Abstract
The invention provides a fresh air pipe structure and a fresh air conditioner with the fresh air pipe structure, wherein the fresh air pipe structure comprises a first fresh air pipeline positioned at the outdoor side, the air inlet end of the first fresh air pipeline is communicated with the outdoor environment, the air outlet end of the first fresh air pipeline is communicated with a reserved hole on the wall of an air conditioner and used for providing outdoor air for a second fresh air pipeline positioned at the indoor side and communicated with a fresh air device in an indoor unit of the air conditioner, and part of the first fresh air pipeline is fixedly arranged along the bent part of a connecting pipe, and the air inlet end is downward, so that rainwater can be prevented from entering the first fresh air pipeline.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a fresh air pipe structure and a fresh air conditioner.
Background
At present, more and more people begin to pay attention to the health of house, and the air conditioner that possesses the new trend function also receives everybody's favor more and more. Specifically, a fresh air pipe of the fresh air conditioner is communicated with a fresh air inlet of a fresh air device in an air conditioner indoor unit and used for conveying outdoor air to the fresh air device.
However, at present, the end of the fresh air pipe communicated with the outdoor environment is only communicated with the fresh air hole of the wall and is parallel to the wall, so that rainwater can easily enter the fresh air pipe to pollute the indoor air.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the first aspect of the present invention to extend the length of the fresh air duct of the fresh air conditioner at the outdoor side so that the fresh air duct portion at the outdoor side can be disposed along the bent portion of the on-line duct with the end portion facing downward to prevent rainwater from entering therein.
A further object of the first aspect of the present invention is to prevent the air inlet end of the first fresh air pipeline from deforming to affect the air inlet amount.
It is a further object of the first aspect of the present invention to prevent outdoor mosquitoes from entering the fresh air device and affecting the indoor air.
It is an object of a second aspect of the present invention to provide a fresh air conditioner.
Particularly, according to one aspect of the present invention, a fresh air duct structure is provided, which includes a first fresh air duct located outside an air conditioner room, an air inlet end of the first fresh air duct communicating with an outdoor environment, an air outlet end of the first fresh air duct communicating with a wall prepared hole of the air conditioner room for providing outdoor air to a second fresh air duct located inside the air conditioner room and communicating with a fresh air device in an indoor unit of the air conditioner room, and a portion of the first fresh air duct being fixedly disposed along a bent portion of a connecting pipe with the air inlet end facing downward.
Optionally, the first fresh air pipeline comprises a fresh air pipe and a joint which are detachably connected, the end of the fresh air pipe is communicated with an outdoor environment, the end of the joint is communicated with the reserved hole in the wall of the air conditioner, the end surface area of the air outlet end of the joint is smaller than that of the air inlet end of the joint, the fresh air pipe is a hose, and the joint is a hard joint.
Optionally, the end of the fresh air pipe is provided with a hood.
Optionally, the fresh air duct structure further comprises a ventilation duct fixedly arranged in the air conditioner wall preformed hole along the axial direction of the air conditioner wall preformed hole; and
the joint comprises a first part and a second part which are communicated, the end part of the first part is communicated with the fresh air pipe, the second part extends into the ventilation pipe and is fixedly connected with the ventilation pipe, and the second part is columnar.
Optionally, the end surface of the second portion is a semicircle.
Optionally, a part of the joint between the first part and the second part is provided with an annular protrusion, and the annular protrusion is clamped with the end of the ventilation pipe.
Optionally, the second portion is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the ventilation tube by gluing.
Optionally, the vent tube is a rigid tube.
Optionally, the fresh air pipe and the joint are connected by a threaded connection.
The invention provides a fresh air pipe structure and a fresh air conditioner with the fresh air pipe structure, wherein the fresh air pipe structure comprises a first fresh air pipeline positioned at the outdoor side, the air inlet end of the first fresh air pipeline is communicated with the outdoor environment, the air outlet end of the first fresh air pipeline is communicated with a reserved hole on the wall of an air conditioner and used for providing outdoor air for a second fresh air pipeline positioned at the indoor side and communicated with a fresh air device in an indoor unit of the air conditioner, and part of the first fresh air pipeline is fixedly arranged along the bent part of a connecting pipe, and the air inlet end is downward, so that rainwater can be prevented from entering the first fresh air pipeline.
Further, first fresh air pipeline is including dismantling the fresh air pipe and the joint of connection, the tip and the outdoor environment intercommunication of fresh air pipe, the tip and the air conditioner wall preformed hole intercommunication of joint, the terminal surface area that the end of giving vent to anger of joint is less than the terminal surface area of its inlet end, wherein, fresh air pipe is the hose, fresh air pipe sets up and the tip is down along the bending part of online pipe, connects for the stereoplasm joint to the feasible deformation that can avoid taking place influences the fresh air device intake.
Furthermore, the end part of the fresh air pipe is provided with a hood, so that outdoor mosquitoes can be prevented from entering the fresh air device through the fresh air pipe to influence indoor air.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
It should be noted that the technical features of the embodiments and alternative embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural block diagram of a fresh air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the fresh air conditioner 1 includes a fresh air duct structure 10 and a fresh air device 20, the fresh air device 20 is disposed in a casing of an air conditioner indoor unit 30, and the fresh air device 20 is used for conveying fresh air to the indoor, wherein the fresh air duct structure 10 is a fresh air duct structure in any one of the following embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a fresh air duct structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the fresh air duct structure 10 includes a first fresh air duct 120 located at the outdoor side, an air inlet end of the first fresh air duct 120 is communicated with the outdoor environment, an air outlet end of the first fresh air duct 120 is communicated with the air conditioner wall reserved hole 40 for providing outdoor air to a second fresh air duct 110 at the indoor side, which is communicated with the fresh air device 20 in the indoor unit 30 of the air conditioner, and a part of the first fresh air duct 120 is fixedly disposed along the bent portion of the connecting pipe 30 and the air inlet end is downward.
In some preferred or alternative embodiments according to the present invention, a portion of the first fresh air duct 120 may be fixed along the bent portion of the inline pipe 30 by means of gluing or binding tape, and the end portion faces downward, which is not limited by the present invention.
In practice, the height of the indoor unit 30 is higher than that of the outdoor unit, so that a portion of the outdoor connecting pipe is bent downward to be connected to the outdoor unit. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first fresh air pipeline 120 communicated with the second fresh air pipeline 110 at the indoor side is arranged at the outdoor side, so that the length of the fresh air pipe of the fresh air-free air conditioner 1 is extended, and thus, part of the first fresh air pipeline 120 can be fixedly arranged along the bent part of the on-line pipe 30 and the end part thereof faces downwards, so as to prevent rainwater from entering the on-line pipe.
In some preferred or alternative embodiments according to the present invention, the first fresh air duct 120 comprises a detachably connected fresh air duct 121 and a joint 122. The end of the connected fresh air pipe 121 is communicated with the outdoor environment, the end of the joint 122 is communicated with the air conditioner wall preformed hole 40, and the end surface area of the air outlet end of the joint 122 is smaller than that of the air inlet end thereof. Here, the air outlet end of the joint 122 refers to an end of the joint 122 communicating with the air-conditioning wall prepared hole 40, and the air inlet end of the joint 122 is an end communicating with the fresh air duct 121. So that the joint 122 can be better communicated with the wall prepared hole 40. The joint 122 is a hard joint 122, which can prevent deformation from affecting the air intake, the fresh air pipe 121 is a corrugated hose, and the fresh air pipe 121 is fixedly disposed along the bent portion of the linking pipe 30 with the end portion facing downward.
The first fresh air pipeline 120 is a detachable connection structure composed of a fresh air pipe 121 and a joint 122, and the joint 122 is convenient to replace and low in cost.
In some preferred or alternative embodiments according to the present invention, the end of the fresh air pipe 121 connected to the joint 122 is provided with an internal thread, the corresponding end of the joint 122 is provided with an external thread, and the fresh air pipe 121 and the joint 122 are connected by a threaded connection.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a fresh air duct according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, in some preferred or alternative embodiments according to the present invention, the end of the fresh air duct 122 is provided with a hood 140, and the hood 140 and the fresh air duct 122 are connected by a screw connection.
The overall shape of the hood 140 is columnar, and a filter screen is arranged on the end face of the hood 140, so that mosquitoes and insects can be prevented from entering the fresh air pipe 122.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a joint according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in some preferred or alternative embodiments according to the present invention, the fresh air duct structure 10 further includes a ventilation duct 130 fixedly disposed in the air-conditioning wall prepared hole 40, the ventilation duct 130 being disposed along an axial direction of the air-conditioning wall prepared hole 40, and an air inlet end of the second fresh air duct 110 extending into the ventilation duct 130. The joint 122 comprises a first portion 1221 and a second portion 1222 which are communicated with each other, wherein the end of the first portion 1221 is communicated with the fresh air pipe 122, the second portion 1222 extends into the ventilation pipe 130 and is fixedly connected with the ventilation pipe 130, and the second portion 1222 is columnar.
The vent pipe 130 is a rigid pipe, and may be a pvc pipe. The second portion 1222 may be fixedly attached to the vent tube 130 by gluing. The second portion 1222 is cylindrical, so that the second portion 1222 and the connecting pipe can be compact in structure, and prevent external air from entering the indoor environment through a gap therebetween to affect the indoor air.
In some preferred or alternative embodiments according to the present invention, the end surface of the second portion 1222 is semicircular, and the second portion 1222 and the connecting pipe can be more compact in structure, so as to further prevent external air from entering the indoor environment through the gap therebetween and affecting the indoor air.
In some preferred or alternative embodiments according to the present invention, a ring-shaped protrusion 1223 is disposed at a portion of the connection between the first portion 1221 and the second portion 1222, and the ring-shaped protrusion 1223 is configured to be engaged with an end of the ventilation tube 130 to prevent the first portion 1221 from entering the ventilation tube 130.
In addition, regarding the second fresh air pipeline 110, the second fresh air pipeline 110 is also composed of a joint 112 and a fresh air pipe 111 which are communicated, one end of the connected fresh air pipe 111 is communicated with the fresh air inlet of the air conditioner indoor unit 30, the second part of the joint 112 extends into one end of the ventilation pipe 130 close to the indoor side and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the ventilation pipe 130, the detailed description of the specific structure of the joint 112 is already given above, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The fresh air duct structure 10 provided by the invention comprises a first fresh air pipeline 120 positioned at the outdoor side, wherein the air inlet end of the first fresh air pipeline 120 is communicated with the outdoor environment, the air outlet end of the first fresh air pipeline 120 is communicated with the air conditioner wall reserved hole 40 and is used for providing outdoor air for a second fresh air pipeline 110 at the indoor side and communicated with a fresh air device 20 in an indoor unit 30 of an air conditioner, and part of the first fresh air pipeline 120 is fixedly arranged along the bent part of the online pipe 40, and the air inlet end is downward, so that rainwater can be prevented from entering the first fresh air pipeline 120.
Further, the first fresh air pipeline 120 includes a fresh air pipe 121 and a joint 122 detachably connected, an end of the fresh air pipe is communicated with an outdoor environment, an end of the joint 122 is communicated with the air conditioner wall preformed hole 40, an end surface area of an air outlet end of the joint 122 is smaller than an end surface area of an air inlet end of the joint, the fresh air pipe 121 is a hose, and the fresh air pipe 1121 is arranged along a bent portion of the on-line pipe 30 with the end portion facing downward. The joint 122 is a hard joint 122, so that the deformation which affects the air inlet volume of the fresh air device 20 can be avoided.
Still further, the end of the fresh air duct 122 is provided with a hood 140, so that outdoor mosquitoes can be prevented from entering the fresh air device 20 through the fresh air duct 122 to affect indoor air.
Further, the second portion 1222 of the joint 122 can be securely fixed in the ventilation tube 140 by fixedly disposing the ventilation tube 140 in the air-conditioning wall prepared hole 40.
