2. A sample engagement device for a chromatograph as recited in claim 1, wherein said dry connector extends from a periphery of said gas inlet to form a gas inlet tube, and said dry connector extends from a periphery of said gas outlet to form a gas outlet tube.

A sample adaptor for chromatograph according to claim 1, wherein said dry connector has an annular groove on the outer side wall of the end of said outlet tube and a sealing ring in said annular groove, and the outer surface of said sealing ring is higher than the outer surface of the outer side wall of said dry connector.
4. A sample adaptor apparatus for use with a chromatograph as recited in claim 1, wherein said dry connector includes a replacement hole on an exterior sidewall thereof and a sealing cap positioned within and sealingly engaging said extension tube.
5. A sample adaptor device for use with a chromatograph as recited in claim 4, wherein said sealing cap is notched.
