Description

Paper feeding mechanism capable of replacing paper feeding channel during printing paper jam and paper feeding method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the related field of printing equipment, in particular to a paper feeding mechanism and a paper feeding method capable of replacing a paper feeding channel when a paper jam is printed.
Background
The printer is used for copying the electronic file content to paper so as to facilitate the manual reading. When the traditional printer is used, the blank A4 paper needs to be advanced to the inside of the printer to implement subsequent printing operation, but the problem is that most of printers on the market today often clamp printing paper in a paper feeding channel in the printing process, so that printing cannot be continuously performed.
Aiming at the technical problem, the Chinese patent application No. 202110796140.4 proposes a paper jam prevention printer, and the paper jam prevention printer is characterized in that a leveling roller and a lever shaft are movably connected in a chute through a circular baffle plate and a circular baffle plate, only when papers are placed in order, the papers can be placed at the bottom of a paper feeding box main body through the leveling roller, and when the machine runs, the papers are leveled by the leveling roller, meanwhile, the humidity of the papers is reduced, and the paper jam caused by the fact that the uneven papers are rolled into the machine body is avoided.
Although the above technical solution and the conventional technology can reduce the probability of occurrence of the paper jam, the paper jam cannot be eradicated all the time, and when paper jam occurs each time, the paper feeding channel must be cleaned before the subsequent paper feeding work can be performed, and the cleaning work needs to consume a large amount of time, which relatively consumes a large amount of printing time, and is quite impractical.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to meet the actual printing requirement and avoid the condition of printing time waste caused by paper jam in the printing process, the invention provides a paper feeding mechanism and a paper feeding method capable of replacing a paper feeding channel when the paper jam is printed.
The technical problems to be solved by the invention are realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

The upper part of the printer body is provided with a paper outlet, and the right side of the printer body is provided with an outward groove communicated with the accommodating groove. In addition, the outside of the printer body is also provided with a plurality of accessories for auxiliary control printing, such as signal indicator lamps, control buttons and the like.
As a further improvement of the invention, the left side of the accommodating groove is respectively communicated with a main paper feeding groove and an auxiliary paper feeding groove; the inner side wall of the accommodating groove is provided with a guide rail and a hydraulic cylinder respectively; the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a side mounting frame which is slidably mounted on the guide rail; the side loading frame is respectively provided with a lifting paper feeding controller and a paper storage frame capable of sliding horizontally. The left sides of the main paper feeding groove and the auxiliary paper feeding groove are both communicated with a printing processing area in the printer body, namely normal A4 paper can be conveyed to the printing area for printing processing through one of the two channels of the main paper feeding groove and the auxiliary paper feeding groove. The main paper feeding groove is a common paper feeding channel, and the auxiliary paper feeding groove is a standby paper feeding channel. When the paper jam occurs, the side loading frame is driven to ascend by the hydraulic cylinder so as to realize the replacement of the paper feeding channel. The paper feeding controller is mainly used for controlling the paper to be conveyed.
As a further improvement of the invention, the front side of the printer body is hinged with a detection door, and the auxiliary paper feeding groove is positioned above the main paper feeding groove. The detection door can be opened to facilitate the manual inspection and maintenance of the instrument and equipment in the accommodating groove.
As a further improvement of the invention, the paper storage rack is formed by integrating a horizontal bottom plate, an inclined bottom plate and a side fence; the lower part of the side mounting frame is respectively provided with an I-shaped cylinder and an auxiliary rod; the I-shaped cylinder is connected with the side fence. The paper storage rack horizontally moves under the driving of the I-shaped air cylinder. Normally, the horizontal bottom plate is positioned in the accommodating groove; the inclined bottom plate extends to the outer side of the printer body through the outward groove so as to facilitate manual paper placement; the inclined floor is at an angle of about 15 to 25 degrees to the horizontal. The side fence is used for plugging the front side, the rear side and the right side of the inclined bottom plate. In the initial state, the height of the horizontal bottom plate is consistent with that of the main paper feeding groove.
As a further improvement of the invention, the front side and the rear side of the left part of the side fence are respectively provided with a sliding clamping groove, and the upper part of the auxiliary rod is provided with two paper inhibiting rods which are correspondingly matched with the sliding clamping grooves in a sliding manner. The distance between the paper suppressing rod and the upper end surface of the horizontal bottom plate is set to be more than 1A 4 paper thickness and less than 2A 4 paper thickness.
