When the number of the lock disks connected with the cushion blocks and the number of the hooping joints are not large, the lock disks which are not connected with the cushion blocks are installed between the insulation board and the hooping on site, and the insulation board can be well limited. When concrete is poured, the lateral pressure of the heat insulation plate can be transmitted to the stirrups through the lock disc which is not connected with the cushion block.
Preferably, the lock disc without the connecting cushion block is provided with a hole for the connecting rod to pass through, and preferably, the hole is an eccentric hole.
Preferably, building templates are arranged on one side of the shear wall steel bar framework, which is far away from the heat insulation plate, and the outer side of the cushion block; the outer end circumferential surface of the cushion block can be abutted against the building template on the outer side of the cushion block, the side pressure generated in concrete pouring is transmitted to the cushion block and the lock disc or the lock disc without the cushion block, and then transmitted to the building template and the stirrups to be offset, and the building template and the stirrups can effectively limit the movement of the heat insulation board.

By adopting the technical scheme, the lock disc is provided with the one-way hole, so that the U-shaped lock wire cannot fall off after being installed; the concrete can be poured into the cushion block through the elliptical holes, so that the cushion block is more stably installed.
Preferably, a reinforcing rib I is arranged between the cylinder body of the cushion block and the chassis, reinforcing ribs II are arranged in the middle of the lock disc and the lock disc which is not connected with the cushion block, and connecting holes are formed in the reinforcing ribs II. By adopting the technical scheme, the reinforcing rib I is arranged to enhance the strength of the cushion block, and the reinforcing rib II is arranged to enhance the strength of the lock disc and the lock disc without the cushion block; the connecting holes are formed, and when the built-in heat-insulation net rack plate is installed, the lock disc can be temporarily fixed on a steel bar framework of the shear wall through the connecting holes by using steel bars or binding ropes, so that the follow-up work can be facilitated.
