Technical Field

Background
The cloth is a material commonly used in decorative materials. Comprises various fabrics such as chemical fiber carpets, non-woven wallcoverings, linen, nylon fabrics, colored rubberized fabrics, flannel and the like. Cloth plays a considerable role in decorative displays, often a major non-negligible effort in the overall sales space. A large amount of cloth is used for wall surface decoration, partition and background treatment, and a good commercial space display style can be formed. The weaving mode can be divided into two categories of woven fabric and knitted fabric. The processing technology can be divided into grey cloth, bleached cloth, dyed cloth, printed cloth, colored woven cloth, mixed technical cloth (such as printed cloth, composite cloth, flocked cloth and leather-like woolen cloth) and the like. Can also be divided into cotton cloth, chemical fiber cloth, flax cloth, wool fabric, silk, blended fabric and the like.
The problems of the pre-wet dyeing and the sanding of the cloth are that,
(1) the sanding effect is general, and scraps float during sanding, and a separate adsorption machine is generally adopted for adsorption, so that the use cost is high;
(2) dye liquor in the cloth is not easy to prewet quickly and permeate into the cloth quickly, the dyeing efficiency is low, and the dye liquor is easy to form precipitate, so that the dyeing effect is poor.
Therefore, the present invention provides a combined fabric pre-wetting pre-rolling sanding system and a processing method thereof to solve the above mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a combined cloth prewetting and prerolling sanding system and a treatment method, which solve the problems that sanding effect is general, scraps float during sanding, an independent adsorption machine is generally adopted for adsorption, and the use cost is high; the dyeing liquid in the cloth is not easy to prewet quickly and permeate into the cloth quickly, the dyeing efficiency is low, and the dyeing liquid is easy to form precipitate, so that the dyeing effect is poor.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a combined cloth pre-wetting and pre-rolling sanding system comprises a base, wherein a pre-wetting box is fixed at the top of the base, a drying frame is also fixed at the top of the base, a sanding mechanism is arranged above the base, a pre-wetting rolling stirring mechanism is arranged on the pre-wetting box, a pressing mechanism is arranged on the left side of the top of the pre-wetting box, a squeezing mechanism is arranged on the right side of the top of the pre-wetting box, and a drying mechanism is arranged on the drying frame;
the sanding mechanism comprises a U-shaped frame fixed at the top of the base, a double-shaft motor is fixed in front of the U-shaped frame through a folding rod, a winding roller rotates between two sides of the inner wall of the U-shaped frame, a driving shaft fixedly connected with one end of the winding roller is fixed at one end of an output shaft of the double-shaft motor, a sanding roller also rotates between two sides of the inner wall of the U-shaped frame, a driven shaft penetrating to the outside of the U-shaped frame is fixed at the front end of the sanding roller, a driving gear is fixed on the surface of the driving shaft, a driven gear meshed with the driving gear is fixed on the surface of the driven shaft, and a dust sucking mechanism is arranged at the other end of the output shaft of the double-shaft motor;
the dust suction mechanism comprises a connecting shaft fixed at the other end of the output shaft of the double-shaft motor, a box body is fixed at the top of the base, one end of the connecting shaft penetrates through the box body and extends into the box body, a cam is fixed on the surface of the connecting shaft, a fixing plate is fixed between the top and the bottom of the inner wall of the box body, an automatic reset air bag is fixed on the side surface of the fixing plate, a sliding plate in contact with the automatic reset air bag is arranged between the top and the bottom of the inner wall of the box body in a sliding manner, an air suction pipe is communicated with the surface of the automatic reset air bag, one end of the air suction pipe penetrates through the box body and extends to the outside of the box body, a filter is arranged on the surface of the air suction pipe, an air suction cover is fixed on the U-shaped frame, one end of the air suction pipe is communicated with the right side of the air suction cover, an air suction check valve is fixed on the surface of the air suction pipe, and an air inlet pipe is communicated with the surface of the air suction pipe, and an air inlet one-way valve is fixed on the surface of the air inlet pipe.
Preferably, the pre-wetting tumbling stirring mechanism comprises a guide roller rotating between two sides of the inner wall of the pre-wetting box, the two sides of the surface of the guide roller are both fixed with baffle discs, the surface of the guide roller is fixed with friction bulges, the front end of the guide roller is fixedly provided with a rotating rod which penetrates to the outside of the pre-wetting box, a driving rod is rotated in front of the pre-wetting box, a driving belt pulley is fixed on the surface of the rotating rod, a driven belt pulley is fixed on the surface of the driving rod, the surfaces of the driving belt pulley and the driven belt pulley are in transmission connection through a first belt, the surface of the driving rod is fixed with a large belt pulley, the both sides at prewetting incasement wall rear all rotate there is the (mixing) shaft, two the surface of (mixing) shaft all is fixed with the belt lace wheel, two connect through second belt transmission between belt lace wheel and the big belt pulley, the surface mounting of (mixing) shaft has the stirring rake.

The invention also discloses a treatment method of the combined cloth prewetting prerolling sanding system, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, pulling the fixed disk upwards to drive the positioning roller to ascend, enabling the cloth to pass through the middle of the rotating roller and the positioning roller, then pressing a pull rod downwards, winding the cloth on a guide roller, enabling the cloth to pass through the space between two drying rollers, then starting an electric telescopic rod to drive the upper drying roller to press the cloth downwards, enabling the cloth to pass through a drying rack, enabling the cloth to pass through a sanding roller and be wound on a winding roller, then starting a double-shaft motor, driving the winding roller to rotate through a driving shaft to wind the cloth, simultaneously driving the sanding roller to rotate reversely under the matching of a driving gear and a driven gear, performing sanding operation on the cloth, enabling scraps to fly out in a sanding process, driving a connecting shaft to drive a cam to rotate at the moment, further driving a sliding plate to continuously extrude an automatic reset air bag, enabling the scraps to enter an air suction pipe through an air suction cover and further enter a filter;
s2, increasing friction through a friction bulge during the moving process of the cloth, further driving a guide roller to rotate, further driving a rotating rod to rotate, simultaneously pressing the cloth through a compression roller and the guide roller, so that the dye liquor can rapidly enter the inside of the cloth, simultaneously driving a driving rod to rotate through the matching of a driving belt pulley, a driven belt pulley and a first belt, further driving a large belt pulley to rotate, further driving a stirring shaft to rotate through the matching of a small belt pulley and a second belt, so that a stirring paddle can stir the dye liquor in a pre-wetting box, and further uniformly mixing the dye liquor;
s3, squeezing the cloth through two squeezing rollers to enable residual dyeing liquid in the cloth to flow into a recycling box through a liquid guide plate, filtering the dyeing liquid through a filter screen, and then reflowing to a pre-wetting box through a backflow pipe;
s4, starting the air heater, enabling hot air to enter one of the square-shaped air outlet pipes through the guide pipe, enabling the hot air to enter each square-shaped air outlet pipe through the straight pipe, blowing the air to the cloth through the air outlet nozzle, and drying the cloth.
Preferably, the liquid guide plate in step S3 is provided to be inclined.

In the embodiment of the invention, the pressing mechanism 6 comprises a clip frame 61 fixed on the top of the pre-wetting box 2, a rotating roller 62 is rotatably mounted on the inner wall of the clip frame 61 in an embedded manner, a mounting frame 63 is slidably arranged between two sides of the inner wall of the clip frame 61, a positioning roller 64 is rotatably mounted on the mounting frame 63, an extension rod 65 penetrating to the outside of the clip frame 61 is fixed on the top of the mounting frame 63, a fixed disc 66 is fixed at the top end of the extension rod 65, and a return spring 67 is sleeved on the surface of the extension rod 65 so as to press the positioning roller 64, so that the positioning roller 64 and the rotating roller 62 are matched to press and position the cloth.
In the embodiment of the invention, the squeezing mechanism 7 comprises a lower block body 71 fixed on the top of the pre-wetting box 2, an upper block body 73 is fixed on the top of the pre-wetting box 2 through an electric telescopic rod 72, the electric telescopic rod 72 is electrically connected with an external power supply and is controlled through a control switch, squeezing rollers 74 are rotatably mounted on the lower block body 71 and the upper block body 73, a recovery box 76 is fixed on the top of the base 1 through a support rod 75, a filter screen 77 is fixed on the inner wall of the recovery box 76 and is used for filtering dye liquor, a return pipe 78 is communicated with the bottom of the recovery box 76, one end of the return pipe 78 is communicated with the right side of the pre-wetting box 2, and a liquid guide plate 79 is fixed on the right side of the pre-wetting box 2.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the drying mechanism 8 includes an air heater 81 fixed on the drying rack 3, and the air heater is electrically connected to an external power supply and controlled by a control switch, a plurality of rectangular air outlet pipes 83 are fixed on the drying rack 3 through a fixing rod 82, an air outlet of the air heater 81 is communicated with the surface of one rectangular air outlet pipe 83 through a guide pipe 84, two adjacent rectangular air outlet pipes 83 are communicated through a straight pipe 85, and the surface of the rectangular air outlet pipe 83 is communicated with an air outlet nozzle 86.
The invention also discloses a treatment method of the combined cloth prewetting prerolling sanding system, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, pulling up the fixed disk 66 to drive the positioning roller 64 to rise, passing the cloth between the rotating roller 62 and the positioning roller 64, then pressing the pull rod 517 downwards, winding the cloth around the guide roller 51, then passing the cloth between the two wringing rollers 74, then starting the electric telescopic rod 72 to drive the upper wringing roller 74 to press downwards to extrude the cloth, then passing through the drying rack 3 and passing the cloth through the sanding roller 45 and winding around the wind-up roller 43, then starting the double-shaft motor 42 to drive the wind-up roller 43 to rotate through the driving shaft 44 to wind the cloth, simultaneously driving the sanding roller 45 to rotate reversely under the cooperation of the driving gear 47 and the driven gear 48 to grind the cloth, so that the debris flies out during the sanding process, at the moment, the connecting shaft 491 drives the cam 493 to rotate, further drives the sliding plate 496 to continuously press the automatic reset air bag 495, so that the debris can enter the air suction pipe 497 through the air suction cover 499, further into filter 498;
s2, in the moving process of the cloth, friction is increased through the friction protrusions 53, the guide roller 51 is further driven to rotate, the rotating rod 54 is further driven to rotate, the cloth is simultaneously pressed through the pressing roller 516 and the guide roller 51, so that the dye liquor can rapidly enter the inside of the cloth, meanwhile, the driving rod 55 is driven to rotate through the matching of the driving belt pulley 56, the driven belt pulley 57 and the first belt 58, the large belt pulley 59 is further driven to rotate, the stirring shaft 510 is further driven to rotate through the matching of the small belt pulley 511 and the second belt 512, so that the stirring paddle 513 can stir the dye liquor in the pre-wetting box 2, and the dye liquor can be uniformly mixed;
s3, squeezing the cloth through two squeezing rollers 74 to enable residual dye liquor inside the cloth to flow into the recovery box 76 through the liquid guide plate 79, and after the dye liquor is filtered by the filter screen 77, the dye liquor flows back into the pre-wetting box 2 again through the return pipe 78;
s4, starting the hot air heater 81, enabling hot air to enter one of the square-shaped air outlet pipes 83 through the guide pipe 84, enter each square-shaped air outlet pipe 83 through the straight pipe 85, blow towards the cloth through the air outlet nozzle 86, and dry the cloth.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the liquid guide plate 79 in step S3 is disposed obliquely.
