used for mounting a curtain wall (100);
the supporting assembly comprises a plurality of supporting frames (2), the supporting frames (2) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the curtain wall upright posts (1), one end of each supporting frame (2) is connected with a cross beam (200) below a floor (300), and the other end of each supporting frame is connected with the corresponding curtain wall upright post (1);
connecting assembly (3), including connecting piece (31) and first fastener (32), the one end of connecting piece (31) with support frame (2) are connected, and the other end passes through first fastener (32) with curtain wall pillar (1) is connected.
2. The curtain wall fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting frame (2) comprises a first supporting beam (21) and a second supporting beam (22) which are arranged at an included angle, one end of the first supporting beam (21) is connected with the cross beam (200), the other end of the first supporting beam is connected with the connecting piece (31), one end of the second supporting beam (22) is connected with the cross beam (200), and the other end of the second supporting beam is connected with the first supporting beam (21).

The curtain wall fixing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the curtain wall fixing device further comprises a second fastener (4), the supporting frame (2) further comprises a first connecting plate (23) and a second connecting plate (24), one end of the first supporting beam (21) is connected with the first connecting plate (23), the other end of the first supporting beam is connected with the second connecting plate (24), the first connecting plate (23) is fixedly connected with the cross beam (200) through the second fastener (4), and the second connecting plate (24) is fixedly connected with the connecting piece (31).

The curtain wall fixing device according to claim 3, characterized in that the curtain wall fixing device further comprises a third fastener (5), the supporting frame (2) further comprises a third connecting plate (25), one end of the second supporting beam (22) far away from the first supporting beam (21) is connected with the third connecting plate (25), and the third connecting plate (25) is fixedly connected with the cross beam (200) through the third fastener (5).

The curtain wall fixing device according to claim 4, characterized in that the welding is performed between the first supporting beam (21) and the first and second connecting plates (23, 24), between the second supporting beam (22) and the third connecting plate (25), and between the first supporting beam (21) and the second supporting beam (22).

The curtain wall fixing device according to claim 3, characterized in that the connecting piece (31) is in welded connection with the second connecting plate (24), the connecting piece (31) is made of angle steel, and the first connecting plate (23) and the second connecting plate (24) are both made of galvanized steel.
7. Curtain wall fixing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the angle between the first support beam (21) and the second support beam (22) is acute.

Curtain wall fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the support frame (2) further comprises a third support beam (26), one end of the third support beam (26) is connected to the curtain wall upright (1), and the other end is cantilevered outwards, and the third support beam (26) is used for mounting an aluminum veneer (101) of the curtain wall (100).

The curtain wall fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a support plate (6) and an insulating layer (7) disposed on the support plate (6), wherein one end of the support plate (6) is connected to the floor (300), the other end is connected to the aluminum veneer (101) of the curtain wall (100), and the insulating layer (7) is disposed on a side of the support plate (6) facing the support frame (2).
10. A curtain wall construction method using the curtain wall fixing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 for construction, comprising the steps of:
s1, determining the size and the preset installation position of the support frame (2) according to the installation position of the curtain wall (100);
s2, sequentially fixing the support frames (2) on the cross beam (200) according to the preset installation positions;
s3, mounting the connecting piece (31) at one end of each support frame (2) far away from the cross beam (200);
s4, fixing the curtain wall upright post (1) and the corresponding connecting piece (31) through the first fastener (32);
s5, mounting the curtain wall (100) on the curtain wall upright posts (1).
