An electric lifting crane is characterized by comprising a walking device and a lifting device, wherein the walking device comprises a chassis, a vehicle body and a power system, the front part of the chassis is provided with the lifting device which comprises a lifting frame, a motor, a steel wire rope, a lifting hook and a mounting seat, the lifting frame comprises a supporting upright post and a transverse suspension arm, the mounting seat is mounted at the front part of the chassis, the transverse suspension arm is transversely arranged, the rear end of the transverse suspension arm is fixedly connected with the top end of the supporting upright post, the supporting upright post is fixedly connected with the top of the mounting seat, through holes are arranged in the supporting upright post and the transverse suspension arm, the motor is arranged in the mounting seat, the winding drum is arranged on the output shaft of the motor, the steel wire rope is wound on the winding drum, penetrates through the through holes of the supporting stand column and the transverse suspension arm and is connected with the lifting hook arranged below the front end of the transverse suspension arm.

The electric lift crane as set forth in claim 1, wherein a first roller is provided on the top of said support column, a second roller is provided on the front portion of said transverse boom, and said wire rope is connected to said hook by passing over said first roller and said second roller in sequence.
3. An electric lifting crane as defined in claim 1, wherein the transverse boom comprises a front arm and a rear arm, the front arm and the rear wall being connected in a transverse sliding manner, a first hydraulic cylinder being provided between the front arm and the rear wall.

The electric lifting crane according to claim 1, further comprising a locking device, wherein the locking device comprises a brake wheel and an electric control device, the electric control device comprises a brake block, an electromagnet and a tension spring, the brake wheel is disposed on the output shaft of the motor, the brake block is slidably connected with the mounting seat, the tension spring is disposed between the mounting seat and the outer side of the brake block, the electromagnet is mounted on the inner side of the brake block, a magnetic block corresponding to the brake block is disposed on the brake block, and a friction plate adapted to the outer contour of the brake wheel is disposed on the inner side of the brake block.
5. The electric lifting crane according to claim 4, wherein one of said electric control devices is provided on each of right and left sides of said brake drum.
6. The electric lift crane of claim 1, wherein the support column comprises an upper column and a lower column, the upper column and the lower column being vertically slidably connected, and a second hydraulic cylinder being disposed between the upper column and the lower column.
7. The electric lifting crane according to claim 1, wherein a stopper is fixedly provided at the tail of the hook.
8. The electric lift crane of claim 1, wherein said chassis of said traveling assembly has a plurality of detachable support legs.
9. The electric lifting crane as recited in claim 1, wherein the mounting base is rotatably connected to the base plate, the mounting base is provided with a gear ring, the base plate is provided with a driving motor, an output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a driving gear, and the driving gear is engaged with the gear ring.
