As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the bottom cover (105) and the bottom cover (104) are assembled by the first connecting ring (106) and the second connecting ring (107) through knobs so as to be convenient to disassemble, so that a plurality of bottom covers (105) with different through hole numbers, different through hole intervals and different through hole diameters can be arranged, and the bottom covers (105) matched with the bottom covers can be replaced according to different shapes, materials and weights of accessories.
Furthermore, the sucker (1) is made of rubber. The present embodiment provides an accessory loading device including the accessory loading apparatus according to the third embodiment, a control circuit, and a support stand; the accessory loader and the control circuit are both disposed on the support stand.
Further, the support rack comprises a bottom plate (201) and a control box (202) fixed on the bottom plate (201); the control box (202) is fixed on one side of the bottom plate (201); the cylinder (4) of the accessory loading device is fixed at the bottom edge of the control box (202) so that the sucker connecting frame (3) is arranged outside the control box (202) in a hanging mode. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the accessory to be loaded is placed on the bottom of the suspended suction cup attachment frame (3) so as to correspond to the position of the suction cup (1).
Further, the accessory loading device provided by the embodiment further comprises an accessory stacking box (203), wherein the accessory stacking box (203) is fixed at the bottom of the sucker connecting frame (3); the number of the accessory stacking boxes (203) corresponds to the number of the suckers (1). The accessory stacking box (203) is used for stacking accessories to be loaded in a stacking manner so as to ensure that each accessory is vertically below the suction cup (1) as can be understood by a person skilled in the art.
Furthermore, three fixing strips (204) are arranged on the bottom plate (201), and the three fixing strips (204) are respectively fixed on two sides and the outer side edge of the accessory stacking box (203). As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the fixing strip (204) is used for limiting the accessory stacking box (203), and the accessory stacking box (203) is prevented from being displaced due to misoperation of an operator or vibration, shaking and the like of equipment in the operation process, so that the sucker (1) cannot be adsorbed to an accessory.
Further, the control circuit comprises a meter control type cylinder controller, a direct current power supply, a direct current electromagnetic valve and an air pressure sensor (301), wherein the output end of the air pressure sensor (301) is in circuit connection with the control end of the meter control type cylinder controller; the output end of the meter-controlled cylinder controller is in circuit connection with the control end of the direct-current electromagnetic valve; the output end of the direct current electromagnetic valve is in circuit connection with the control end of the air cylinder (4); the gauge control type cylinder controller, the direct current electromagnetic valve and the air pressure sensor (301) are all connected with the direct current power supply; the gauge control type cylinder controller, the direct-current power supply, the direct-current electromagnetic valve and the air pressure sensor (301) are all arranged in the control box (202).
The technical personnel in the field can understand that the air pressure sensor (301) can identify and monitor whether accessories are adsorbed at the bottom of the sucker (1), when the air pressure in the sucker (1) is a positive pressure value, the air pressure sensor (301) identifies that the accessories are not adsorbed at the bottom of the sucker (1), at the moment, the air pressure sensor (301) sends a first feedback signal to the gauge control type air cylinder controller, the gauge control type air cylinder controller controls the execution end of the air cylinder (4) to descend according to the first feedback signal so as to drive the sucker (1) to descend, when the distance between the sucker (1) and the accessories is within the adsorption range of the current air pressure, the accessories can be adsorbed at the bottom of the sucker (1), at the moment, the air pressure in the sucker (1) is a negative pressure value, the air pressure sensor (301) identifies that the sucker (1) is adsorbed to the accessories, at the moment, the air pressure sensor (301) sends a second feedback signal to the gauge control type air cylinder controller, the meter control type cylinder controller controls the execution end of the cylinder (4) to ascend according to the second feedback signal, and at the moment, an operator can take down the accessory through manual operation and place the accessory in the product packaging box; at the moment, the air pressure in the sucker (1) is restored to be a positive pressure value, and the accessory loading is completed in a circulating mode.
Furthermore, a first assembling port for installing a power socket (304), a second assembling port for installing a power switch (302), a third assembling port for installing an air pressure sensor switch (303) and a fourth assembling port for installing a vacuum pump switch (305) are arranged on a side wall plate of the control box (202). As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the circuit operation can be carried out without opening the control box (202) by operators, the operation is convenient and easy, and the production efficiency can be effectively improved.
The accessory loading device provided by the embodiment further comprises a communication module for realizing data connection with the server, wherein the communication module is in circuit connection with the table control type cylinder controller and is used for executing operation according to an operation terminal control instruction sent by the server.

Claims (13)
1. An accessory loading device is characterized by comprising a sucker (1), a sucker connecting rod (2), a sucker connecting frame (3) and a cylinder (4) provided with an execution end which moves along the longitudinal direction; the sucker connecting frame (3) is horizontally arranged, and the side part of the sucker connecting frame is fixed with the execution end of the cylinder (4); the sucker connecting frame (3) is provided with an assembling through hole (5); the sucker connecting rod (2) is inserted into the assembling through hole (5); the sucker (1) is arranged at the bottom end of the sucker connecting rod (2).
2. Accessory loading device according to claim 1, characterized in that said fitting through hole (5) is a slotted hole with rounded ends.

Accessory loading device according to claim 2, wherein the suction cup connection rod (2) comprises a main rod shaft (201), a stop collar (202), a first bushing (203), a second bushing (204); a first limit nut (205) and a second limit nut (206); the first sleeve (203) penetrates through the assembling through hole (5) and is provided with threads on the outer wall, and the first limiting nut (205) and the second limiting nut (206) are screwed on the top and the bottom of the first sleeve (203) and clamp the sucker connecting frame between the first limiting nut (205) and the second limiting nut (206); the main rod shaft (201) is arranged in the first sleeve (203) in a penetrating mode; the top outer part and the bottom outer part of the main rod shaft (201) are provided with threads; the second sleeve (204) is screwed on the top of the main rod shaft (201); the limiting ring (202) is screwed on the position of the main rod shaft (201) close to the bottom, and the partial threads are arranged at the bottom of the limiting ring (202).

The accessory loading device of claim 3, further comprising a vacuum air path structure comprising a vacuum pump, a vacuum solenoid valve, a three-way bypass fitting, and an air tube; the outlet of the vacuum pump is connected with the vacuum electromagnetic valve through the air pipe; the outlet of the vacuum electromagnetic valve is connected with the inlet end of the shunt connector through an air pipe phase air passage; and three outlets of the three-way shunt joint are respectively connected with three sucker connecting rods (2) through air pipes.

Accessory loading device according to claim 3, characterized in that said suction cup (1) comprises a first connection portion (101), a second connection portion (102), a third connection portion (103) and a bottom cover (104) connected in sequence and formed in a single piece; the first connection portion (101) is of a cylindrical structure; the second connecting part (102) and the third connecting part (103) are both of a cavity structure with the middle diameter larger than the diameters of two ends; the bottom cover (104) is of a bucket-shaped structure with a bottom opening larger than a top opening; the top surface and the bottom surface of the second connecting part (102) are vertical to the side wall of the second connecting part; the top surface and the bottom surface of the third connecting part (103) form an included angle of more than 90 degrees with the side wall of the third connecting part.
6. Accessory loading device according to claim 5, characterized in that said suction cup (1) further comprises a bottom cover (105); the bottom cover (105) is provided with a plurality of through holes which are uniformly distributed.

The accessory loading device according to claim 6, wherein the bottom cover (104) is provided with a first connecting ring (106) at the outer peripheral edge thereof, and the first connecting ring (106) is provided with threads on the outer wall thereof; a second connecting ring (107) is arranged at the outer peripheral edge of the bottom cover (105), and internal threads are arranged on the inner wall of the second connecting ring (107); the sucking disc (1) is made of rubber materials.
8. An accessory loading apparatus comprising the accessory loading device of claim 8, a control circuit, and a support stand; the accessory loader and the control circuit are both disposed on the support stand.
9. The accessory loading apparatus of claim 8, wherein the support stand comprises a base plate (201) and a control box (202) secured to the base plate (201); the control box (202) is fixed on one side of the bottom plate (201); the cylinder (4) of the accessory loading device is fixed at the bottom edge of the control box (202) so that the sucker connecting frame (3) is arranged outside the control box (202) in a hanging mode.

The accessory loading apparatus according to claim 9, further comprising an accessory stacker (203), wherein the accessory stacker (203) is fixed to a bottom of the suction cup attachment frame (3); the number of the accessory stacking boxes (203) corresponds to the number of the suckers (1); the bottom plate (201) is provided with three fixing strips (204), and the three fixing strips (204) are respectively fixed on two sides and the outer side edge of the accessory stacking box (203).

The accessory loading apparatus of claim 10, wherein the control circuit comprises a gauge-controlled cylinder controller, a dc power source, a dc solenoid valve, and a pneumatic pressure sensor (301), wherein an output terminal of the pneumatic pressure sensor (301) is electrically connected to a control terminal of the gauge-controlled cylinder controller; the output end of the meter-controlled cylinder controller is in circuit connection with the control end of the direct-current electromagnetic valve; the output end of the direct current electromagnetic valve is in circuit connection with the control end of the air cylinder (4); the gauge control type cylinder controller, the direct current electromagnetic valve and the air pressure sensor (301) are all connected with the direct current power supply; the gauge control type air cylinder controller, the direct current power supply, the direct current electromagnetic valve and the air pressure sensor (301) are all arranged in the control box (202).
12. A product accessory information management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1 is used for configuring the accessory information of the production line product on the main control terminal computer according to the external input instruction;
s2, uploading the configured and stored accessory information of the production line product to a server for storage;
s3 is used for the server to generate the operation terminal control instruction according to the received production line product attachment information;
s4 is used for starting an operation terminal and realizing communication connection between the operation terminal and the server;
s5, the operation terminal sends the terminal code and the product code of the product to the server, to read the operation terminal control order matched with the terminal code and the product code;

means for performing an operation according to a received operation terminal control instruction using the accessory loading apparatus according to any one of claims 9 to 12.
