In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 9, a second restoring torsion spring 509 is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 503, and two end heads of the second restoring torsion spring 509 are fixedly connected to the inner side walls of the rotating rod 502 and the movable cabin 401, respectively. The automatic reset function can be provided to the rotating lever 502 by the second reset torsion spring 509.

A moving block 513 is further arranged on one side, away from the arc edge telescopic block 511, of the limiting telescopic block, the moving block 513 penetrates through the bottom of the telescopic groove and extends into the inserting hole 5011, and a second telescopic spring 512 is sleeved on the moving block 513. When the distance between the two movable seats 501 is larger than the distance between the two vertical rods on the safety fence, the fixed seat 4 is close to the installation position on the safety fence, and when the arc-edge telescopic blocks 511 on the two movable seats 501 are respectively located at the ends, far away from each other, of the two vertical rods, the rotating shaft 503 can be loosened; at this moment, the second reset torsion spring 509 resets to drive the rotating rod 502 to rotate counterclockwise for resetting, the rotating rod 502 can drive the two moving seats 501 to approach each other through the transmission of the rotating shaft 503, the transmission gear 504 and the transmission rack 506, when the arc edge telescopic block 511 on the moving seat 501 contacts with the vertical rod, the arc edge telescopic block 511 is stressed to contract into the moving seat 501, and then the vertical rod can be clamped with the L-shaped fixing block 510.

Because the locking fixture block 307 has released the locking of the rotating toothed ring 304 at this moment, and the docking post 306 is not clamped by external force, therefore the first reset torsion spring 303 can automatically reset to drive the rotating shaft 302 and the slogan adjusting post 301 to reversely rotate and reset, finally the slogan adjusting post 301 resets to the initial state, and at this moment, the docking post 306 is taken out, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
