Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a foldable box type container and a tray, which are used for containing bagged liquid or solid materials, can be unfolded and folded, and have the characteristics of maximized container transportation and loading, large return quantity, higher strength, stability in stacking and transportation and long-term use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the foldable box type container comprises a bottom plate, wherein a slot which protrudes upwards is formed in the center of the bottom plate and is used for inserting a steel pipe, a protruding connecting part is arranged on the periphery of the bottom plate, a supporting and limiting structure is arranged on the connecting part, and notches are formed in the periphery of the bottom surface of the bottom plate;

Advantageous effects of the invention
The foldable box type container and the tray provided by the invention have the advantages that:

5. in an assembled state, 816 containers with 20400 kg of crude rubber can be loaded in a 20GP container, and meanwhile, in a folded state, the foldable box-type container can occupy the minimum space to return;
6. on the production efficiency of silica gel, the time spent of loading silica gel is the same with the carton, and compares in carton packing when packing and has reduced and has used joint sealing sticky tape, adds the process of packing area, has practiced thrift the required human cost of packing.

Thus, when the container is used for containing fluid, the foldable box-type containers can be stacked together under the condition that the top plate is removed, and the structure is stable and is not easy to slide.

Referring to fig. 4, the central portion of the bottom plate 1 is provided with an insertion groove for inserting a steel pipe, the insertion groove protrudes from the inner bottom surface of the bottom plate, and the portion of the insertion groove protruding from the inner bottom surface of the bottom plate is used for distributing the pressure of fluid to the center of the bottom plate to two sides, so that the liquid in the bag is prevented from gathering in the middle of the bottom, and the center of the bottom plate is prevented from being crushed by excessive pressure. The steel pipe is inserted into the slot to form a frame structure with the bottom plate, so that the supporting force for the bottom plate is enhanced, and the bottom plate cannot deform even if bearing fluid. Without such a structure, the bottom plate would deform as the fluid is concentrated. The prevention of the box from being raised is mainly realized by using long side plates made of PC materials with higher strength. The periphery of the bottom plate is provided with a raised connecting part for connecting the side plates, the outer side surface of the bottom plate is provided with hexagonal and m-shaped supporting ribs, the depth of the hexagonal supporting ribs is 6mm, the wall thickness is 2.5mm, the hexagonal and m-shaped supporting ribs are used for reinforcing the strength of the bottom plate, and notches are formed in the periphery of the outer bottom surface and used for fixing the foldable box-type container below the hexagonal supporting ribs.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, crossed reinforcing ribs are arranged on the outer surfaces of the long side plate and the short side plate, the thickness of the supporting rib of the long side plate is 12mm, the wall thickness is 2.5mm, the thickness of the supporting rib of the short side plate is 11mm, and the wall thickness is 2.5mm, so that the fluid is prevented from expanding in the box, and a handle is arranged in the middle position of the outer side of the long side plate and the outer side of the short side plate and can be conveniently carried. And RFID and/or nameplates are arranged below the lifting handle of the long side plate and fixed on the long side plate through plastic rivets or hot melt adhesive technology. Positions for sticking labels are arranged on two sides of the handle of the short side plate, and the positions on the short side plate are easy to tear.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in this embodiment, the long side plates 2 and the short side plates 3 are structured as described in the above embodiment, the foldable box container includes a bottom plate 1, long side plates 2, short side plates 3 and a top cover 4, wherein the bottom plate 1, the long side plates 2 and the short side plates 3 are connected through connecting portions, the long side plates 2 and the short side plates 3 can rotate around the connecting portions, the connecting portions of the bottom plate 1 are provided with support limit structures, the support limit structures are used for preventing the side plates from being folded outwards and simultaneously playing a role of auxiliary support for the side plates in an assembled state, the upper edges of the long side plates 2 and the short side plates 3 are provided with crenellated structures, the top plate is provided with hole sites matched with the crenellated structures, the outer bottom surface of the bottom plate is provided with notches matched with the crenellated structures, and the outer surface of the top cover is of a smooth structure, the inner surface is of a grid structure, and openings are arranged on two sides of the outer surface. Thus, when the container is used for containing fluid, the foldable box-type containers can be stacked together under the condition that the top plate is removed, and the structure is stable and is not easy to slide. The installation and folding principle are the same as the above embodiments, but the difference is that the bottom plate shown in fig. 7 does not include the slot and the steel pipe structure.
Example 3
The foldable box type container is placed on the tray, 4 foldable box type containers can be flatly placed on the tray, the foldable box type containers are placed on the tray in a shape like a Chinese character 'tian', and 8 steel pipes are placed in the tray and used for increasing strength. The surface of the tray is provided with a support column which is matched with a notch on the outer bottom surface of the foldable box type container and used for limiting and fixing the foldable box. The bottom of the tray is provided with a supporting groove which is matched and fixed with the stacking port-shaped structure on the upper edge of the side plate of the foldable box-type container and is used for limiting and fixing.
The present invention will be better explained by the description of the raw rubber boxing process.
S1, unfolding the 1 st foldable box type container, sleeving a plastic bag, placing the plastic bag below the raw rubber pouring gate, and moving the 1 st foldable box type container to the tray after filling 25 kilograms of raw rubber.

S3, finishing stacking the 1 st foldable box type container, pushing the raw rubber flat, and tying the bag opening, wherein the time required by the whole process is about 50 seconds.
S4, waiting for the 2 nd collapsible box container to be filled with 25 kg of raw rubber, and then 50 seconds for the 2 nd container to be filled with 25 kg. And after the 2 nd foldable box type container is filled, moving the container to a tray, filling raw rubber in the 3 rd foldable box type container, and then pushing the raw rubber of the 2 nd foldable box type container to be flat to tie a bag opening.
S5, repeating the steps, namely, firstly filling 4 single layers of 1 tray, then putting 4 single layers of 8 foldable box-type containers of the 2 nd tray, and putting the 9 th foldable box-type container on the 1 st foldable box-type container.
S6, after 8 foldable box-type containers pass through 1 minute and 40 seconds, namely 13 minutes, the raw rubber can be sufficiently distributed to 4 corners of the foldable box-type containers, the height of the raw rubber can be less than or equal to the edge of the foldable box-type containers, and after the raw rubber is completely cooled, the height of the raw rubber can be about 20mm lower than that of the foldable box-type containers.
S7, placing 6 layers of 4 foldable box-type containers on each layer of a single tray.
The glue filling mode is a manual glue filling mode, and the automatic glue filling mode can be properly adjusted according to the method.
In the specific packaging process, 6 layers of 4 foldable box-type containers are placed on each layer of a single tray, and then the containers are stacked. The tray is 200mm, 308mm, 708mm and 816mm long from left to right and fixed by 1 packing belt respectively. The whole is wrapped by a winding film. The 2 trays packed simultaneously were stacked one on top of the other and wrapped with wrap film to a size of 1016 × 772 × 2263 mm.
In the particular case of a conventional 20GP container, the plastic trays are 1016 x 772 x 115mm and the collapsible box container is 508 x 386 x 189 mm. In the container, 5 rows are firstly placed along the length direction, 2 trays are laterally placed, the allowance in the length direction is 46mm, and 3 rows are placed along the width direction of the container, and the allowance is 34 mm. In the height direction of the container, 1 tray is used for placing 6 layers of foldable box-type containers and 1 cover, 2 trays are stacked up and down, and the balance is 17 mm. Therefore, through calculation, the 20GP container can load 816 boxes of 816 folded boxes filled with crude rubber through the foldable box type container used by the invention, compared with a paper box, the capacity of the crude rubber loaded in each container is increased by about 5000KG, and meanwhile, after transportation is finished, the container can be switched to the folded state again, and the purposes of multiple utilization and cost saving are achieved through transportation return.
