2. A hemming device for a cladding cover according to claim 1 wherein the pre-hemming press blade 7 has a 135 ° angle head at the front end and the final hemming press blade 8 has a 90 ° angle head at the front end.

The covering equipment for the covering machine cover is characterized in that a small boss (31) is arranged at the front end of the first swaging block (3), and the small boss (31) is pressed to the root of the R angle of the outer plate (1) and used for controlling the bending point of the flanging of the outer plate (1).

6. A hemming device for a cladding cover according to claim 1 characterised in that the first linear drive (12) and the second linear drive (13) are hydraulic cylinders and the third linear drive (10) is an air-hydraulic pressure cylinder.
7. A hemming device for a cladding cover according to claim 1 characterized in that the linear drive one (12), the linear drive two (13) and the linear drive three (10) can be linear motors or pneumatic cylinders.
8. A hemming device for a cladding cover according to claim 1 wherein the linear drive 13 extends in a horizontal or vertical direction to push the pre-hemming blade 5 to move in a corresponding direction.
9. A hemming method for a cover of a cladding machine, characterized in that the hemming method is based on a hemming apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: moving an outer plate (1) and an inner plate (2) of a cladding type cover to a first forming die (6) of a pre-flanging device for positioning, and driving a first pressing block (3) to move by a linear driving block (12) so as to tightly press the outer plate (1) and the inner plate (2);
s2: the straight line driving device (13) pushes the edge pre-folding shovel (5) to move, and the flanging of the outer plate (1) is bent to 90 degrees from an obtuse angle;
s3: moving the outer plate (1) and the inner plate (2) which are subjected to pre-flanging to a second moulding bed (11) of a special edge-covering machine for positioning, and pushing a second material pressing block (4) to move by a third linear driving block (10) so as to tightly press the outer plate (1) and the inner plate (2);
s4: the pressing knife mounting seat (9) drives the pre-edge covering pressing knife (7) to move to a first edge covering position, and the edge of the outer plate (1) is folded to 45 degrees from 90 degrees through the upward and downward movement of the pre-edge covering pressing knife (7);
s5: the pressing knife mounting seat (9) drives the final edge covering pressing knife (8) to move to a second edge covering position, the final edge covering pressing knife (8) moves from top to bottom, the turned edge of the outer plate (1) is pressed to 0 degree from 45 degrees, and edge covering of the covering type cover is completed.
