Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a pressure-limiting drainage tube.
Background
The negative pressure drainage tube mainly aims at open wounds and infected wounds. The positive pressure drainage tube is mainly applied to incision drainage after I-type incision operation at the beginning, the wound surface of the I-type incision operation is a sterile wound surface, and after the incision is sutured, the drainage tube is mainly used for draining sterile oozing blood in the incision.
For example, there are more muscles around spinal surgery, and as the number of surgical segments increases, the amount of drainage after surgery is large, especially the amount of drainage for patients after lumbar surgery is large, and there are many cases in which anemia and then blood transfusion are caused by the large amount of drainage after surgery for patients with lumbar surgery of more than 3 segments. Therefore, the drainage tube capable of reducing the drainage quantity of the I-type operation incision is designed, so that the blood loss of a patient can be reduced, the patient can recover as soon as possible, potential risks caused by blood transfusion are avoided, and the social blood resources can be effectively saved.
The type I operation incision generally prevents antibiotics, and is operated in a sterile manner during operation, and generally no bacteria are planted and infected in the incision. The aseptic wound surface oozing blood in the incision is drained by using the positive-pressure drainage tube, so that the drainage resistance can be increased, the pressure difference inside and outside the body can be reduced, the drainage speed can be controlled, and the drainage quantity can be further reduced. But the in vivo exudate can still drain outwards, the growth of granulation tissues in the incision is not influenced, and the blood which continuously drains outwards can prevent external bacteria from entering.
Chinese patent application CN108969810A discloses an automatic drainage control device, including hollow cylindrical current-limiting fixing base, current-limiting fixing base inboard is equipped with the recess, the recess embeds there is current-limiting jack-up portion, keeping away from of current-limiting jack-up portion pushing mechanism is connected to the one end at the inside center of current-limiting fixing base, pushing mechanism connects the converter, the converter includes digital to analog converter and analog to digital converter, the converter is connected with the control unit, the solid fixed ring of hollow cylindrical colour difference survey is connected to the one end of current-limiting fixing base, the solid fixed ring inside wall of colour difference survey is equipped with the colour difference inductor, the colour difference inductor with the converter electricity is connected, and what it realized is to drainage speed's mechanical control, through the diameter restriction its velocity of flow of current-limiting jack-up portion control drainage tube passageway. But it is a rigid constraint that does not allow for elastic control and does not allow for "constant pressure" adjustment.
In summary, there is a need for a pressure-limiting drainage tube which can control the drainage speed, reduce the loss of unnecessary liquid (mainly blood), shorten the drainage time, and achieve drainage under a specific pressure when the initial drainage volume after operation is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pressure-limiting drainage tube which can control the drainage speed, reduce the loss of unnecessary liquid (mainly blood) and shorten the drainage time under the condition of large drainage volume in the early stage after operation and realize drainage under specific pressure. The postoperative blood loss of patients with I-type surgical incisions is reduced, the patients can recover as soon as possible, potential risks caused by blood transfusion are avoided, and social blood resources can be effectively saved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a pressure-limiting drainage tube comprises a drainage tube body and a pressure-limiting saccule; the pressure limiting saccule is arranged on the drainage tube body, the inner channel of the pressure limiting saccule is communicated with the drainage channel of the drainage tube body, the pressure limiting saccule is made of elastic materials, and a pressure control cavity is arranged in the wall of the saccule; and a connecting port is arranged on the pressure control cavity and is connected with the pressure control device.
As a preferable technical scheme, the drainage tube body further comprises a liquid collecting device.
As a preferable technical solution, the pressure control device is an injector.
As a preferable technical scheme, the pressure control device is provided with a pressure measuring meter.
As a preferable technical scheme, the pressure control cavity is provided with a pressure measuring meter.
As a preferable technical scheme, the connecting port is detachably connected with the pressure control device, and a control valve is arranged on the connecting port.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the pressure limiting saccule of the pressure limiting drainage tube is arranged on the drainage tube body, the pressure control cavity is arranged on the pressure limiting drainage tube, the pressure of the pressure control cavity can be controlled through the pressure control device, the drainage effect can be realized only when the hydraulic pressure of the internal incision reaches the set pressure value, and the excessive drainage condition and a series of complications caused by the excessive drainage condition are effectively avoided. The pressure control chamber pressure can be adjusted individually, namely slightly lower than the central venous pressure of the patient.
2. The pressure-limiting drainage tube of the invention has the pressure-controlling cavity pressure lower than the central venous pressure of the patient, namely lower than the hydraulic pressure in the incision of the patient, namely 'safe positive pressure', and can ensure smooth drainage. The adjustment is carried out according to the central venous pressure of the patient, so that the phenomenon that the ineffective drainage volume is too large due to too low pressure in the pressure control cavity is avoided. The flow can be controlled, continuous low-flow drainage is realized, the continuous flow of the body fluid of the wound tissue to the drainage tube is promoted, and effective, continuous and auxiliary power is provided for the blood circulation of the wound.
3. The connecting port is detachably connected with the pressure control device, is similar to an air valve, and can be adjusted in real time according to the central venous pressure of different patients after being connected with the pressure control device. Therefore, after the quantification, one department can realize the pressure regulation of all the drainage tubes in the ward by equipping one pressure control device.
