Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a partition wall structure which is arranged between a top floor slab and a bottom floor slab, and comprises a partition wall main body, wherein the partition wall main body comprises a plurality of unit modules which are sequentially arranged along a first direction, any unit module comprises two decorative panels and a heat insulation material clamped between the two decorative panels, and further comprises a plurality of first fasteners and a plurality of vertical keels, the upper end and the lower end of each vertical keel are respectively connected with the top floor slab and the bottom floor slab, and one vertical keel is arranged between any two adjacent unit modules to separate the two adjacent unit modules;
the vertical keel comprises two first transverse plates and a first bottom plate arranged along a second direction, the two first transverse plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the first bottom plate in the second direction and are perpendicular to the first bottom plate, the two first transverse plates and the first bottom plate enclose an I shape, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction;
one side of the first transverse plate, which is back to the first bottom plate, is provided with a protruding first protruding part, and any first protruding part is positioned between two adjacent decorative panels in the first direction so as to limit the decorative panels in the first direction; one end, far away from the first bottom plate, of any first protruding portion is detachably connected with one first fastener, a first end portion is arranged at one end, close to the first protruding portion, of each of two adjacent decorative panels, and the first end portion is clamped between the first transverse plate and the first fastener so that the decorative panels are limited in the second direction.
One possible design is that any one first bulge comprises two parallel first vertical plates, the first vertical plates are perpendicular to the first transverse plate and arranged along the length direction of the vertical keel, one end of each first vertical plate is connected with the first transverse plate, and a first slot is formed between the two first vertical plates;
the first fastener is set to be in a long condition and is connected with the first slot in an inserting mode.
According to one possible design, the first fastener comprises a first limiting plate and a first inserting plate which are perpendicular to each other, and the first limiting plate and the first inserting plate enclose a T shape;
the first inserting plate is inserted into the first inserting groove, the first limiting plate is parallel to the first transverse plate, and the first end portion is clamped between the first limiting plate and the first transverse plate.
In one possible embodiment, the first plug board is provided with a first tooth flank on an end face facing the first vertical board, and the first vertical board is provided with a second tooth flank matching the first tooth flank on an end face facing the first plug board.
In one possible design, the partition wall structure further comprises a built wall body, and one end of the partition wall main body is connected with the built wall body;
the partition wall main body further comprises a second fastener and an end keel vertically arranged, wherein the end keel is arranged at least one end of the partition wall main body in the first direction and is clamped between one unit module and the built wall body;
the end keel comprises two second transverse plates and a second bottom plate arranged along a second direction, the two second transverse plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the second bottom plate in the second direction and are perpendicular to the second bottom plate, and the two second transverse plates and the second bottom plate are enclosed into a U shape;
one side of the second transverse plate, which is back to the second bottom plate, is provided with a protruding second protruding portion, one end of the second protruding portion, which is far away from the second bottom plate, is detachably connected with the second fastener, and one end, which is connected with the end keel, of the veneer is clamped between the second transverse plate and the second fastener.
One possible design is that any one of the second protruding parts comprises two parallel second vertical plates, the second vertical plates are perpendicular to the second transverse plate and arranged along the length direction of the end keel, one end of each second vertical plate is connected with the second transverse plate, and a second slot is formed between the two second vertical plates;
the second fastener is set to be in a long condition and comprises a second perpendicular limiting plate and a second inserting plate, and one end of the second limiting plate is connected with one end of the second inserting plate to form an L shape;
the second inserting plate is inserted into the second inserting groove, the second limiting plate is parallel to the second transverse plate, and one end, connected with the end keel, of the veneer is clamped between the second limiting plate and the second fastener.
According to a possible design, the second inserting plate is provided with a third tooth surface on the end surface facing the second vertical plate, and the second vertical plate is provided with a fourth tooth surface matched with the third tooth surface on the end surface facing the second inserting plate.
According to one possible design, the end keel further comprises a reinforcing plate, the reinforcing plate is parallel to the second bottom plate, and two ends of the reinforcing plate are connected with the two second transverse plates respectively;
the reinforcing plate and the second bottom plate are correspondingly provided with through holes for screws to penetrate through.
A possible design, the vertical setting of end fossil fragments, the upper and lower both ends of end fossil fragments respectively with the top floor with the bottom floor is connected.
In one possible design, the thermal insulation material is provided as a mineral wool board, rock wool board, expanded perlite board, foamed polyester or glass fiber;
the vertical keel and the end keel are made of metal, wood plastic or plastic.
The partition wall structure provided by the embodiment of the invention is convenient to realize the disassembly and reversible reassembly of any local position of the wall body, is convenient to arrange a pipeline and an electric cabinet in the partition wall, and is very convenient for overhauling, maintaining and increasing and decreasing the arranged pipeline. Meanwhile, the partition wall structure can be disassembled and moved to be reassembled, space changing is achieved, the partition wall structure is rapid and efficient, waste garbage is not generated, and the partition wall structure has the significance of energy conservation and environmental protection.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, a partition wall structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1 to 7, the partition wall structure being disposed between a top floor 1 and a bottom floor 2, the partition wall structure including a partition wall main body 3, further, the partition wall main body 3 including a plurality of unit modules 4 sequentially arranged in a first direction, and any one of the unit modules 4 including two finishing boards 7 and a heat insulating material 8 sandwiched between the two finishing boards 7. Particularly, the partition wall main body 3 further comprises a plurality of first fasteners 5 and a plurality of vertical keels 6, wherein the upper end and the lower end of each vertical keel 6 are respectively connected with the top floor slab 1 and the bottom floor slab 2, and a vertical keel 6 is arranged between any two adjacent unit modules 4 so as to separate the two adjacent unit modules 4. Any one of the vertical keels 6 comprises two first transverse plates 10 and a first bottom plate 9 arranged along the second direction, the two first transverse plates 10 are respectively arranged at two ends of the first bottom plate 9 in the second direction and are perpendicular to the first bottom plate 9, the two first transverse plates 10 and the first bottom plate 9 enclose an I shape, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. Meanwhile, one side of the first transverse plate 10, which faces away from the first bottom plate 9, is provided with a protruding first protruding portion 11, and any first protruding portion 11 is located between two adjacent facing plates 7 in the first direction, so as to limit the facing plates 7 in the first direction. In addition, one end of any first protruding portion 11 far away from the first bottom plate 9 is detachably connected with a first fastener 5, two adjacent facing panels 7 are provided with first end portions 18 at the end near the first protruding portion 11, and the first end portions 18 are clamped between the first transverse plate 10 and the first fastener 5 to limit the facing panels 7 in the second direction. The partition wall structure of this embodiment conveniently realizes the dismantlement and the reversible repacking of any local position of wall body, is convenient for set up pipeline, electric cabinet in the partition wall, and it is very convenient to overhaul to maintain and increase and decrease to set up the pipeline.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the partition wall body 3 includes a plurality of unit modules 4 and a furring channel 6 alternately arranged in a first direction, and the furring channel 6 is located only between two adjacent unit modules 4. The unit module 4 comprises two veneers 7 and a filling material 8, the two veneers 7 are arranged at intervals in the second direction, the filling material 8 is arranged between the two veneers 7, the veneers 7 and the filling material 8 are fixed into a whole, and the thickness of the wall body module 5 is the size of the wall body module in the second direction. The decorative board 7 is a gypsum board, a calcium silicate board, a cement board, a wood board or a wood-plastic board with a decorative surface, has a decorative effect, and can be added with a waterproof layer. The filling material 8 can be a mineral wool board, a rock wool board, an expanded perlite board, foamed polyester or glass fiber and the like, and has sound insulation and heat insulation functions.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the vertical keel 6 is made of metal, wood plastic or plastic, the vertical keel 6 in this example is made of metal, and is vertically disposed, and the upper and lower ends of the vertical keel are fixed to the top floor 1 and the bottom floor 2 respectively, and the length of the vertical keel is equal to the distance between the top floor 1 and the bottom floor 2. This vertical keel 6 is including piecing together two first diaphragms 10 and the first bottom plate 9 of I shape, and first bottom plate 9 arranges in the middle of, and above-mentioned first bellying 11 includes two parallel first risers 12, and the first diaphragm 10 of first riser 12 perpendicular to just sets up along vertical keel 6's length direction, and the one end and the first diaphragm 10 of first riser 12 meet, and the other end freely stretches out, and the extension length of first riser 12 equals or slightly is less than the board thickness of this decorative board 7, forms first slot 13 between two first risers 12. Thus, two first slots 13 extending along the length direction of the vertical keel 6 are formed on the vertical keel 6, and the first protruding part 11 is arranged in the center and corresponds to the first bottom plate 9. In addition, the opposite end surfaces of the two first vertical plates 12, namely the groove walls of the first slot 13, are provided with second tooth surfaces 16, and the second tooth surfaces 16 are sawtooth-shaped end surfaces.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 6, the first fastening member 5 is disposed in a long condition and vertically disposed, and the material of the first fastening member 5 is the same as that of the mullion 6, but the first fastening member is not limited thereto, and may be made of wood plastic or plastic, for example. The first fastener comprises a first limiting plate 14 and a first inserting plate 15 which are perpendicular to each other, one end of the first inserting plate 15 is connected with the first limiting plate 14 and perpendicular to the first limiting plate 14, the first limiting plate 14 and the first inserting plate 15 are spliced into a T shape, and the plate thickness of the first inserting plate 15 is matched with the groove width of the first inserting groove 13. In addition, the first insert plate 15 is provided with first tooth surfaces 17 on both side end surfaces, and the first tooth surfaces 17 are saw-tooth end surfaces and are matched with the second tooth surfaces 16.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, when the first fastening member 5 is connected to the stud 6, the first insert plate 15 is inserted into the first slot 13 to form an insertion connection between the first fastening member 5 and the stud 6, and the first tooth surface 17 and the second tooth surface 16 are engaged to prevent the first fastening member 5 from falling off the stud 6. After the installation is completed, the first limiting plate 14 is parallel to the first transverse plate 10, the distance between the first limiting plate 14 and the first transverse plate 10 is equal to the thickness of the veneer 7, and the first end portion 18 of the veneer 7 can be clamped between the first limiting plate 14 and the first transverse plate 10. In addition, a first fastener 5 can simultaneously limit the veneer sheets 7 on both sides of the mullion 6.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 to 11, the partition wall structure further includes a built wall body 19, and one end of the partition wall body 3 is connected to the built wall body 19. The partition wall body 3 further includes a second fastening member 21 and a vertically arranged end keel 20, wherein the end keel 20 is arranged at least at one end of the partition wall body 3 in the first direction, and is sandwiched between a unit module 4 and the built wall 19. Wherein, end fossil fragments 20 are metal material, wood-plastic material or plastics material, and end fossil fragments 20 adopt metal material in this example, and its vertical setting, upper and lower both ends are fixed with top floor 1 and bottom floor 2 respectively, and its length equals the interval of top floor 1 and bottom floor 2. The end keel 20 comprises two second transverse plates 23 and a second bottom plate 22 arranged along the second direction, the two second transverse plates 23 are respectively arranged at two ends of the second bottom plate 22 in the second direction and are perpendicular to the second bottom plate 22, and the two second transverse plates 23 and the second bottom plate 22 enclose a U shape. Meanwhile, a protruding second protruding portion 24 is disposed on a side of the second transverse plate 23 opposite to the second bottom plate 22, and one end of any second protruding portion 24 away from the second bottom plate 22 is detachably connected to a second fastener 21.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, any one of the second protrusions 24 includes two parallel second vertical plates 25, the second vertical plate 25 is perpendicular to the second horizontal plate 23 and is disposed along the length direction of the end keel, one end of the second vertical plate 25 is connected with the second horizontal plate 23, the other end of the second vertical plate 25 freely extends out, the extending length of the second vertical plate 25 is equal to or slightly smaller than the plate thickness of the veneer 7, and a second slot 26 is formed between the two second vertical plates 25. The second protrusion 24 is located at one end of the second cross plate 23 connected to the second bottom plate 22. The opposite end faces of the two second risers 25, i.e. the groove walls of the second slots 26, are provided with fourth tooth flanks 30, which fourth tooth flanks 30 are saw-tooth shaped end faces. In addition, the end keel 20 further includes a reinforcing plate 27, the reinforcing plate 27 is parallel to the second bottom plate 22, two ends of the reinforcing plate 27 are respectively connected to the two second transverse plates 23, and through holes (not shown in the drawings) for screws to pass through are correspondingly formed on the reinforcing plate 27 and the second bottom plate 22.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the second fastening member 21 is provided in a long condition and is vertically disposed, and the material of the second fastening member 21 is the same as that of the vertical keel 6 and the end keel 20, but the second fastening member is not limited thereto, and may be made of wood plastic or plastic, for example. The second fastening member 21 includes a second perpendicular limiting plate 31 and a second inserting plate 28, one end of the second inserting plate 28 is connected to the second limiting plate 31 and perpendicular to the second limiting plate 31, so that the second limiting plate 31 and the second inserting plate 28 are combined into an L shape, and the plate thickness of the second inserting plate 28 matches the groove width of the second inserting groove 26. In addition, the end surfaces of the second insert plate 28 on both sides are provided with third tooth surfaces 29, which third tooth surfaces 29 are saw-tooth shaped end surfaces and are matched with the above-mentioned fourth tooth surfaces 30.
As shown in fig. 7 to 11, when the second fastening member 21 is connected to the end keel 20, the second insert plate 28 is inserted into the second slot 26 to form an insertion connection between the second fastening member 21 and the end keel 20, and the third tooth surface 29 and the fourth tooth surface 30 are engaged to prevent the second fastening member 21 from falling off the end keel 20. After the installation is finished, the second bottom plate 22 is attached to the wall surface of the built wall body 19 and fixed through screws or expansion bolts, the second limiting plate 31 is parallel to the second transverse plate 23, the distance between the second limiting plate 31 and the second transverse plate 23 is equal to the plate thickness of the veneer 7, and the end part, close to the built wall body 19, of the veneer 7 can be clamped between the second limiting plate 31 and the second transverse plate 23.
When the partition wall structure is installed, the installation is started from the unit module 4 close to the built wall body 19, the end keel 20 and the adjacent vertical keel 6 are fixed firstly, the veneer 7 on one side is positioned and fixed through a first fastener and a second fastener, then the filling material is plugged in, and the veneer 7 on the other side is fixed through a first fastener and a second fastener, so that the installation of the unit module 4 is completed. The other unit modules 4 are sequentially mounted in the first direction. From this, this installation need not the fixed decorative board of frequent nailing, thereby through demolising first fastener and second fastener and pull down the decorative board moreover for the dismouting is more convenient, but high efficiency shifts when needs change partition wall position moreover.
The partition wall structure provided by the embodiment of the invention is convenient to realize the disassembly and reversible reassembly of any local position of the wall body, is convenient to arrange a pipeline and an electric cabinet in the partition wall, and is very convenient for overhauling, maintaining and increasing and decreasing the arranged pipeline. Meanwhile, the partition wall structure can be disassembled and moved to be reassembled, space changing is achieved, the partition wall structure is rapid and efficient, waste garbage is not generated, and the partition wall structure has the significance of energy conservation and environmental protection.
