uniformly mixing: the motor (9) works to drive the liquid inlet pipe (7) and the rotary table (21) to rotate through the rotating shaft (10), and the stirring frame (22) at the edge of the rotary table (21) uniformly mixes the acidic water body and the neutralizing solution in the cylinder body (1);
discharging: and opening a valve at a sewage discharge pipe at the lower end of the barrel body (1), and discharging the neutralized solution through the sewage discharge pipe.
