The release mechanism 18 comprises a piston hole 14 formed in the pull rod 1 and the guide shoe 5, wherein the inner side of the piston hole 14 is communicated with the outer communication channel 15, a piston 11 is arranged in the piston hole 14, the piston 11 is connected with the piston hole 14 through clearance fit of a sealing ring, a counter bore is drilled in one side of the piston 11, a compression spring and a shear pin II12 are arranged in the counter bore, an annular groove I13 is formed in the pull rod 1 and the guide shoe 5, one half of the shear pin II12 extends into the annular groove I13, and the compression spring is arranged between the piston 11 and the bottom surface of the piston hole 14.
The slips 3 are provided with a plurality of blind holes 20 from inside to outside, the taper sleeve 2 is provided with a plurality of blind holes 20 from inside to outside of the ring groove III17, and the guide shoes 5 are provided with a plurality of blind holes 20 communicated with the outer communicating channel 15.
An oil absorbing cotton sliver 22 and sand paper 23 are adhered to the outer side of the cleaning tube 19.
