本发明涉及中药护理技术领域,具体为一种缓解疲劳、活血化瘀、扶阳补正的抑菌足浴液配方。
背景技术
人体足部,由于其本身多汗,处于潮湿、闷热环境,容易滋生大量细菌及霉菌,它们可将角质蛋白中的成分蛋氨酸、甲基硫醇;将皮脂中的脂肪成分分解形成短链脂肪酸,将汗水中的尿素分解成氨等,形成不愉快的气味。而足部,已被现代医学喻为人体的第二心脏。足是人之根,是人体上一个蕴含神秘的器官,与五脏六腑及全身器官有密切的关系。足这个狭小的空间汇集了人身体一半的经络,中国医学从经络的观点认为:足为肝、脾、肾之始,胃、胆、膀之终。人的双脚包括足底、足内、足外侧、足背上,存在着人体各脏腑器官相对应的特定反射区,是五脏六腑精气输注、汇聚的地方。保护足部是利于健康的。足浴可以促进人体脚部血液循环,达到改善脚部经络,促进人体健康的目的。
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,社会工业现代化进程和快节奏的生活状态,生活水平和经济收入提高的同时,人们的身体也面临着越来越多的考验。中药足浴,作为一种防病治病的有效方法,近年来得到了广泛的推广作用;
现阶段足浴液一般使用中药材或者其它原料的粉状通过浸泡使用,或直接使用液体通过稀释来使用,在使用过程中会存在问题中药材或者其它原料浸泡不彻底,在足浴过程中不能达到预想效果,直接使用液体通过稀释这种方式会存在有效成分过于分散,不能够有效作用于皮肤表面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种缓解疲劳、活血化瘀、扶阳补正的抑菌足浴液配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现阶段的足浴液在使用过程中会存在问题中药材或者其它原料浸泡不彻底,在足浴过程中不能达到预想效果,直接使用液体通过稀释这种方式会存在有效成分过于分散,不能够有效作用于皮肤表面的问题。

步骤一:取艾叶、红花、苦参、鸡血藤、黄柏、红景天、透骨草、龙骨、天麻、全蝎和冬虫夏草放置容器的内部,向容器的内部加入清水,反复清洗,洗净后,备用;
步骤二:取葡萄糖酸氯己定和羟丙甲纤维素倒入容器的内部,并向容器的内部倒入乙醇溶液,使用搅拌装置对其进行不断混合搅拌5-10min,完全混合均匀后备用;
步骤三:取步骤一中洗净后的艾叶、红花、苦参、鸡血藤、黄柏、红景天、透骨草、龙骨、天麻、全蝎和冬虫夏草倒入煎煮装置的内部,向煎煮装置的内部加水反复煎煮2次,第一次加入8倍量的水煎煮1.5小时,使用过滤装置对煎煮后的混合物进行过滤,得到溶液,将过滤后得到的中药材固体再次倒入煎煮装置的内部,第二次再向内部加入6倍量水煎煮1小时,再次使用过滤装置对其进行过滤,得到中药材液体,合并两次煎煮液,通过加热装置使用小火缓慢对其进行加热,直至煎煮液浓度浓缩到1.15-1.2,把浸膏装入桶内,向桶内加入乙醇使乙醇含量达65%,搅拌均匀,静置24小时,取上层清液,回收乙醇至无醇味,浸膏用适量纯化水溶解,使用过滤装置对其进行过滤,将得到的滤液加入到容器内,备用;
步骤四:将步骤二制备得到的葡萄糖酸氯己定和羟丙甲纤维素混合溶液倒入容器的内部,向容器的内部加入步骤三得到的滤液以及薰衣草香精,使用搅拌对其进行混合搅拌10-20分钟,混合后,向内部补加纯化水至足量,搅拌均匀,即可;

本发明通过中药材精选、煎煮、浓缩提纯与葡萄糖酸氯己定结合,加香,并和羟丙甲纤维素加热溶解再加水冷却成胶体状后乳化混合,到达中药材有效成分全部萃取出来,能够达到缓解疲劳、活血化瘀、扶阳气补正气的抑菌的预想效果,再通过羟丙甲纤维素胶体把中药材有效成分和葡萄糖酸氯己定均匀溶解不分散,并能与皮肤有效长时间接触而发挥作用,强化了中药材和葡萄糖酸氯己定的有益效果,增加了人体皮肤吸收能力,达到缓解疲劳、活血化瘀、扶阳气补正气的抑菌的理想效果。
