A closed rubber mixing mill as defined in claim 1, wherein said connection mechanism comprises a pulling frame (10), a handle (11), a tension spring (12), a fitting frame (13), a positioning block (14) and a fitting rod (15), the pulling frame (10) is connected with the front side of the mounting plate (16) in a sliding way, the pulling frame (10) is fixedly connected with the control ring (21), the left side and the right side of the pulling frame (10) are respectively and fixedly connected with a handle (11) and an extension spring (12), the extension spring (12) is fixedly arranged at the left side of the shell (1), the attaching frame (13) is fixedly arranged at the right side of the shell (1), the matching rod (15) is fixedly connected with the cover plate (6), the matching rod (15) is in sliding contact with the attaching frame (13), and the positioning block (14) is fixedly connected with the pulling frame (10).
