Claims (10)
1. A crushing device for garlic deep processing is characterized by comprising:
the crushing assembly (100) comprises a material storage barrel (101), a stirring shaft (102) and a stirring blade (103), wherein the stirring shaft (102) is arranged in the material storage barrel (101), and the stirring blade (103) is arranged on the side of the stirring shaft (102);
the top end of the stirring shaft (102) is provided with an adjusting column (104);
the peeling assembly (200) comprises a supporting plate (201), a pressing block (202), a cutting edge (203) and a material taking part (204), the end part of the supporting plate (201) is sleeved outside the adjusting column (104), the pressing block (202) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate (201), the cutting edge (203) is arranged between the material taking part (204) and the pressing block (202), a vertical groove (201 d) is formed in the bottom of the supporting plate (201), the cutting edge (203) is embedded in the vertical groove (201 d), and a first spring (201 e) is arranged in the vertical groove (201 d) and connected with the cutting edge (203); the end part of the material taking part (204) is connected with a second lantern ring (204 b) through a second connecting rod (204 a), and the second lantern ring (204 b) is screwed with the adjusting column (104);
the placement component (300) comprises a placement table (301) and a support column (302), wherein the placement table (301) is supported by the support column (302).
2. The crushing device for garlic deep processing according to claim 1, wherein: a limiting column (301 a) is arranged on the object placing table (301), and a limiting plate (301 b) is arranged at the top of the limiting column (301 a);
the supporting plate (201) is provided with a through hole (201 a), and the limiting column (301 a) penetrates through the through hole (201 a).

The crushing device for garlic deep processing according to claim 2, wherein: one end of the supporting plate (201) is provided with a first sleeve ring (201 b), a round hole (201 c) is formed in the first sleeve ring (201 b), and the adjusting column (104) penetrates through the round hole (201 c).
4. The crushing device for garlic deep processing according to claim 3, wherein: the vertical groove (201 d) is communicated with the through hole (201 a) through an axial groove (201 f);
a first connecting rod (203 a) is arranged at the end part of the cutting edge (203), and the first connecting rod (203 a) is arranged in the axial groove (201 f) in a penetrating way.
5. The crushing device for garlic deep processing according to claim 4, wherein: the side wall of the first lantern ring (201 b) is provided with a circumferential groove (201 g), and the second connecting rod (204 a) penetrates through the circumferential groove (201 g).

The crushing device for garlic deep processing according to claim 5, wherein: an arc-shaped lath (203 b) is arranged at the end part of the first connecting rod (203 a), an edge rod (203 c) is arranged on one side of the arc-shaped lath (203 b), and the edge rod (203 c) is arranged between the first sleeve ring (201 b) and the second sleeve ring (204 b).
7. The crushing device for garlic deep processing as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the first connecting rod (203 a), the arc-shaped strip (203 b) and the side rod (203 c) are encircled to form a buckle groove (203 d), and the second connecting rod (204 a) is positioned in the buckle groove (203 d).

The crushing device for garlic deep processing according to claim 7, wherein: the material storage barrel (101) is provided with a material receiving channel (105), the material receiving channel (105) is obliquely arranged, and a baffle (106) is arranged at the end part of the material receiving channel (105).
9. The crushing device for garlic deep processing according to claim 8, wherein: the end part of the adjusting column (104) is connected with a driving motor (B) through a driving shaft (B1).
10. The crushing device for garlic deep processing as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the shelf is characterized in that an end plate (301 c) is arranged on the shelf (301), and a placing position (301 d) is arranged on the shelf (301).
