When the direction of the advertisement seat 19 needs to be adjusted, the first rotating shaft 2 is rotated clockwise to drive the first ratchet wheel 5 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 23 can be driven to rotate through the transmission motion of the gears, and then the advertisement seat 19 is driven to rotate through the rotating base 20, so that the adjustment work of the direction of the advertisement seat 19 is realized, and when the tooth-lacking bevel gear 25 is respectively meshed with the fifth bevel gear 24 and the sixth bevel gear 26, the reciprocating rotation work of the second rotating shaft 23 can be realized, so that the swing of the advertisement seat 19 is realized, and the adjustment of the direction of the advertisement seat 19 is facilitated.
