A paper tube forming machine according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 23. It is noted that the following examples are only for explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 23, the present application provides a paper tube forming machine, which may include a bobbin assembly 100, an automatic paper receiving assembly 200, a paper taking and slitting assembly 300, a stock tensioning assembly 400, a first adjusting assembly 500, a splice gluing assembly 600, a second adjusting assembly 700 and a splice bonding assembly 800 sequentially disposed along a paper tape conveying direction, wherein the bobbin assembly 100 includes two radially symmetrical paper roll stations disposed on a rotating bobbin, an old paper roll is disposed on one paper roll station to provide an old paper roll to the automatic paper receiving assembly 200, a new paper roll is disposed on the other paper roll station, the automatic paper receiving assembly 200 is provided with a new paper roll when the old paper roll is nearly exhausted, the automatic paper receiving assembly 200 is used for splicing and changing rolls of the new and old paper tapes, the paper taking and slitting assembly 300 is used for providing power for taking a paper tape from the bobbin assembly 100 and dividing the paper tape from the middle into a first paper tape 407 and a second paper tape 408, the stock tensioning assembly 400 is used for tensioning the first paper tape 407 and bonding the second paper tape 408, the stock tensioning assembly 408 is used for gluing the first paper tape 408 and bonding assembly 408 and the splice bonding assembly 600 is used for splicing the first and adjusting the splice bonding assembly 408 and the first and the splice bonding assembly 500 and the first adjusting the splice bonding assembly and the first and the splice bonding assembly and the adhesive bonding assembly.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the automatic paper receiving assembly includes a translational clamping positioning mechanism and a lifting and pressing and cutting mechanism, the translational clamping positioning mechanism includes a positioning pallet 201, a translational cylinder 202 and a paper pressing pallet 203, the positioning pallet 201 is located at the left side right below the paper pressing pallet 203, the translational cylinder 202 can drive the positioning pallet 201 to move horizontally in the front-back direction, a clamping gap for a new paper tape to clamp into and position is formed between the positioning pallet 201 and the paper pressing pallet 203 after the positioning pallet 201 extends forwards, the left end of the new paper tape is located right below the paper pressing pallet 203 and has an adhesive section, the lifting and pressing and cutting mechanism includes a paper pressing plate 204, a cutting knife 205 and a lifting cylinder 206, the paper pressing plate 204 is located at the right side right below the paper pressing pallet 203, an old paper tape passes right below the positioning pallet 201 and passes through a gap between the paper pressing pallet 203 and the paper pressing plate 204, and the lifting cylinder 206 can drive the old paper tape 204 to move upwards to press the adhesive section 204 of the old paper tape to press the new paper tape against the adhesive section, and the old paper tape is broken and the old paper tape is pressed against the old paper tape in the final process.
In the present invention, the translational cylinder, the lifting cylinder, and the like should be understood in a broad sense to include a cylinder using compressed gas as a power source, and also include a common mechanical component for realizing telescopic motion, such as an electric cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder using electric or hydraulic pressure as a power source. The adhesive section can be a section of paper tape formed by manually coating glue on the bottom surface of the free end of the new paper tape or a section of transparent adhesive tape directly attached to the free end, wherein the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape faces downwards.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the paper pressing machine further includes a fixed base plate 207 and a movable base plate 208, both of which are vertically disposed, the rear wall of the fixed base plate 207 is mounted with the translation cylinder 202 through a horizontal first seat plate 209, the fixed base plate 207 is provided with a through hole through which the positioning pallet 201 passes, a telescopic end on the front side of the translation cylinder 202 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the positioning pallet 201, the movable base plate 208 is slidably connected with a vertical sliding rail 210 on the front side of the fixed base plate 207 through a sliding block, the lifting cylinder 206 is mounted above the front side of the fixed base plate 207 through a horizontal second seat plate 211, the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 206 penetrates through the rear part of the second seat plate 211 and is connected with the movable base plate 208 below, the lower surface of the front part of the second seat plate 211 is fixed with the paper pressing pad 203, the front wall of the movable base plate 208 is rotatably connected with a cutter sliding seat plate 212, and the paper pressing plate 204 is disposed on the sliding seat plate 212.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the lower surface of the second seat plate 211 is provided with a front-rear sliding rail 213, and the positioning pallet 201 is slidably engaged with the front-rear sliding rail 213 through a sliding block fixed on the upper surface.
It is understood that the sliding block is fixed on the positioning supporting plate, and the number of the front and back sliding rails can be one or two.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the right side of the cutter sliding seat plate 212 is rotatably connected with the moving base plate 208 through a bearing member 214, the lower left side is hinged with the upper end of a lifting push rod 215 through a pin shaft, the lower end of the lifting push rod 215 is inserted into a limit hole of a spring seat 216 arranged on the front wall of the moving base plate 208, the inner diameter of the limit hole is larger than the outer diameter of the lifting push rod 215, a pushing spring 217 is sleeved on the lifting push rod 215, the lower end of the pushing spring 217 abuts against the spring seat 216, the upper end abuts against the pin shaft, the upper edge of the paper pressing plate 204 is flush with the upper left edge of the cutter sliding seat plate 212, the cutter 205 is fixed below the left end of the paper pressing plate 204, and the cutter sliding seat plate 212, the paper pressing plate 204 and the cutter 205 are kept in a state of tilting to the upper left before the paper pressing plate 203 is not pressed.
It should be noted that, the upper end of the lifting push rod can be provided with a square sleeve with a hinged joint, the sleeve opening is downwards fixedly connected with the upper end of the lifting push rod, the pushing spring is sleeved on the lifting push rod, and the upper end of the pushing spring is abutted with the inner top wall of the square sleeve. The cutter sliding seat plate 12, the paper pressing plate 4 and the cutter 5 are kept in a state of tilting upwards to the left before the paper pressing backing plate 3 is not pressed, and the tilting angle is small and is generally controlled to be within 10 degrees, and the left and right are low.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the paper pressing plate 204 is connected to the cutter sliding seat plate 212 through a sliding and swinging mechanism, the swinging and swinging mechanism includes a sliding plate 218, a moving swinging rod 219 and a swinging rod seat 220, a left-right sliding rail 221 is disposed on the front wall of the cutter sliding seat plate 212, the sliding plate 218 is slidably connected to the left-right sliding rail 221, the upper edge of the sliding plate 218 is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the paper pressing plate 204, the swinging rod seat 220 is fixed on the right lower side of the front wall of the moving base plate 208, and the middle part of the front wall of the sliding plate 218 is hinged to the swinging rod seat 220 through the moving swinging rod 219.
In one embodiment of the present invention, an auxiliary paper pressing mechanism is further disposed on the left side of the front wall of the movable substrate 208, and the auxiliary paper pressing mechanism is located under the front end of the positioning pallet 201 in the extended state, and when the lifting cylinder 206 drives the movable substrate 208 to move upwards to press the paper pressing plate 204 against the paper pressing pad 203, the auxiliary paper pressing mechanism presses the old paper tape against the lower surface of the positioning pallet 201.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary paper pressing mechanism comprises a spring sleeve 222, wherein a plurality of compression springs are arranged in the spring sleeve 222, the compression springs are connected with an auxiliary paper pressing rod 223, the auxiliary paper pressing mechanism presses the old paper tape through the upper end face of the auxiliary paper pressing rod 223, and the compression springs are in a compressed state.
In one embodiment of the present invention, two paper guide wheels 224 are disposed on the left and right sides of the front wall of the fixed base plate 207, and the paper guide wheels 224 on the left and right sides are symmetrically disposed (the two paper guide wheels on the right side are not all shown in the drawing).
In one embodiment of the present invention, the vertical sliding rail 210 is fixed to the front wall of the fixed base plate 207 through a lifting sliding seat 225.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the front end of the positioning plate 201 is provided with a relief groove 226 that cooperates with the cutting blade 205.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the paper taking and slitting assembly 300 includes a paper taking roller 301, a slitting roller 302, a left pressing roller 303 and a right pressing roller 304, the paper taking roller 301 is directly above the slitting roller 302, the left pressing roller 303 and the right pressing roller 304 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side, an annular cutter 305 is fixed on the slitting roller 302, an annular cutter slot 306 corresponding to the cutter 305 is arranged in the middle of the paper taking roller 301, the paper taking roller 301 and the slitting roller 302 are respectively driven to rotate by a first motor 307 and a second motor 308, the left pressing roller 303 and the right pressing roller 304 can respectively compress a paper tape to be slit on the left upper side and the right upper side of the paper taking roller 301, and the paper taking slitting and slitting adjusting mechanism can drive the paper taking roller 302, the left pressing roller 303 and the right pressing roller 304 to approach or separate from the paper taking roller 301.
It should be noted that, the cutter sleeve is fixed on the cutter roll, the groove depth of the annular cutter groove is about 5-10mm, the first motor and the second motor can both directly drive the corresponding pick-up roll and the cutter roll to rotate, and also can indirectly drive the second motor through the transmission mechanism, when the second motor is installed on the front, the output end of the second motor is fixedly connected with the driving wheel on the back, the driven wheel is arranged below the driving wheel and is in transmission connection with the driving wheel through the synchronous belt, and the driven wheel is in coaxial fixed connection with the cutter roll arranged on the front through the coupling device.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a vertically disposed fixing plate 309, where a slide rail is fixed on left and right sides of a front surface of the fixing plate 309, the first motor 307 is fixed on a back surface of the fixing plate 309, the paper taking roller 301 is located at a position near a lower portion of the front surface of the fixing plate 309, the pressing and slitting adjustment mechanism includes a vertically disposed lifting adjustment plate 310, the lifting adjustment plate 310 is slidably connected to the slide rail, the lifting adjustment plate 310 is driven by a telescopic device to lift along the slide rail, the slitting roller 302, the left pressing roller 303 and the right pressing roller 304 are disposed on the front surface of the lifting adjustment plate 310, and the second motor 308 is fixed on the lifting adjustment plate 310.
It should be noted that, the telescopic device is an air cylinder or an electric cylinder disposed above the fixing plate 309, the fixing plate 309 is provided with a yielding waist hole 311 with a long axis along a vertical direction, the second motor 308 is located on the front or the back of the lifting adjusting plate 310, and the yielding waist hole 311 yields for the second motor 308 or yields for a driving wheel of the second motor 308.
It will be appreciated that the telescoping device may also be fixed to the integral frame and preferably located directly above the fixed plate and the lift adjustment plate, the telescoping device not being shown.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a platen roller fine adjustment mechanism, where the platen roller fine adjustment mechanism includes a left arm 312 and a right arm 313 that are arc-shaped and are opposite left and right, the lower ends of the left arm 312 and the right arm 313 are respectively rotatably connected to the left platen roller 303 and the right platen roller 304, the upper ends are respectively rotatably connected through the lower parts of the left and right sides of the connecting seat 314, the connecting seat 314 is fixed on the front surface of the lifting adjusting plate 310, and angle adjusting parts are respectively disposed at the middle parts of the left arm 312 and the right arm 313, and the upper ends of the left arm 312 and the right arm 313 can be positioned after being rotatably adjusted by an angle around the connecting seat 314 by the angle adjusting parts.
The platen roller fine adjustment mechanism is not limited to the above-described structure, and for example, the left and right arm members may be formed in a zigzag shape instead of an arc shape, and for example, the angle adjusting portion may be connected to other positions in addition to the middle portions of the left and right arm members.
In one embodiment of the present invention, each of the angle adjusting parts includes a left adjusting seat 315 and a right adjusting seat 316, and adjusting screws are respectively screwed to the left adjusting seat 315 and the right adjusting seat 316, and extend in the left-right direction.
It is understood that only one left adjusting seat and one right adjusting seat can be arranged, at the moment, one end of the adjusting screw, which is far away from the adjusting seat, is rotationally connected with the corresponding left connecting arm or right connecting arm, and meanwhile, the adjusting seat is hinged with the lifting adjusting plate. When the included angle between the left connecting arm and the right connecting arm is adjusted to be smaller, the left pressing roller and the right pressing roller corresponding to the lower end of the left connecting arm still can press the paper tape, but the cutter of the cutting roller can not contact the paper tape, and at the moment, the paper tape can be conveyed only without cutting.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the left and right sides of the bottom of the connecting seat 314 are provided with arc grooves, and the left connecting arm 312 and the right connecting arm 313 respectively extend into the arc grooves correspondingly and are rotatably connected with the pin shafts in the grooves.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the stock tensioning assembly 400 includes a fixed roller set and a lifting roller set, the lifting roller set is fixed on a front wall of a vertically arranged sliding table 401, a rear wall of the sliding table 401 is slidably connected to a first slide rail 402 vertically arranged, the fixed roller set is located right above the sliding table 401 and keeps a fixed position relative to the sliding table 401, the fixed roller set includes an upper layer fixed roller 403 and a lower layer fixed roller 404, the lifting roller set includes an upper layer lifting roller 405 and a lower layer lifting roller 406, a first paper tape 407 is in a zigzag shape and bypasses each roller of the upper layer fixed roller 403 and the upper layer lifting roller 405, a second paper tape 408 is in a zigzag shape and bypasses each roller of the lower layer fixed roller 404 and the lower layer lifting roller 406, and the first paper tape 407 and the second paper tape 408 can drive the sliding table 401 to move up and down along the first slide rail 402.
It should be noted that, when the paper tube is formed, the first paper tape and the second paper tape need to be adhered after being staggered by an angle, one paper tape is adhered outside and one paper tape is adhered inside, one side lap joint part is adhered and then is rolled into a tube shape (a filter stick can be put in before) in a smoke gun, and then the other side is adhered, so that the paper tube forming (a cavity composite base stick or a countersunk base stick) is completed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the fixed roller set is fixed on a frame back, the first sliding rail 402 is fixed on a front wall of the mounting base 409, and a rear wall of the mounting base 409 is fixed on the frame back.
The mounting base is composed of a mounting plate and connecting plates extending backwards from two sides of the rear wall of the mounting plate, and a first sliding rail is fixed on the front wall of the mounting plate.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper layer fixing roller 403 and the lower layer fixing roller 404 are each formed of three roller sets and are vertically spaced and corresponding, the upper layer lifting roller 405 and the lower layer lifting roller 406 are each formed of two roller sets and are vertically spaced and corresponding, and each roller of the fixing roller sets and each roller of the lifting roller sets are staggered in the vertical direction.
It is understood that the number of each of the upper and lower fixed rolls is not limited to three, but may be an odd number of five, seven or more, the number of the upper and lower lifting rolls is not limited to two, but may be an even number of four, six or more, and the paper tape is folded back reciprocally more times when the number is more, and more amounts can be stored. In addition, the number of rollers in the fixed roller group and the lifting roller group can be exchanged if necessary, namely, the number of the rollers is even number, and the number of the rollers is odd number. And are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the counterweight sliding mechanism further includes a counterweight sliding block 410, a second sliding rail 411, a pull rope and a fixed pulley 412, where the second sliding rail 411 and the fixed pulley 412 are both disposed on a left side wall or a right side wall of the mounting base 409, the counterweight sliding block 410 is slidably connected to the second sliding rail 411, one end of the pull rope is fixed on the sliding table 41, and the other end bypasses the fixed pulley 412 and is fixedly connected to the counterweight sliding block 410.
It should be noted that, the second slide rail can be installed on the connecting plate of mounting base, and the fixed pulley quantity is the preferential setting in mounting panel one side upper end when being one, and the stay cord is connected the counter weight and is slided the piece and slide the platform after this moment, and the counter weight is slided the piece and is played the effect of subtracting the heavy, avoids the too big problem that causes paper tape tension together of weight that slides the platform and each running roller on promptly.
It can be understood that threaded holes or other connecting components can be arranged on the table top of the sliding table and the table top of the counterweight sliding block according to the requirement, so that the counterweight blocks with proper weight can be selected and connected when necessary, and more flexible tensioning force adjustment can be realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, one side of each of the sliding table 401 and the weight sliding block 410 is provided with a rope loop 413 for connecting the pull rope.

The invention provides a paper receiving assembly of a paper tube forming machine, which is used for bonding new and old paper tapes, wherein a coil paper assembly is further arranged on the feeding side of the paper receiving assembly, a paper tape taking and cutting assembly, a stock tensioning assembly, a paper tape gluing and bonding assembly, a paper tube final forming assembly (comprising a smoke pipe, not shown in the drawing, an existing assembly) and the like are arranged on the discharging side; starting a translation cylinder to retract a positioning support plate backwards, then pulling up a new paper tape to be a water surface, enabling the upper surface to be attached to the lower surface of a paper pressing base plate, extending the translation cylinder to enable the positioning support plate to extend forwards, enabling the new paper tape to be clamped between the upper surface of the front part of the positioning support plate and the paper pressing base plate, enabling the free end of the tape to hover below the paper pressing base plate (also located above an old paper tape) due to thicker paper, enabling a motor in a cutting assembly for driving the old paper tape to advance to stop gradually after the old paper tape is used up, enabling an old paper tape to stop winding in a material containing assembly (a material stock tensioning assembly), and enabling the material containing assembly to still supply the old paper tape for a short period of time under the condition that the old paper tape on the feeding side stops supplying, and guaranteeing that the subsequent work is not stopped.
When the old paper tape at the paper receiving assembly is completely stopped, the lifting cylinder is started to drive the movable base plate and the upper part thereof to move upwards, the paper pressing plate and the auxiliary paper pressing assembly gradually hold the old paper tape up to press a new paper tape on the paper pressing base plate, the left side of the upper surface of the paper pressing plate is high, the old paper tape is pressed to the paper pressing base plate, the paper pressing plate and the cutter sliding seat rotate around the bearing part along with the continuous shrinkage of the lifting cylinder until the old paper tape is rotated to be close to the horizontal from the left, the new paper tape is bonded by the transparent adhesive tape, the sliding plate slides leftwards in the process due to the action of the movable swinging rod, the cutting knife under the paper pressing plate can break and cut the old paper tape, the auxiliary paper pressing assembly is pressed on the left side and the right side of the paper pressing plate before cutting, after cutting, the lifting cylinder stretches to enable the movable base plate to drive the upper assembly to move downwards to release the new paper tape, and then a motor in the paper tape cutting assembly is started to continuously provide the paper tape.
The paper tape taking and cutting assembly is characterized in that the paper tape to be cut enters a gap between the left pressing roller and the paper taking roller from the left side, then sequentially passes through the gap between the paper cutting roller and the paper taking roller and the gap between the right pressing roller and the paper taking roller to the right, before starting up, the left pressing roller, the right pressing roller and the paper cutting roller are moved downwards (for example, the lifting adjusting plate is pushed to slide downwards along the sliding rail through the stretching effect of the telescopic device) so as to ensure proper pressing force of each pressing roller on the paper tape (fine adjustment of the pressing force is carried out through the fine adjustment mechanism of the pressing roller), and then the first motor and the second motor are started to respectively drive the paper taking roller and the paper cutting roller to rotate, so that paper taking and paper cutting conveying of the paper tape are realized, and cutting work is completed when the paper taking and the paper cutting machine is conveyed.
The first paper tape and the second paper tape are distributed in a state of being in a fold line to reciprocate for a plurality of ways to buffer and tension the paper tape, the first paper tape and the second paper tape are conveyed from right to left, the first paper tape is taken as an example, the first paper tape bypasses the first roller on the right side of the upper layer fixed roller, then winds downwards on the roller on the right side of the lower upper layer lifting roller, turns upwards around the roller in the middle of the upper layer fixed roller, turns downwards around the left roller of the upper layer lifting roller, turns upwards again around the roller on the left side of the upper layer fixed roller, then conveys leftwards into other working sections of the paper tube forming machine, and during normal production, the sliding table is generally positioned at the position farthest from the fixed roller set, namely at the position of the first sliding rail close to the lower end.
The first and second adjusting assemblies and the gluing and bonding assembly are simple in structure, and the working principle thereof can be known to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description and the following drawings of the present invention, and will not be described herein.
