s2, triggering the liquid level meter 19 when the water level reaches 1.2m, controlling the motor 4 to start by the liquid level meter 19 to drive the filter frame 5 to rotate, so as to drive the filter screen 6 attached with medicine residues to rotate to the upper part, enabling the scraper 12 to be always in contact with the filter screen 6, further scraping the medicine residues attached to the filter screen 6 into the collecting hopper 10, blocking the medicine residues falling from the filter screen 6 by the slag blocking plate 16 in the rotating process of the filter frame 5 to prevent the medicine residues from floating along with the flow of medicine flows, enabling the swinging block 17 to be in contact with the push block 18 when the slag blocking plate 16 moves to the upper part, enabling the slag blocking plate 16 to rotate 110 degrees, then enabling the scraper 12 to be in contact with the slag blocking plate 16, further bringing the medicine residues on the slag blocking plate 16 into the collecting hopper 10, wherein the starting time of the motor 4 is 30S, and the number of rotation turns is 2 weeks;
s3, after the motor 4 stops, the driving device 15 starts to drive the push plate 14 to push the medicine residues to move towards the direction of the residue discharge port, when the medicine residues are pushed to the extrusion plate 20, the medicine residues can be extruded by the push plate 14 and the extrusion plate 20, medicine liquid in the medicine residues flows back to the inside of the filter frame 5 through the screen 21, when the extrusion force of the push plate 14 and the extrusion plate 20 on the medicine residues is larger than the suction force of the magnet 22 on the extrusion plate 20, the extrusion plate 20 turns upwards, and the push plate 14 can push the medicine residues into the residue discharge pipe 13;
s4, starting a slag discharging device, and sucking away the slag in the slag discharging pipe 13 for recycling;
s5, when the medicine residue is cleaned for the 10 th time, the cleaning device 9 is communicated with the medicine liquid pipe, the medicine liquid in the shell 1 is pumped to the cleaning device 9 through the pump, the medicine liquid is sprayed out of the cleaning device 9, and the medicine liquid sprayed out of the cleaning device 9 can back flush all the filter screens 6 on the filter rack 5 in the rotating process of the filter rack 5;
and S6, after the production line stops producing, switching the cleaning device 9 to be communicated with a high-pressure steam pipe, and introducing high-pressure steam through the cleaning device 9 to clean and sterilize the filter screen 6.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the filtering device filters the Chinese medicine with the filtering precision greater than 0.5um as follows;

different from the first embodiment, the filtering precision of the traditional Chinese medicine is low, the adopted filter screen 6 is small in mesh number, the filter screen 6 is not easily blocked by medicine dregs in the filtering process, and when the backwashing frequency is adjusted to 30 th time for cleaning the medicine dregs, the use frequency of the cleaning device 9 is reduced, namely, the energy loss is reduced, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
