Furthermore, one side of the clamping piece 5 is provided with a limiting piece; the limiting piece comprises a second spring 31, a limiting plate 32 and a hook 33; the operating platform 3 is provided with a mounting hole 30; the second spring 31 is arranged in the mounting hole 30; the limit plate 32 is arranged in the mounting hole 30 in a sliding mode and is positioned on one side of the second spring 31; one end of the hook 33 extends into the mounting hole 30 and is connected with the limit plate 32.
In this embodiment, the pull ring 28 is pulled to be buckled on the hook 33, so that the rotary disc 23 can be rotated to synchronously rotate the power equipment to the angle required by installation. The pull ring 28 is removed and the hook 33 is retracted into the mounting hole 30 under the pull of the second spring 31. Meanwhile, the first spring 29 pulls, so that the clamping rod 27 is clamped into the corresponding clamping hole 25, and the angle of the electric power equipment is fixed. The angle requirement for the electrical equipment during installation is met.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1-3, the present invention provides an auxiliary device for power equipment installation, which includes a base 1, a lifting mechanism 2, an operation table 3, an auxiliary assembly 4 and a controller; the lifting mechanism 2 is arranged on the base 1; the operating platform 3 is arranged on the lifting mechanism 2; the auxiliary assembly 4 is disposed on the operation table 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the auxiliary assembly 4 includes a first translation driving member 10, a translation frame 11, a lifting driving member, a supporting frame 14, a clamping frame 15 and a second translation driving member; the first translation driving part 10 is arranged at the front end of the operating platform 3; the rear side of the translation frame 11 is connected with the driving end of the translation driving piece I10, and the front side is provided with a lifting driving piece; the supporting frame 14 is connected with the driving end of the lifting driving piece to realize up-and-down sliding on the translation frame 11; the second translation driving part is arranged on the support frame 14; the two groups of clamping frames 15 are respectively arranged at two ends of the supporting frame 14 and reversely move on the supporting frame 14 through the transmission of the translation driving parts two on the corresponding sides.
As shown in fig. 7, an operation panel connected with the controller by signals is arranged on the operation table 3, and the storage assemblies 6 are arranged on two sides of the operation table 3; the storage assembly 6 comprises a first moving plate 34, a second moving plate 35, a second limit plate 36, a sliding rod 37, a sliding frame 38 and a storage box 39; the first moving plate 34 is arranged on the translation frame 11; the second moving plate 35 is arranged on the side wall of the operating table 3 in a sliding mode; the second limiting plate 36 is arranged on the operating table 3 and is positioned between the first moving plate 34 and the second moving plate 35; the sliding rod 37 is connected with the first moving plate 34 and the second moving plate 35 and is connected with the second limiting plate 36 in a sliding mode; the sliding rack 38 is slidably sleeved on the early sliding rod 37 and is positioned between the first moving plate 34 and the second limiting plate 36; the storage box 39 is connected to the carriage 38.
In the forward and backward movement process of the power equipment in the embodiment, the first moving plate 34 moves forward synchronously with the power equipment, so that the storage box 39 can slide to the position near the installation surface. Make things convenient for the staff to take and put mounting tool at any time, improve the convenience of installation.
Furthermore, the bottom of the base 1 is provided with a movable wheel 9, the front end of the base is provided with a first accommodating notch 7 matched with the auxiliary assembly 4, and the two sides of the base are provided with second accommodating notches 8 matched with the accommodating boxes 39. Base 1 removes conveniently, accomodates, fixes the auxiliary assembly 4 and the containing box 39 of top simultaneously, realizes reducing the volume on the one hand, conveniently removes, transports, and on the other hand guarantees the stability of the power equipment and the mounting tool who carry.
EXAMPLE six
The invention further provides a use method of the auxiliary device for mounting the electric power equipment, which comprises the following steps:
s1, operating the second translation driving part by a worker, driving the two groups of clamping frames 15 to move through the slide block 21, adjusting the distance between the two groups of clamping frames until the two groups of clamping frames are matched with the power equipment, and clamping and fixing the power equipment;
s2, starting a vacuum pump, and fixing the power equipment by the adsorption seat 16 from the bottom;
s3, winding the binding band 18 around the outside of the power equipment, passing through the adjusting ring 19, and further fixing the power equipment;
s4, pushing the device carrying the power equipment, and moving the device to an installation site;
s5, a worker stands on the operation table 3, and the operation table 3 and the electric power equipment are lifted up by operating the lifting mechanism 2 until the installation position is reached;
s6, operating the auxiliary assembly 4, driving the translation frame 11 to move forwards through the translation driving piece I10, driving the support frame 14 to move up and down through the lifting driving piece, and moving the power equipment to the installation surface;
s7, pulling the pull ring 28, buckling the pull ring on the hook 33, namely rotating and translating the driving piece I10, synchronously rotating the power equipment to a required installation angle, and taking down the pull ring 28 to enable the clamping rod 27 to be clamped into the corresponding clamping hole 25, wherein the angle of the power equipment is fixed;
s8, overlapping the climbing ladder by workers, approaching the climbing ladder to the installation surface, and installing the power equipment; as the first moving plate 34 moves forwards synchronously with the power equipment, the storage box 39 can be slid to be close to the mounting surface, and storage is provided for tools used in the mounting process;
s9, after the installation, the binding belt 18 is taken down, the translation frame 11, the support frame 14 and the clamping frame 15 are reset, and the operation table 3 is moved into the base 1.
The use method of the auxiliary device for mounting the power equipment realizes integration of moving, mounting and auxiliary functions, adjusts the height, angle and position of the power equipment, meets the mounting requirements, ensures the stability, liberates both hands of workers, reduces the labor consumption and improves the mounting efficiency.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An auxiliary device for mounting power equipment is characterized by comprising a base (1), a lifting mechanism (2), an operating platform (3), an auxiliary assembly (4) and a controller; the lifting mechanism (2) is arranged on the base (1); the operating platform (3) is arranged on the lifting mechanism (2); the auxiliary assembly (4) is arranged on the operating platform (3);
the auxiliary assembly (4) comprises a first translation driving piece (10), a translation frame (11), a lifting driving piece, a support frame (14), a clamping frame (15) and a second translation driving piece; the first translation driving piece (10) is arranged at the front end of the operating platform (3); the rear side of the translation frame (11) is connected with the driving end of the first translation driving part (10), and the front side is provided with a lifting driving part; the supporting frame (14) is connected with the driving end of the lifting driving piece to realize vertical sliding on the translation frame (11); the second translation driving piece is arranged on the support frame (14); the clamping frames (15) are arranged in two groups, are respectively positioned at two ends of the supporting frame (14), and reversely move on the supporting frame (14) through the transmission of the translation driving pieces on the corresponding sides.
2. An auxiliary device for installation of electrical equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the lifting drive comprises a motor (13) and a lead screw (12); the translation frame (11) is of a transverse U-shaped structure; the screw rod (12) is driven by a motor (13) to rotate on the sealing end of the translation frame (11); the support frame (14) is arranged on the opening end of the translation frame (11) in a sliding mode and is in threaded fit with the lead screw (12).
3. The auxiliary device for mounting the electric power equipment is characterized in that the supporting frame (14) is of an L-shaped bent structure, and the vertical section of the supporting frame is connected with the translation frame (11) in a sliding manner; the second translation driving parts are arranged on the horizontal sections of the second translation driving parts and correspond to the clamping frames (15) one by one.
4. An auxiliary device for mounting electric power equipment according to claim 3, wherein a horizontal section of the supporting frame (14) is provided with a through groove (22); the translation driving part II comprises a cylinder I (20) and a sliding block (21); the first cylinder (20) is arranged at the bottom of the support frame (14); the sliding block (21) is arranged in the through groove (22) in a sliding mode, the upper end of the sliding block is connected with the corresponding clamping frame (15), and the lower end of the sliding block is connected with the driving end of the corresponding cylinder I (20).
5. The auxiliary device for mounting the electrical equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the two groups of clamping frames (15) are L-shaped bent structures, the bent ends of the two groups of clamping frames are opposite, and an adsorption seat (16) is arranged between the two groups of clamping frames (15); the adsorption seat (16) is communicated with the vacuum pump and arranged on the support frame (14).

An auxiliary device for installing electric power equipment according to claim 5, characterized in that a binding member is further arranged between the two groups of clamping frames (15); the binding piece comprises a fixed seat (17), a binding belt (18) and an adjusting ring (19); the fixed seat (17) and the adjusting ring (19) are respectively arranged on the horizontal section and the vertical section of the support frame (14); one end of the binding belt (18) is connected with the fixed seat (17), and the other end is matched with the adjusting ring (19).

The auxiliary device for mounting electric equipment is characterized in that the first translation driving part (10) is a second air cylinder, and the first air cylinder is rotatably arranged on the operating platform (3); a clamping piece (5) matched with the second air cylinder is arranged on the operating platform (3); the clamping piece (5) comprises a mounting ring (24), a first limit plate (26), a clamping rod (27), a pull ring (28) and a first spring (29); the mounting ring (24) is arranged on the operating platform (3), and a through groove is formed in one side of the mounting ring; a cylinder body of the first translation driving piece (10) is rotatably arranged in the mounting ring (24), and a circle of clamping holes (25) are formed in the outer wall of the cylinder body; the first limiting plate (26) is arranged on one side of the mounting ring (24); one end of the clamping rod (27) is connected with the pull ring (28), the other end of the clamping rod is connected with the first limiting plate (26) in a sliding mode, and the end part of the clamping rod penetrates through the through groove and is clamped into the clamping hole (25); the first spring (29) is sleeved on the clamping rod (27), one end of the first spring is connected with the pull ring (28), and the other end of the first spring is connected with the first limit plate (26).

The auxiliary device for mounting electric power equipment according to claim 7, wherein a limiting member is provided on one side of the engaging member (5); the limiting piece comprises a second spring (31), a limiting plate (32) and a hook (33); the operating platform (3) is provided with a mounting hole (30); the second spring (31) is arranged in the mounting hole (30); the limiting plate (32) is arranged in the mounting hole (30) in a sliding mode and is positioned on one side of the second spring (31); one end of the hook (33) extends into the mounting hole (30) and is connected with the limit plate (32).

The auxiliary device for mounting electric power equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operating table (3) is provided with storage assemblies (6) on both sides; the storage assembly (6) comprises a first moving plate (34), a second moving plate (35), a second limiting plate (36), a sliding rod (37), a sliding frame (38) and a storage box (39); the moving plate I (34) is arranged on the translation frame (11); the second moving plate (35) is arranged on the side wall of the operating table (3) in a sliding mode; the second limiting plate (36) is arranged on the operating table (3) and is positioned between the first moving plate (34) and the second moving plate (35); the sliding rod (37) is connected with the first moving plate (34) and the second moving plate (35) and is connected with the second limiting plate (36) in a sliding mode; the sliding frame (38) is slidably sleeved on the early sliding rod (37) and is positioned between the first moving plate (34) and the second limiting plate (36); the storage box (39) is connected with the sliding frame (38).
10. A method of using an auxiliary device for installation of electric power equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1, operating the second translation driving piece by a worker, driving the two groups of clamping frames (15) to move through the sliding block (21), adjusting the distance between the two groups of clamping frames until the two groups of clamping frames are matched with the power equipment, and clamping and fixing the power equipment;
s2, starting a vacuum pump, and fixing the power equipment by the adsorption seat (16) from the bottom;
s3, winding the binding belt (18) outside the electric equipment, penetrating through the adjusting ring (19), and further fixing the electric equipment;
s4, pushing the device carrying the power equipment, and moving the device to an installation site;
s5, a worker stands on the operation table (3), and the operation table (3) and the electric power equipment are lifted up by operating the lifting mechanism (2) until the installation position is reached;
s6, operating the auxiliary assembly (4), driving the translation frame (11) to move forwards through the translation driving piece I (10), driving the support frame (14) to move up and down through the lifting driving piece, and moving the power equipment to the installation surface;
s7, pulling the pull ring (28), buckling the pull ring on the hook (33), namely, rotating and translating the first driving piece (10), synchronously rotating the power equipment to the angle required by installation, taking down the pull ring (28), clamping the clamping rod (27) into the corresponding clamping hole (25), and fixing the angle of the power equipment;
s8, overlapping the climbing ladder by workers, approaching the climbing ladder to the installation surface, and installing the power equipment; the first moving plate (34) moves forwards synchronously with the power equipment, so that the containing box (39) can slide to the position near the installation surface to contain tools used in the installation process;
s9, after the installation, the binding belt (18) is taken down, the translation frame (11), the support frame (14) and the clamping frame (15) are reset, and the operating platform (3) is moved into the base (1).
