When medical waste needs to be treated, a medical worker pulls the first recycling bin 113 to the left, the first recycling bin 113 drives the sliding part 112, the connecting rod 115 and the second recycling bin 116 to move to the left together, the first recycling bin 113 stops moving after the first recycling bin 113 and the second recycling bin 116 move to the left and are not in contact with the shielding frame 114, at this time, the shielding frame 114 does not cover the first recycling bin 113 and the second recycling bin 116 any more, then the medical worker throws the medical waste into the first recycling bin 113 and the second recycling bin 116 respectively, finally when the first recycling bin 113 and the second recycling bin 116 are not needed to be used, the first recycling bin 113 is pushed reversely to reset, the first recycling bin 113 drives the sliding part 112, the connecting rod 115 and the second recycling bin 116 to move to the right together, and after the first recycling bin 113 and the second recycling bin 116 are covered by the shielding frame 114, the first recycling bin 113 is stopped to be pulled, with this make things convenient for medical personnel can handle medical waste at any time, and need not that the staff will shelter from the manual volume that pulls open of sheltering from frame 114 on first recycling bin 113 and second recycling bin 116 and just can use first recycling bin 113 and second recycling bin 116, this kind of easy operation and convenience of losing rubbish, and can look over the volume of the inside rubbish of first recycling bin 113 and second recycling bin 116 through transparent scale plate 117 when medical personnel lose medical waste, make things convenient for medical personnel to control the volume of the inside rubbish of storing of first recycling bin 113 and second recycling bin 116, avoid first recycling bin 113 and second recycling bin 116 to lead to rubbish excessive because of the too much of rubbish dress.
