The well falling personnel in the water flow can use the triton underwater breathing apparatus 31 to maintain temporary breathing so as to strive for more self-rescue or rescue waiting time for the well falling personnel, the water activated battery 33 is powered by the oxidation-reduction reaction of metal in the water flow of the pipeline body 1, and the working time of the triton underwater breathing apparatus 31 is prolonged. The laser emitter 32 emits laser under the action of the water activated battery 33, so that road pedestrians and rescue workers can find the position of the falling personnel conveniently.
The embodiment of the application improves the condition that the blocking net 21 is easy to block sundries and sludge to cause the blockage of a rainwater pipeline.

Claims (10)
1. A municipal rainwater pipeline, comprising:
the pipeline comprises a pipeline body (1), wherein the pipeline body (1) is buried underground, and the pipeline body (1) is communicated with a catch basin (11) communicated with the ground;
the pipeline body (1) is provided with a plate spring (2), the plate spring (2) is connected with a blocking net (21), the plate spring (2) is arranged at the downstream of the pipeline body (1) in a compressed state, the blocking net (21) is in a folded state when the plate spring (2) is in the compressed state, and the blocking net (21) can cover the section of the pipeline body (1) when the plate spring (2) is in an extended state;
and the pull handle (3) is arranged at the position close to the rainwater well (11) at the upstream of the plate spring (2) and is used for converting the plate spring (2) from a compression state to an extension state.
2. The municipal rainwater pipeline according to claim 1, wherein: the pipeline body (1) is provided with a containing groove (12), and the containing groove (12) can contain a folded arresting net (21) and a compressed plate spring (2).

The municipal rainwater pipeline according to claim 1, wherein: pipeline body (1) rigid coupling has installation pipe (4), and handle (3) are inserted and are located installation pipe (4), and installation pipe (4) are worn to be equipped with cable (36), and the both ends of cable (36) rigid coupling respectively in handle (3) and leaf spring (2), and pipeline body (1) is provided with has elastic location buckle (13), and location buckle (13) are used for maintaining leaf spring (2) and are in compression state.
4. The municipal rainwater pipeline according to claim 3, wherein: the installation pipe (4) is provided with an insertion part (41), the handle (3) is inserted in the insertion part (41), and the insertion part (41) is provided with a pre-splitting groove (42).
5. The municipal rainwater pipeline according to claim 3, wherein: the handle (3) is a triton underwater respirator (31).
6. The municipal rainwater pipeline of claim 5, wherein: the handle (3) is provided with a water activated battery (33) for power supply.
7. The municipal rainwater pipeline according to claim 6, wherein: the handle (3) is provided with a laser emitter (32), and the laser emitter (32) is turned on by a water activated battery (33).

The municipal rainwater pipeline of claim 7, wherein: the position of the pipeline body (1) corresponding to the rainwater well (11) is provided with a reflective mirror (16), and when the handle (3) is inserted into the installation pipe (4), laser emitted by the laser emitter (32) can be reflected by the reflective mirror (16) to be emitted out of the rainwater well (11).
9. The municipal rainwater pipeline of claim 8, wherein: the handle (3) is provided with energy storage luminous powder (34).
10. The municipal rainwater pipeline of claim 8, wherein: the handle (3) is provided with a reflective sticker (35).
