Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and detailed description. The terms such as "upper", "inner", "middle", "left", "right" and "a" and the like recited in the present specification are also for convenience of description only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but rather to change or adjust the relative relationship thereof, without substantially changing the technical content, and are considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in figures 1-4, the fresh and live aquatic product storage bag comprises a bag body 1, wherein the bag body 1 is provided with a cavity 11 for loading aquatic products and water, the edge of the bag body 1 is provided with an air charging channel 12, the air charging channel 12 is communicated with the cavity 11 through an air inlet channel 13, the air charging channel 13 is used for unidirectionally charging air into the cavity 11, namely, air is charged from the air charging channel 12, enters the cavity 11 through the air charging channel 13, and then the air charging channel 13 is closed under the dual action of air pressure and water, so that the air and the water are prevented from flowing out reversely from the air charging channel 13, and the air tightness and the water tightness in the storage bag are good.
In order to ensure good airtight performance in the storage bag, two valve films 2 can be arranged in the air inlet channel 13 for air inlet, namely, the two valve films 2 are overlapped up and down and then are arranged at the position of the air inlet channel 13 in the bag body 1, and one end of each valve film 2 close to the air inlet channel 12 is adhered and fixed with the adjacent bag body 1 at one side. When air or oxygen is filled from the air charging channel 12, the air can impact the valve film 2 in the air inlet channel 13, an air inlet channel is formed between the upper valve film 2 and the lower valve film 2, the air enters the cavity 11 through the air inlet channel, after the air in the cavity 11 is fully charged, the two valve films 2 are tightly pressed to the bag body 1 at one side by the internal air pressure, namely, the air inlet channel formed by the valve films 2 is in a fitting closing state, so that the air inlet channel 13 is closed, the air and the water can not reversely flow out from the air inlet channel 13, and good air tightness and water tightness in the bag are ensured. Preferably, the valve membrane 2 is of the thin film type.
In order to allow the air inlet duct 13 to perform unidirectional air intake, the specific structure thereof may be as follows: the air inlet 13 may be provided with an air inlet 131 and an air outlet 132, or may be provided with a plurality of air inlets 131 and a plurality of air outlet 132, wherein the air inlets 131 are communicated with the air charging channel 12, and the air outlet 132 is communicated with the cavity 11. If a plurality of air inlets 131 and a plurality of air outlet channels 132 are provided, the speed of air entering the cavity 11 can be increased, and the air charging efficiency can be improved. Specifically, the air inlets 131 may be formed between adjacent heat-seal portions 14, the heat-seal portions 14 press-fit and adhere the bag body 1 and the two valve films 2, and the heat-seal portions 14 are arranged at intervals to form a plurality of air inlets 131. The air inlets 131 are present in a regular or random arrangement. Specifically, each air outlet channel 132 has an air inlet end 1321 and an air outlet end 1322, the air inlet ends 1321 are opposite to the air inlets 131 one by one, so that air can enter the air inlet ends 1321 through a short path after entering from the air inlets 131, and thus enter the air outlet channels 132 as soon as possible, the air outlet ends 1322 are communicated with the cavity 11, and the caliber of the air inlet ends 1321 is larger than that of the air outlet ends 1322, so that air can be conveniently admitted and leakage of the air to the outside is prevented. The gas is introduced from the gas inlet 131 by bypassing the heat seal portion 14, enters the corresponding gas outlet passage 132 through the gas inlet end 1321, and is filled into the cavity 11 from the gas outlet end 1322. In order to prevent the gas from flowing back out of the gas outlet end 1322 to the greatest extent, the diameter of the gas outlet end 1322 is designed to be 2-7mm.
Specific embodiment of the air outlet channel 132: the air outlet channel 132 is formed by two adjacent flow dividing portions, the caliber of the end, close to the air charging channel 12, of the air outlet channel 132 is larger than the caliber of the end, close to the cavity 11, of the air outlet channel 132, and the caliber of the large caliber end gradually decreases towards the small caliber end, so that the air outlet channel 132 can be provided as a funnel, the inlet of the funnel is an air inlet end 1321, and the outlet of the funnel is an air outlet end 1322. The split portion is composed of a first heat-seal line 15 and a second heat-seal line 16, one ends of the first heat-seal line 15 and the second heat-seal line 16 near the air inlet 131 are connected, and one ends of the first heat-seal line 15 and the second heat-seal line 16 near the cavity 11 are separated. Thus, the split part forms a thin part near one end of the air inlet 131, and forms a thick part near one end of the cavity 11, and just forms a funnel shape to the air outlet channel 132, so that the air can smoothly enter the air outlet channel 132, but is not easy to leak to the outside. The split parts are in a linear form instead of a block form, and because the block hot-pressing area is large, the bag body 1 and the valve film 2 are easily damaged, and air leakage and water leakage are easily caused. The first heat-sealing line 15 and the second heat-sealing line 16 are preferably arc-shaped, so that gas can easily flow smoothly along the arc, and the smooth arc shape can reduce resistance, reduce the force of inflation and save the strength. The air outlet channel 132 formed by the first heat sealing line 15 and the second heat sealing line 16 is funnel-shaped, so that the air outlet channel 132 with large outside and small inside is formed, air can quickly enter the air bag, after the air bag is filled with air, the air can flow back briefly, but the caliber of the back flow position is small, and the air can be effectively prevented from flowing out of the bag body 1. There are three bonding methods of the first heat seal line 15 and the second heat seal line 16: 1. the first heat sealing line 15 and the second heat sealing line 16 press and adhere the two side bag bodies 1 and the two valve films 2; 2. the first heat-sealing line 15 and the second heat-sealing line 16 press-fit and adhere one side of the bag body 1 and the two valve films 2; 3. the first heat-seal line 15 and the second heat-seal line 16 press-bond the two valve films 2. The three adhesion modes can realize the air outlet channel 132, namely, the function of the air outlet channel 132 can be realized by laminating and adhering at least two valve films 2.
According to the fresh and alive aquatic product storage bag, as the loaded fresh and alive aquatic products, such as fish, are easy to throw the tail to the valve film 2 in the air inlet channel 13 when swimming in the bag as shown in fig. 7, so that the valve film 2 is damaged, the air tightness and the water tightness in the bag can be reduced due to the damage of the valve film 2, therefore, a plurality of protection heat sealing parts 19 are arranged at one end of the cavity 11, which is close to the air inlet channel 13, the protection heat sealing parts 19 are discontinuously distributed and press-bond the bag body 1, the valve film 2 is protected, the damage is difficult, and the fish and the valve film 2 are separated in two spaces.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to facilitate the loading of aquatic products into the cavity 11, the bag body 1 is provided with a bag opening, the bag opening is provided with a sealing member 3, and the sealing member 3 has the functions of sealing and facilitating the opening and closing of the bag opening and the bag body. The sealing element 3 can be a single-strand or double-strand bag sealing zipper capable of being opened and closed, so that the bag mouth can be opened and closed quickly without sealing edges by using a heat sealing machine, the operation time is saved, and the safety performance is good. When the sealing member 3 is a double-strand bag sealing zipper, it includes two zipper strips bonded to the bag body 1, and of course, the zipper strips can be replaced with sealing members having the same function, such as sealing strips. One end of the zipper strip facing the cavity 11 is provided with an extension part 31, the extension part 31 is separated from the bag body 1 and is adhered to the bag opening to seal the bag opening under the air pressure in the cavity 11, and water also presses the extension part 31 to press the bag opening, so that the extension part 31 covers the sealing element 3, the impact pressure of the water on the sealing element 3 is reduced, and the air tightness and the water tightness of the bag opening are protected. The extension 31 further enhances the air-tightness and water-tightness of the bag body 1 after the sealing action of the sealing member 3.
As shown in fig. 6, one of the valve films 2 where the air inlet 131 is located is coated with an ink layer 21. In the industry, the ink-coated layer 21 has a heat-resistant layer, and the ink-free layer 21 has no heat-resistant layer, which is not described herein.
As shown in fig. 6, a handle 4 may be provided at one edge or each edge of the bag body 1, so as to facilitate carrying and moving.
The fresh and alive aquatic product storage bag can shake in the transportation process, so one side of the invention is provided with the sealing zipper 3 which can be rapidly closed, the other side is provided with the air inlet channel 13 which is used for unidirectionally air inlet, the principle of inner air pressure lamination is adopted, when the air in the cavity 11 is filled to be full, the inner air pressure tightly presses the valve film 2 on the bag body 1, the valve film 2 is in a lamination closing state, the air in the bag is prevented from leaking outwards, meanwhile, the inner air pressure can also press the extension part 31 of the sealing zipper 3, the extension part 31 is adhered to the top of the bag mouth, and the leakage is prevented. Secondly, the pressure of water also secondarily presses the valve film 2 and the extension 31, ensuring good air and water tightness. The fresh and alive aquatic product storage bag has the following advantages: 1. the machine is not required to be used for sealing, and the manual extrusion can be used for sealing rapidly; 2. after oxygen is filled, the air inlet 131 is naturally closed, and a manual seal (rubber band or heat sealing machine) is not needed; 3. the air tightness and the water tightness are good, and the requirements of long-distance transportation of electronic commerce are met; 4. the storage bag can be repeatedly used, and is environment-friendly and economical.
The raw materials of the fresh and alive aquatic product storage bag comprise the following components: two sheets of bag film, a combined sealing piece (sealing zipper can be used), and two sheets of film type valve film (valve film containing heat-resistant layer or valve film without heat-resistant layer can be used). The production process comprises the following steps:
hot-pressing an air filling channel at the edge of the bag body film;
hot-pressing the first heat-sealing line and the second heat-sealing line on the valve film and/or the bag body film to form an air outlet channel;
forming an exhaust port on the valve film and the bag body film by hot-pressing the heat sealing part;
hot-pressing the protection heat-sealing part on the bag body film;
hot pressing the sealing member on the top of the bag body film;
forming edge sealing according to two sides of the hot-pressed bag body film with fixed length;
dividing the bag body into single storage bags according to a fixed length;
and installing a sealing piece buckle.
The embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and the present invention may be modified, substituted or combined in various other forms without departing from the basic technical spirit of the present invention, which falls within the scope of the claims, according to the above-described aspects of the present invention, using the general knowledge and conventional means of the art.
