Background
In profile manufacturing enterprises, aluminum profile packaging is the last procedure, and the procedure cannot be seen, so that the packaging is also very attractive. Before packaging, the quality inspection is carried out on each aluminum profile for the last time, and the aluminum profiles are inspected to be qualified, so that a packer can start packaging. Generally, manual packaging is adopted, but the manual packaging has low working efficiency and low packaging quality, wastes packaging materials and increases packaging cost.
The existing profile manufacturers can purchase the straight paper packaging machine, and the straight paper packaging machine is higher in efficiency and packaging quality. At present, small rolls of wrapping paper with the diameter of 300mm are used for all automatic aluminum profile paper packaging machines, and large rolls of wrapping paper with the diameter of 1200mm cannot be used. The small roll of wrapping paper has two drawbacks, namely small amount. The packaging efficiency of the packaging machine is generally very high, the use time of the small-roll-diameter packaging paper is short, the paper roll needs to be replaced frequently, the production efficiency is affected, and the small-roll-diameter packaging paper is formed by slitting and rewinding the large-roll-diameter packaging paper, so that the production cost is higher than that of the large-roll-diameter packaging paper, and the price is higher than that of the large-roll-diameter packaging paper.
The packaging efficiency can be improved and the purchase cost of an aluminum profile factory can be reduced if large rolls of packaging paper with the diameter of 1200mm are directly used. But in the use process of the large-roll packaging paper with the diameter of 1200mm, the existing equipment cannot stably guide paper, accurately transfer paper quantity, the rotation inertia of the packaging paper with the large roll diameter is much larger than that of the packaging paper with the small roll diameter, and in the intermittent stop operation process of the equipment, the roll paper is easy to roll up uncontrolled, so that raw materials are wasted, the cost is increased, and the follow-up packaging work is influenced.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the device achieves force balance in the unreeling and paper feeding processes through the self gravity of the movable roller frame in the paper storage chamber and the tension of paper, and the torque generating device arranged on the reeling rocker arm can ensure that the equipment can limit the rotation inertia generated when the weight of the paper roll rotates during unreeling, ensure that the paper keeps flat when passing through the unreeling device, avoid accidents in the working process, stabilize paper guiding, avoid paper waste and improve the working efficiency;

The paper feeding pressing plate is horizontally arranged at the extending end of the pressing plate frame, and the horizontal position of the paper feeding pressing plate is lower than that of the paper feeding pressing roller, so as to ensure that the packaging paper keeps the paper to horizontally move when entering the next working procedure through the paper storage and feeding device;

The invention has the advantages that the large-roll-diameter paper roll is started on the straight paper packaging equipment, the stable paper feeding and the stable paper guiding can be realized, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the roll changing time is saved, the working efficiency is improved, the paper loss is reduced, and the packaging cost is saved.
