the ceramic plate can adjust the in-out position and the up-down position through the hanging component made of aluminum alloy materials, so that the flatness of the outer vertical surface and the straightness of the joint after forming the curtain wall are ensured, and the attractiveness is ensured;
the deformation joint can consume normal structural deformation by itself: after the building is put into use, the anti-seismic spring component arranged at the deformation joint position of the building can adjust the deformation joint width along the horizontal direction through the rotation angle of the stainless steel slide bar, and the ceramic plate of the outer vertical face is not influenced. The influence of uneven settlement of building walls on two sides on the ceramic plate can be automatically eliminated, and the overall consistency of the outer vertical surfaces of the curtain walls is ensured.
Claims (3)
1. An open ceramic plate waterproof curtain wall is characterized in that: the waterproof aluminum plate is arranged on the rear side of the main keels through fasteners, the front side of the main keels is vertically fixed by the transfer keels, the hanging components can be transversely adjusted and fixed on the front side of the transfer keels, the lower ends of the ceramic plates are supported through the hanging components, the upper ends of the ceramic plates are limited through the hanging components, and sealing rubber strips are arranged at the rear parts of vertical splice joints of the adjacent ceramic plates;
the main keel is a rectangular steel pipe, the switching keel is angle steel, and the vertical edge of the angle steel is welded and fixed with the front side of the rectangular steel pipe;
the hanging assembly comprises an L-shaped base and hanging sectional materials, the surfaces of two sides of an included angle of the L-shaped base are serrated surfaces, the rear side of the hanging sectional materials is attached to the front side of the vertical side of the L-shaped base, and the hanging sectional materials are locked after being connected with a serrated surface base plate through a fastener;
the horizontal edge of the L-shaped base is lapped on the upper side of the transfer keel, a backing plate is arranged between the horizontal edge and the upper side of the transfer keel, the L-shaped base is locked after being connected through bolts and sawtooth backing plates, and a long round hole along the in-out position is formed on the connecting edge of the transfer keel of the L-shaped base;
the cross section of the hanging section is H-shaped, the height of an inner arm is larger than that of an outer arm, rubber strip mounting grooves are respectively formed in the top and the bottom of the inner arm, and the inner arm is locked after being connected with the L-shaped base through a fastener and a serrated surface base plate;
the Z-shaped aluminum material is fixed at the longitudinal joint between the adapting keel or the main keel and the ceramic plates, and the sealing rubber strip is fixed at the front side of the Z-shaped aluminum material;
the adapter keel is connected with a longitudinal aluminum profile with a longitudinal sliding groove at the corresponding expansion joint, a sliding rod is connected between the longitudinal sliding grooves of the longitudinal aluminum profiles at the two sides, a reinforcing steel plate is paved between the front faces of the longitudinal aluminum profiles at the two sides, an anti-corrosion backing plate is paved on the front face of the reinforcing plate, and the ceramic plate, the anti-corrosion backing plate, the reinforcing steel plate and the sliding rod are connected through an elastic screw rod assembly;
the elastic screw rod assembly comprises a screw rod, a limit nut, a pressure spring and a lock nut, wherein the head of the screw rod is embedded in a mounting groove on the back of the ceramic plate, the rod body penetrates through the anti-corrosion base plate and the reinforcing plate and then is connected with the limit nut, and the lock nut is screwed after penetrating through the slide rod and sleeved with the pressure spring.
2. A construction method of the ceramic plate waterproof curtain wall according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
(1) Explicitly taking the elevation and the axis of the building as references, paying off and positioning the main joist, and determining the position and the dividing size of the waterproof aluminum plate;
(2) The main keel is installed, and the switching keel is fixed at the front side of the main keel;
(3) Marking the fixing positions of the waterproof aluminum plates on the left side and the right side of the main keels, fixing the waterproof aluminum plates between the adjacent main keels by using fasteners, and sealing the mounting positions of the fasteners by using sealant;
(4) Performing a waterproof test on the waterproof aluminum plate to ensure no leakage;
(5) A hanging component is arranged on the switching keel;
(6) The Z-shaped aluminum material is arranged at the position of the connecting keel or the main keel corresponding to the longitudinal joint of the ceramic plate, and the Z-shaped aluminum material is connected with the adhesive tape;

(8) Ceramic plate installation at deformation joint
The steel angle keels are symmetrically arranged at the end parts of the secondary keels at the two sides of the deformation joint, longitudinal aluminum profiles with longitudinal sliding grooves are fixed at the front sides of the steel angle keels, sliding rods are arranged between the longitudinal sliding grooves at the two sides, reinforcing steel plates and anti-corrosion backing plates are paved at the front sides of the longitudinal aluminum profiles, and finally ceramic plates, the anti-corrosion backing plates, the reinforcing steel plates and the sliding rods are fixedly connected through elastic bolt assemblies.

The construction method according to claim 2, wherein: in the step (4), a PPR pipe is adopted as a water spraying pipe, a hole is drilled on the pipe along a straight line, the water spraying pipe is 80-150mm away from the surface of the outer wall, the water spraying hole side faces to a waterproof aluminum plate, the duration of water spraying is not less than 2 hours, a continuous water curtain is formed on the surface to be inspected, and the surface to be inspected is comprehensively inspected to make marks and records until no leakage exists.
