Background

Most of the existing drying devices are complex in structure, high in acquisition cost, large in operation difficulty and low in drying efficiency, and cannot meet the use requirements.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the invention provides a textile fabric drying device, which comprises a drying box, wherein an inlet and an outlet for textile fabric to pass through are arranged on two sides of the drying box, guide roller shafts which are symmetrically arranged are rotatably connected on the upper side and the lower side of the inlet and the lower side through a support, ventilation pipes are arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the drying box in a penetrating manner, the ventilation pipes are communicated with connecting pipes, one sides of the connecting pipes, which face the drying fabric, are respectively connected with drying air ports which are arranged at equal intervals, an electric push rod is arranged at the top in the drying box and fixedly connected with an upper mounting plate, a plurality of groups of upper roller frames are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the upper mounting plate along the length direction, an upper compression roller is rotatably connected between each group of upper roller frames, a support frame is arranged at the bottom in the drying box and fixedly connected with a lower mounting plate, and a plurality of lower roller frames are uniformly arranged at the upper end of the lower mounting plate along the length direction, and lower compression rollers are connected between each group of lower roller frames in a sliding manner through sliding assemblies, the lower compression rollers correspond to the upper compression rollers one to one, the textile fabric penetrates through a gap between each pair of upper compression rollers and the lower compression rollers, and one end of the textile fabric penetrates through the drying box and then is wound on a winding roller.
Preferably, an air heater is arranged on the outer side of the drying box, an air outlet of the air heater is communicated with the ventilation pipe, and an air inlet of the air heater is communicated with the air inlet pipe.

The drying device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can effectively improve the drying effect and drying efficiency of the fabric through the blowing and extruding actions on the two sides of the textile fabric, and is suitable for popularization and use.

The working principle is as follows: when the drying device is used, the air heater 17 is started, the hot air ventilation pipe 4 generated by the air heater enters the connecting pipes 5 on the upper side and the lower side and is blown out from the drying air port 6, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile fabric can be simultaneously dried, the drying efficiency is higher, meanwhile, in the drying process, the electric push rod 7 pushes the upper mounting plate 8 to move downwards, so that the textile fabric between the upper compression roller 10 and the lower compression roller 14 is extruded, the moisture contained in the textile fabric is conveniently extruded, the drying effect is further improved, in the extrusion process, the sliding part 15-2 is extruded and slides downwards along the sliding groove 15-1, the extrusion spring 15-3 plays a good buffering role, the textile fabric is prevented from being clamped and fixed due to excessive extrusion, the dried textile fabric is conveyed out from the drying box 1 and then is wound on the winding roller 16, and drying is completed.
