s4, collecting the cleaned cleaning liquid (302) at the bottom of the cleaning cavity (101), enabling the cleaning liquid to enter the liquid accumulating box (309) through a lower leakage pipe (310), enabling the cleaned cleaning liquid (302) to contact a humidity sensor in a release pipe when entering the liquid accumulating box (309), enabling the humidity sensor to sense a humidity signal and control a second electromagnetic valve to be opened, enabling a gel ball (312) in a containing box (311) to enter the liquid accumulating box (309) through the release pipe, and enabling the gel ball to contact and melt the cleaned cleaning liquid (302);
s5, melting the gel balls (312) and then wrapping the particles in the cleaned cleaning solution (302) to increase the whole volume of the particles, and further filtering the particles by the filter screen (313), wherein the clean cleaning solution (302) in the solution accumulation tank (309) enters the solution storage tank (301) again through the return pipe (314) so as to be recycled;
and S6, after the electronic components are cleaned, opening the cover door (102) and taking out the container on the rotating platform (202).
