Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加速踏板,所述加速踏板包括:支撑件,所述支撑件能紧固在机动车上,在支撑件上构成壳体;踏板臂,所述踏板臂可转动地支承在支撑件上,设置有用于将踏板臂相对于支撑件的运动传递到壳体中的机械机构和用于测量所述运动的传感器;以及缓冲元件,所述缓冲元件在支撑件上这样紧固在槽中,使得对踏板臂到支撑件上的碰撞进行缓冲。
背景技术
这样的加速踏板本身是已知的并且例如在WO 2019/210945 A1中描述。所述加速踏板用于机动车中,以便借助于通过驾驶员的操作和控制装置来控制发动机的功率。通过驾驶员根据加速需求将踏板臂从零位置运动到操作位置中,最大操作位置(全油门)受对支撑件的碰撞的限制。
本发明可用于具有手动或自动变速器的机动车中,其中,对于后者设置有强制降挡元件(Kick-Down-Element)。
加速踏板的功能通常是已知的,并且因此在此无需更详细地阐明。
为了在全油门位置中实现加速踏板的对于驾驶员来说舒适的触觉,并且同时为了防止由于踏板臂碰撞到支撑件上所引起的过度的噪音生成,如已知的那样设置有缓冲元件。所述缓冲元件相应地紧固在支撑件上。在此,紧固必须是持续的并且使得不限制加速踏板的功能。
为了紧固,例如已知将缓冲元件设置在引入到支撑件中的槽中。在此,所述缓冲元件具有圆形的横截面并且所述缓冲元件是长形的。朝踏板臂敞开的槽具有以圆弧形的形状的横截面,其圆弧大于半圆的圆弧。根据现有技术,槽在第一端部上是封闭的,而在相对置的第二端部上是敞开的。缓冲元件和槽的横截面的半径基本上大小相同。为了装配,将弹性缓冲元件被压入到槽的敞开的纵向侧中并且在此形锁合地保持。在此,缓冲元件的圆弧形的部分从槽朝踏板臂的方向突出,从而该部分用作在全油门位置中用于碰撞的缓冲器。
在已知的加速踏板中不利的是,缓冲元件在运行的过程中可能由于敞开的端侧逐渐从槽滑出。在技术上无法封闭该端侧,因为为了拉出注塑模的相应的模制件,该端侧必须保持敞开。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,实现一种加速踏板,其中将缓冲元件可靠地保持在支撑件上。
该目的通过如下方式实施,即,所述缓冲元件在两侧被固定,以防从槽滑出。槽的敞开的端侧设有阻止滑出的机构;该机构这样构成,使得槽本身在所配置的端侧上是敞开的,并且因此可以在以注塑来制造支撑件之后脱模。对缓冲元件的固定在外部、特别是在端侧之上并且因此在槽之外以及在缓冲元件的从槽突出的侧向端部上实现。因此固定所述缓冲元件以防在侧面从槽滑出,而不影响以注塑方式制造支撑件。
各从属权利要求涉及本发明有利的设计方案。
在一个设计方案中,为了所述固定,在槽的端侧上设置有板条。所述板条需要少量材料并且相应地带来小的附加重量。缓冲元件的功能没有受到影响。
在进一步的设计方案中,所述板条与支撑件一体成型。这便利于对带有固定的支撑件的制造。

具体实施方式
如从各图能看出的那样,竖立的加速踏板包括支撑件1和踏板臂2。
所述支撑件1构成用于紧固在机动车的放脚空间中。壳体集成到所述支撑件中,在所述壳体中设置有用于确定踏板臂2的相对位置的传感器和机械机构。所述机械机构用于将所述相对位置传递到探测器上并且用于产生与踏板臂2的操作相反的力以及对于这些力的滞后。传感器在此构成为转角传感器,所述转角传感器检测传感器的运动并且为了再加工而将其转发给分析和控制机构。
踏板臂2具有背向支撑件1的基本上平滑的操作侧并且铰接支承在支撑件1的根据图1的下端部区域上。为此,在踏板臂2的下端部上模制薄膜铰链3,所述薄膜铰链可松脱地紧固在支撑件1。踏板臂2的转动轴线垂直于加速踏板的纵轴线地位于与所述操作侧平行的平面中。踏板臂2在下三分之一中与机械机构耦合。在踏板臂2的上半部分中这样紧固止挡4,使得所述止挡4指向支撑件1的方向并且从踏板臂2的平面突出。止挡4的面向支撑件1的侧在侧视图中弯曲。可选择地,止挡4构成为强制降挡元件。
在支撑件1上这样紧固缓冲元件5,使得所述缓冲元件在踏板臂2的全油门位置的情况下与止挡4接触。所述缓冲元件设置为平行于踏板臂2的转动轴线。
缓冲元件5棒形地具有圆形横截面地制造并且由弹性材料、如硅制造。
为了紧固缓冲元件5,在支撑件1中引入长形槽6,所述槽的纵向侧的开口指向踏板臂2。槽6具有圆弧形的横截面,其中,该圆弧大于半圆。槽6的直径具有预定间隙地相应于的缓冲元件5的直径。槽6的第一端侧(根据图3为下端侧)是封闭的,而与第一端侧对置的第二端侧是敞开的。缓冲元件5保持在槽6中,缓冲元件5的一部分从槽6的横截面和因此从其敞开的纵向侧突出。
槽6的第二端侧跨接板条7,所述板条平行于端侧并且此外出于稳定性的原因沿纵向延伸。于是,第二端侧的敞开的横截面不受板条7影响(减小),从而用于槽6的模制件在注塑之后容易地从该槽拉出。板条从侧面将缓冲元件5保持在从槽6突出的区域中,如在图2中通过虚线(圆弧地)示出。这样对板条7的高度进行尺寸设计,使得一方面确保所需要的稳定性,并且另一方面确保沿侧向保持所述缓冲元件5。板条7与支撑件1一体地成型。
缓冲元件5为了装配在支撑件1上而这样同轴地压入到槽6的纵向侧的开口中,使得在横截面中缓冲元件5的弓形部分从槽6突出。

1.加速踏板,包括:
支撑件(1),所述支撑件能紧固在机动车上,在所述支撑件(1)上构造壳体,
踏板臂(2),所述踏板臂可转动地支承在支撑件(1)上,设置有用于将踏板臂(2)相对于支撑件(1)的运动传递到壳体中的机械机构和用于测量所述运动的传感器;以及
缓冲元件(5),所述缓冲元件在支撑件(1)上紧固在槽(6)中,使得对踏板臂(2)到支撑件(1)上的碰撞进行缓冲,
其特征在于,所述缓冲元件(5)在两侧被固定,以防从槽(6)滑出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加速踏板,其特征在于,为了所述固定,在槽(6)的端侧上设置有板条(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加速踏板,其特征在于,所述板条(7)与支撑件(1)一体成型。
