The novel mixing granulator comprises a granulating mechanism and is characterized in that the granulating mechanism comprises a box body (1), a stirring cavity (2) and a crushing cavity (3) are arranged in the box body (1), the crushing cavity (3) is rotatably connected with two crushing shafts (4), the two crushing shafts (4) are fixedly connected with a plurality of crushing blades (5) respectively, the upper end of the box body (1) is fixedly connected with a first motor (6), a driving shaft of the first motor (6) is rotatably penetrated through the box body (1) and is fixedly connected with one crushing shaft (4) coaxially, a first spiral auger (7) is rotatably connected in the stirring cavity (2), a sleeve (8) is sleeved outside the first spiral auger (7), the upper end and the lower end of the sleeve (8) are fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the stirring cavity (2) through a plurality of connecting rods (9), connect through first gear train (10) transmission between first spiral auger (7) and two crushing axle (4), be equipped with in box (1) and collect chamber (11), collect fixedly connected with filter screen (12) in chamber (11), the left and right sides of collecting chamber (11) all articulates there is chamber door (13), two chamber door (13) respectively with the upper and lower both sides that are located filter screen (12), be linked together through two discharge openings (14) between collecting chamber (11) and stirring chamber (2), be linked together through two through-holes (15) between crushing chamber (3) and the stirring chamber (2).

The novel mixing granulator according to claim 1, characterized in that the feeding mechanism comprises two feeding barrels (20), the two feeding barrels (20) are fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the box body (1), the two feeding barrels (20) are connected with a second spiral auger (21) in a rotating manner, the upper ends of the two second spiral augers (21) are connected with a first transmission mechanism (22) in a rotating manner, the upper ends of the two second spiral augers (21) are connected with a second motor (23) in a rotating manner, the driving shaft of the second motor (23) is connected with the second spiral auger (21) in a rotating manner, the driving shaft of the second motor (23) is connected with the feeding barrels (20) in a coaxial and fixed manner, the feeding hoppers (24) are fixedly connected with the lower sides of the side walls of the two feeding barrels (20), and the feeding hoppers (24) are communicated with the feeding ports of the feeding barrels (20), go up fixedly connected with discharging pipe (25) in the discharge gate of feed cylinder (20), the one end that feed cylinder (20) was kept away from in discharging pipe (25) is linked together with the feed inlet of box (1).
