Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a low porosity chromium corundum brick production equipment, including frame 1, still includes: a mould assembly 2, wherein the mould assembly 2 for loading the filler is arranged on the frame 1; the pressing component 3 pushes and presses the filler in the die component 2 to respectively finish the pre-pressing and pressing forming actions, and the pressing component 3 is arranged above the die component 2; the mold assembly 2 includes: the mold comprises a mold piece 21, wherein the top of the mold piece 21 is provided with an accommodating cavity 211; the supporting and jacking component 22 supports and jacks filler to the periphery, and the supporting and jacking component 22 forming brick holes with preset radial sizes is arranged in the accommodating chamber 211 in a sliding manner; the propping assembly 22 continues to move after the filler is propped open to push the bottom edge of the brick hole.
Through the above, it is easy to find that, in the process of pressing corundum bricks with brick holes, as shown in fig. 18, after corundum powder filler is filled into the mold assembly 2, the mold assembly 2 is pressed by using the pressing assembly 3, and then the filler between the brick holes can be more tightly combined by the power action of the mold assembly 2, so as to solve the technical problem of loose filler between the brick holes, and in the pressing process, the bottom edge of the brick hole is easy to form a dead angle area which is difficult to be pressed, and further, the periphery of the bottom of the brick hole can be further processed by forming convex leftover materials under the power action of the mold assembly 2, so as to improve the quality of the finished corundum bricks.
Specifically, in the process of processing the brick holes, the pressing assembly 3 descends into the accommodating chamber 211 to pre-press the filler, the pre-pressing state is kept, the propping assembly 22 which is arranged in the accommodating space 21 and pre-props up the filler is under the power action, the filler is propped up towards the periphery until a preset brick hole space is formed, then the propping assembly 22 continues to move, the dead angle position between the bottom of the propping accommodating chamber 211 and the propping assembly 22 is propped upwards to the height of the bottom of the accommodating chamber 211, so that the flatness of the peripheral area of the bottom of the brick hole is ensured, then after the propping is finished, the propping assembly 22 is retracted inwards to leave the inner wall of the brick hole, so that the mould piece 21 props up the corundum brick which is formed in the accommodating chamber 211 upwards, the stuffing around the propping assembly 22 is propped outwards, the degree of the filler between the brick holes can be improved, and the pressing effect is enhanced, and when the supporting top assembly 22 is separated, the friction filler is folded inwards, so that the problem that the friction filler falls off due to direct separation after supporting top is solved.
As shown in fig. 3, the ceiling assembly 22 includes: the supporting pieces 221 are uniformly and vertically arranged, and the supporting pieces 221 are inserted into the accommodating chamber 211; and the power piece 222 is in transmission connection with the supporting piece 221, and the radial size of the supporting piece 221 in the accommodating cavity 211 is increased by the power action of the power piece 222.
