Abstract
带验电功能的远程停送电系统,包括人机界面、PLC、485转以太网网关、控制板、断路器及其电动操作机构;控制层的人机界面、PLC通过工业以太网连接,现场层的所有控制板用RS‑485网络连接在一起后再通过485转以太网网关转接到工业以太网;控制板包括单片机及其外围电路、RS‑485通信电路、分合闸控制电路、断路器状态检测电路、断路器进出线电压检测电路以及供电电源;电动操作机构是断路器远程分、合闸的执行机构。本发明具有远程停送电功能,能大大缩短大中型工业企业设备检修时的停送电时间,确保停电的可靠性,便于集中控制。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于电气控制领域,是一种基于网络、带验电功能的远程停送电系统。
背景技术
在大中型工业企业设备检修时,为了安全的需要,往往要求设备方、生产方和检修方三方共同确认要检修设备。在办理完各种安全手续后,还要到电气室停电,在设备开关上进行停电、验电,并在设备开关上挂“有人工作,严禁送电”的警示牌。检修完毕要送电,上述工作反过来又要做一遍。这样一套停送电流程占据了比较长的检修时间。随着我国智慧工厂建设的推进,生产方和设备方人员被大量缩减,更加加剧了停送电时间的延长,这对于生产节奏紧张的企业是不能接受的。有些企业为了解决这个问题,提出来一些远程停送电的解决方案,但都没有设计验电功能。根据停电必须验电的安全要求,不能确保电源已被断开,易发生安全事故。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种远程停送电的解决方案,它具有远程停送电功能,能大大缩短大中型工业企业设备检修时的停送电时间,确保停电的可靠性,便于集中控制。
本发明的技术方案:
带验电功能的远程停送电系统,包括人机界面(HMI)、PLC、485转以太网网关、控制板、断路器及其电动操作机构。控制层的人机界面(HMI)、PLC通过工业以太网连接,现场层的所有控制板用RS-485网络连接在一起,再通过485转以太网网关转接到工业以太网。控制板包括单片机及其外围电路、RS-485通信电路、分合闸控制电路、断路器状态检测电路、断路器进出线电压检测电路以及供电电源。电动操作机构是断路器远程分、合闸的执行机构。
操作者通过人机界面(HMI)对某一断路器发出的分、合闸命令,经工业以太网传送发给PLC,PLC经过运算后,发出的指令通过485转以太网网关转发到RS-485网络,相对应的断路器控制板接收到控制指令后,驱动电动操作机构对断路器进行远程分、合闸。断路器进出线两侧的电压和断路器的位置状态被实时反馈给PLC,并在HMI上显示出来。通过观察HMI上断路器两侧的电压值和断路器的位置状态,操作者可以确认断路器停送电是否已完成,这样就实现了远程停送电和验电的功能。
可根据实际需要,在每个系统下配置多个RS-485网络,每个RS-485网络下,可连接多个控制板(一般小于等于31个),实现多个断路器的远程停送电控制。
本发明的优点:具有远程停送电功能,能大大缩短大中型工业企业设备检修时的停送电时间,降低工作量,提高检修效率;它集成的验电功能,确保停电的可靠性,保证检修安全可控;现场层设备采用RS-485通信,减少了线路连接,降低了故障率;将每个断路器的进出线电压和状态显示在人机界面上,方便集中控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
图1所示:控制层的人机界面(HMI)、PLC组成工业以太网,现场层所有的控制板连接组成RS-485网络,通过485转以太网网关转接到工业以太网。
图2所示:控制板包括单片机及其外围电路1、RS-485通信电路2、分闸、合闸控制电路3、断路器状态检测电路4、断路器进出线电压检测电路5以及供电电源组成。单片机的数字量输出端口与分闸、合闸控制电路3连接,用于驱动电动操作机构,实现对断路器的分、合闸命令的最终执行;断路器内部装有指示开关位置(分闸位和合闸位)的附件,它是构成断路器状态检测电路4重要部分,单片机的数字量输入端口与断路器状态检测电路4连接,直接读取断路器位置的状态。单片机的模拟量输入端口与电压检测电路5连接,用于检测断路器两侧的电压。单片机的RS-485通信电路2,一方面接受来自PLC发出的分、合闸命令,另一方面将断路器进出线两侧的电压和断路器的位置实时反馈给PLC,并在HMI上显示出来。
工作过程:当因检修需要对某一路断路器停电时,设备方、操作方和检修方在中控室共同确认要停电的目标断路器,并观察目标断路器的位置状态和进出线电压值。停电前,该断路器应该处于合闸状态,其两侧的电压值均为电源电压。确认完毕后,操作者在人机界面(HMI)上操作,向相应的断路器发出停电命令,该命令通过工业以太网转发给PLC,经过PLC的逻辑运算后,如果满足停电条件,则向对应控制板发出分闸命令,该命令经485转以太网网关转发后,被转换成RS-485信号,对应控制板接受到分闸命令后,驱动电动操作机构,执行对该断路器的分闸。分闸完成后的断路器位置状态和断路器两侧的电压被实时反馈显示在HMI上,以验证停电是否完成,实现验电的功能。停电后,该断路器应该处于分闸状态,其进线侧的电压值应该为电源电压,其出线侧的电压值应该为零。
检修完成后的送电顺序与停电类似。

1.带验电功能的远程停送电系统,其特征在于:包括人机界面、PLC、485转以太网网关、控制板、断路器及其电动操作机构;控制层的人机界面、PLC通过工业以太网连接,现场层的所有控制板用RS-485网络连接在一起后,再通过485转以太网网关转接到工业以太网;控制板包括单片机及其外围电路、RS-485通信电路、分合闸控制电路、断路器状态检测电路、断路器进出线电压检测电路以及供电电源;电动操作机构是断路器远程分、合闸的执行机构。
