Detailed Description
The following will explain in detail embodiments of the nucleic acid sampling kiosk and the nucleic acid sampling delivery device of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Referring to FIG. 1, an operation platform 2 is provided on the front sampling side of a nucleic acid sampling kiosk 1, and necessary information registration equipment (not shown) for performing information registration operations such as face recognition and reading of identification information is provided on the operation platform 2 during sampling. Referring to fig. 5, in addition to the sampling tube rack matched with the robot 14, another set of full-automatic sampling equipment 13 may be matched, including a sampler identity acquisition module, a sampling tube input/output module, and the like. The automatic sampling position is arranged at the other side of the manual sampling, and the manual sampling and the automatic sampling can be simultaneously carried out. The robot 14 performs compatible work between manual sampling and automatic sampling, and the working efficiency of the robot 14 is not affected due to time consumption in the sampling process. The manual sampling can be directly switched to the automatic sampling when the sampling staff have a rest.
In the manual sampling process, after the sampler carries out identity registration and confirmation, the sampling staff starts the sampling pipe transmission module and the cotton swab packaging transmission module, and sends the sampling pipe and the cotton swab to the operating platform 2, and the sampling staff samples the sampler through gloves from stretching out of the glove opening 5. After the completion, with the sampling pipe upper cover after, put back sampling pipe transport module, the sampling pipe returns to operation position in the pavilion through actuating mechanism.
When the robot 14 assists in operation, the sampling tube is moved to the workbench from the tube frame 7 and the returning process is completed through the robot 14, before or after the process, the identity information of a sampler is correspondingly associated with the bar code of the sampling tube, and the bar code information and the identity information are associated to a corresponding database through a bar code scanner in the association process. The bar code of the sampling tube can also be finished by a prepared carbon ribbon printer.
