The invention belongs to the field of kitchen waste disposal, and relates to a system and a method for disposing kitchen waste based on a coal-fired power plant boiler and a pulverizing system.
Background
The kitchen waste has complex components, complex disposal system, large occupied area and limited disposal quantity of each project. The pulverized coal fired boiler of the coal-fired power plant has the advantages of abundant thermoelectricity, high combustion temperature of a hearth, complete tail environment-friendly facilities and the like, and is used as a new way for waste incineration disposal. At present, the main disposal mode of kitchen garbage in China is to mix the kitchen garbage with other household garbage for burning or landfill, so that secondary pollution to soil and underground water is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a system and a method for disposing kitchen waste based on a coal-fired power plant boiler and a powder making system.
In order to achieve the aim, the system for treating kitchen waste based on the coal-fired power plant boiler and the coal pulverizing system comprises a storage system, a crushing and screening system, an extrusion and separation system, a three-phase separation system, a vaporization and crushing system, a burner, a pulverized coal boiler, a high-temperature flue gas interface, a power plant coal conveying system and a power plant coal mill system;
the outlet of the storage system is connected with the inlet of the crushing and screening system, the outlet of the crushing and screening system is connected with the inlet of the extrusion and separation system, the liquid outlet of the extrusion and separation system is connected with the inlet of the three-phase separation system, the liquid outlet of the three-phase separation system is connected with the inlet of the vaporization and pulverization system, the outlet of the vaporization and pulverization system is connected with the inlet of the burner, and the outlet of the burner is connected with the pulverized coal boiler; the high-temperature flue gas interface is connected with the vaporization and pulverization system; and a solid outlet of the extrusion separation system and a solid outlet of the three-phase separation system are connected with a material inlet of a power plant coal conveying system or a material inlet of a power plant coal mill system, and an outlet of the power plant coal conveying system and an outlet of the power plant coal mill system are connected with the pulverized coal fired boiler.
The liquid outlet of the three-phase separation system is connected with the inlet of the vaporization and pulverization system through the liquid storage and transportation system.
The outlet of the vaporization and pulverization system is connected with the inlet of the burner through the fan.
The high-temperature flue gas interface is arranged on a flue between a hearth outlet of the pulverized coal boiler and the air preheater.
Also included is a solids storage system; and a solid outlet of the extrusion separation system and a solid outlet of the three-phase separation system are connected with an inlet of a solid storage system, and an outlet of the solid storage system is connected with a material inlet of a coal conveying system of a power plant or a material inlet of a coal mill system of the power plant.
An outlet of the solid storage system is connected with a material inlet of a power plant coal conveying system or a material inlet of a power plant coal mill system through a feeding system.
The device also comprises a grease recycling system; and a grease outlet of the three-phase separation system is connected with an inlet of the grease recycling system.
The device also comprises a pollutant removing system and a chimney; the pulverized coal boiler is communicated with a chimney through a pollutant removing system.
The method for disposing kitchen garbage based on the coal-fired power plant boiler and the pulverizing system comprises the following steps:
crushing the kitchen waste output by the storage system in a crushing and screening system, screening the crushed kitchen waste to recover metal components, then feeding the crushed kitchen waste into an extrusion separation system to carry out coarse separation of solid and liquid, feeding the separated liquid into a three-phase separation system to carry out fine separation, discharging the generated liquid from the three-phase separation system, and feeding the liquid into a vaporization and crushing system through a liquid storage and transportation system;
the high-temperature flue gas extracted by the high-temperature flue gas interface is introduced into a vaporization and crushing system, steam, volatile matters and solid powder output by the vaporization and crushing system enter a pulverized coal boiler along with the flue gas through a burner for incineration disposal, solid matters generated by an extrusion separation system and a three-phase separation system are conveyed into a coal conveying system of a power plant to be mixed with coal as fired, enter a powder preparation system along with the coal as fired and are ground into powder, and finally the powder is conveyed to a high-temperature hearth of the pulverized coal boiler through a primary air pipeline for incineration or conveyed into a coal mill system of the power plant, is ground into powder together with the coal and then conveyed to the high-temperature hearth of the pulverized coal boiler through a primary air pipeline for incineration disposal.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention relates to a system and a method for disposing kitchen garbage based on a boiler and a pulverizing system of a coal-fired power plant, wherein during specific operation, high-temperature flue gas is introduced into a vaporization and pulverization system, and then a liquid product is conveyed to the vaporization and pulverization system, wherein water is vaporized, part of organic components are volatilized, a small amount of solid is dried and pulverized, water vapor, volatile components and solid powder output by the vaporization and pulverization system enter a pulverized coal boiler along with flue gas to be incinerated, and the solid generated by an extrusion separation system and a three-phase separation system is conveyed to a coal conveying system of the power plant to be blended with coal to be fired, then enters the pulverizing system along with the coal to be fired to be ground into powder, and finally is conveyed to a high-temperature hearth of the pulverized coal boiler to be incinerated; or the garbage is conveyed to a coal mill system of a power plant, is ground into powder together with coal, and is conveyed to a high-temperature hearth of a pulverized coal boiler through a primary air pipeline for incineration disposal, so that the problem that the kitchen garbage is difficult to dispose is solved, the harmless disposal of the kitchen garbage is realized, the process is simple, and the occupied area is small.

Referring to fig. 1, the system for disposing kitchen waste based on a boiler and a pulverizing system of a coal-fired power plant comprises a storage system 1, a crushing and screening system 2, an extrusion and separation system 3, a three-phase separation system 4, a liquid storage and transportation system 5, a vaporization and pulverization system 6, a solid storage system 7, a feeding system 8, an oil recycling system 9, a fan 1, a burner 11, a pulverized coal boiler 12, a high-temperature flue gas interface 13, a coal conveying system 14 of the power plant, a coal mill system 15 of the power plant and a pollutant removal system 16;

The high-temperature flue gas interface 13 is arranged on a flue between a hearth outlet of the pulverized coal boiler 12 and the air preheater.
The method for disposing kitchen garbage based on the coal-fired power plant boiler and the pulverizing system comprises the following steps:
crushing the garbage in the storage system 1 in a crushing and screening system 2, wherein the particle size of the crushed garbage is smaller than 50mm, screening the crushed kitchen garbage, recovering metal components in the garbage, then feeding the garbage into an extrusion separation system 3 for coarse separation of solid and liquid, feeding the separated liquid into a three-phase separation system 4 for fine separation, discharging the generated liquid from the three-phase separation system 4, and feeding the liquid into a vaporization and crushing system 6 through a liquid storage and transportation system 5;
high-temperature flue gas with the temperature of about 600 ℃ extracted by a high-temperature flue gas interface 13 is introduced into a vaporization and crushing system 6, when the temperature of the vaporization and crushing system 6 is raised to be above 300 ℃, a liquid product is conveyed into the vaporization and crushing system 6, moisture is vaporized, part of organic components are volatilized, a small amount of solid is dried and crushed in the vaporization and crushing system 6, the temperature at an outlet of the vaporization and crushing system 6 is about 200 ℃, and water vapor, volatile components and solid powder enter a pulverized coal boiler 12 along with the flue gas through a fan 10 and a burner 11 for incineration. The solid generated by the extrusion separation system 3 and the three-phase separation system 4 is stored in a solid storage system 7, and simultaneously, a feeding system 8 is started to convey the solid into a power plant coal conveying system 14 to be blended with coal as fired, the solid and the coal as fired enter a pulverizing system to be ground into powder, and finally the powder is conveyed to a high-temperature hearth of a pulverized coal boiler 12 through a primary air pipeline to be incinerated; or the waste is conveyed into a coal mill system 15 of a power plant through a feeding system 8, is ground into powder together with coal and then is conveyed into a high-temperature hearth of a pulverized coal boiler 12 through a primary air pipeline for incineration disposal, and pollutants generated by incineration of liquid and solid in the kitchen waste in the pulverized coal boiler 12 enter a pollutant removal system 16 through a tail flue for efficient removal to reach an ultra-low emission level and are finally discharged through a chimney; grease in the kitchen garbage is separated by the three-phase separation system 4 and then enters the grease recycling system 9 for comprehensive utilization.
