Compared with the prior direct adhesive tape adhering or bandage pressurizing mode, the compression hemostasis mode combining the 8-shaped compression band and the compression component avoids the defects of discomfort caused by long-time adhesive tape adhering, easy tension blister, long pressing time, lower limb braking and the like. Compared with the prior advanced femoral artery suture instrument, the suture instrument can avoid the problems that the femoral artery is narrow after suture, the puncture can not be performed again in short time and the like, and simultaneously, the suture instrument is more economical and practical and is simple and convenient to operate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical auxiliary instruments, in particular to a compressor capable of being worn and taken off a femoral artery.
Background
At present, interventional diagnosis and treatment through a femoral artery cannula comprises coronary intervention, arrhythmia intervention, cerebrovascular intervention and peripheral intervention, the femoral artery is a common vascular access for interventional operation, but femoral artery compression and binding hemostasis after interventional treatment are not proper in work, and high bleeding risks and complications such as pseudo-aneurysm, lower limb arterial thrombosis and the like are caused. After the interventional therapy through the femoral artery intubation, the femoral artery needs to be subjected to compression hemostasis, and the hemostasis is generally realized by a cross-shaped compression bandaging and a femoral artery suturing device.
The compression is performed by hands, and the compression process is performed for about 15-20 minutes by hands of a doctor. When the doctor presses, the left index finger and the middle finger generally apply force to the puncture point, the fingers are in a forced posture, and the fingers are fatigued, stiff and numb soon or even after a few minutes, so that uneven pressure application or pressure displacement is caused, and subcutaneous hematoma and the like appear. The bare-handed compression increases the work burden of a doctor, delays the doctor to treat the next patient, has the problems that the compression site is easy to shift when the hand is changed in the bare-handed compression, and the long-time compression hemostasis is carried out by using a tape adhesion or bandage pressurization mode after the compression hemostasis, but the long-time tape adhesion easily causes the problems of local skin tension blister, discomfort of the patient, long braking time and the like.
The femoral artery stitching instrument is mainly used for a large femoral artery puncture point, and compared with the existing advanced femoral artery stitching instrument, the femoral artery stitching instrument can avoid the problems that the femoral artery is narrow after stitching, the puncture cannot be performed again in a short time, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a compressor capable of wearing and taking off a femoral artery, so as to solve the technical problem that long-time tape adhesion is likely to cause tension blisters when compression is performed by tape adhesion in the prior art, and also avoid stenosis of a lower limb artery caused by a femoral artery suture device, and thus, the compressor is economical and practical.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a femoral artery compressor capable of being worn and taken off, which comprises an 8-shaped compression band, wherein a compression part is arranged on the 8-shaped compression band and is arranged at the intersection of the 8-shaped compression band, when the femoral artery needs to be compressed for hemostasis, a femoral artery puncture point is firstly pressed, the 8-shaped compression band is sleeved on the waist and the legs of a patient after the bleeding stops, and the compression part is opposite to a bleeding port of the femoral artery.
According to an alternative embodiment, the volume of the pressing part can be varied.
According to an alternative embodiment, the compression member is provided as an inflatable bladder which is fixedly arranged at the intersection of the 8-shaped compression band and is located inside the intersection of the 8-shaped compression band.
According to an alternative embodiment, the inflatable balloon is made of a transparent material for observing the compression hemostasis effect.
According to an optional embodiment, the inflatable airbag is provided with an inflation interface.
According to an alternative embodiment, the 8-shaped compression band is provided as an elastic bandage comprising a waist band and leg bands, the leg bands having a ring diameter smaller than the diameter of the waist band.
According to an alternative embodiment, the leg strap is provided with a connecting buckle.
According to an alternative embodiment, the waist belt is provided with a connecting buckle.
According to an alternative embodiment, the leg straps and the waist strap are each provided with a connecting buckle.
According to an alternative embodiment, the attachment flap is located near the intersection of the figure 8 compression bands.
The invention provides a removable femoral artery compressor, which has the following technical effects:
the femoral artery compressor capable of being worn and taken off mainly comprises an 8-shaped compression band, wherein a compression part is arranged on the 8-shaped compression band and is arranged at the intersection of the 8-shaped compression band, when femoral artery needs to be compressed to stop bleeding, the 8-shaped compression band is sleeved on the waist and the leg of a patient, and the compression part is over against a bleeding opening of the femoral artery and is used for compressing the bleeding opening of the patient at proper time.
In addition, by adopting the compression hemostasis mode of combining the 8-shaped compression band and the compression part, the compression force and time are controllable, so that the time for lying in bed is shortened, the risk of thrombus of artery and vein of lower limb caused by long-time lying in bed is avoided, the vascular stenosis caused by the femoral artery suture instrument can be avoided, the phenomenon that the local part can not be punctured again in one week after the vascular suture is avoided, and the formation of local vascular stenosis can be avoided.
