an immunity improving experiment: helicobacter pylori NCTC 11637 is inoculated to a Brookfield broth culture medium, the culture is carried out for 72 hours at 35 ℃ by quickly placing a micro aerobic bag, 80 mice with the weight of 30 +/-5 g are taken, males are randomly divided into control groups, experimental groups (an experiment 1 group, an experiment 2 group and an experiment 3 group) are adopted, the 80 mice are fed with Hp bacterial liquid 200 mu l (containing 5 multiplied by 108CFU) at intervals of 2d, the infection is carried out for 3 times, the animals are fasted for 24 hours before the feeding treatment, the water is forbidden for 4 hours, the mice are continuously fasted and fed with water for 4 hours after the feeding, and the experiment is carried out after 4 weeks from the last feeding of the bacterial liquid.
The preparation is administered by gavage for 1 time per day (dosage is 760mg -1 BW, nutrition powder prepared in example 1, example 2 and example 3, and normal control group, respectively, are gavaged with equal amount of clear water for 20 days in experiment 1, experiment 2 and experiment 3).
