Abstract
本发明公开了一种透气排汗面料及其制备方法,将棉纤维和活性碳纤维混纺成纬纱,涤纶纤维加工成经纱;采用特定组织结构通过机织将混纺纱线织成胚布;胚布经过翻缝→烧毛→丝光→后处理,制备得到透气排汗面料。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的透气排汗面料采用新颖的纱线配制和创新的后处理方法,所制备的面料亲肤透气,排汗性能好,还具有抗菌、防皱、防臭、抗紫外线的作用,适合作为户外运动服装面料。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及透气排汗面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
伴随科技水平的进步及生活态度的转变,人们对服装产品的护肤性能要求越来越高,推动着纺织品逐渐朝着安全、环保、健康、可持续的复合式方向发展,并且单一功能产品已不占有优势,环保卫生、多功能的纺织产品将成为主流。人们在户外运动时会大量出汗,若面料吸湿排汗性能差,会产生粘附感和闷热感,故户外运动服装面料应具有较好的吸湿排汗性能,在汗液产生后能迅速吸收转移,保持舒适和干爽的体感。同时,吸湿排汗面料广泛应用于衬衣、外衣、运动服、内衣、西裤、衬里、装饰制品等领域,吸湿排汗纤维可以改善贴身衣物的舒适性,可调节贴身衣物与皮肤表面间的水分及湿度之间的关系(衣服内气候)、衣物和皮肤接触时的压力或接触感等,可称为“可呼吸面料”,面料既具有棉制品的触感,又具清爽感。吸湿排汗纤维一般具有较高的比表面积,表面有众多的激孔或沟槽,其截面一般为特殊的异形状,利用毛细管效应,使纤维能迅速吸收皮肤表面湿气与汗水,通过扩散、传递到外层被蒸发。
早期的单层结构的织物一般由100%的合成纤维或棉纱线织成纬平针、交错集圈、添纱等组织也有采用两种不同原料交织形成的。采用合成纤维制成的单层结构的服装面料主要是靠改性的合纤原料性质和利用毛细管效应吸收汗水。在对服装舒适性的研究中发现采用双层结构要比单层针织面料能更好地满足舒适性能的要求,双层面料能适应服装生理卫生功能的优越性。为了改善因棉纤维易吸湿但不易干的特性而带来的不舒适感,人们开始考虑是否可以通过纱线或织物组织结构的改变,甚至通过后整理的方式来加快水分的传导和蒸发,从而达到吸湿速干的效果,同时,在织造过程中,通过提花工艺设计,合理安排面料厚薄、提花及弹性区域,可在满足人体透气、提拉及弹性需求的同时,使织物本身具有一定的吸湿排汗功能。近年来,双层或多层结构织物发展打破了人们的这种习惯思维,转而采用疏水型合成纤维作为织物内层。
为得到透气排汗面料,公开号为CN108995338A的发明专利公开了一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料,该多层组合结构透气排汗面料包括疏水层、主线束、线芯和抗皱层,所述疏水层的内部设置有第一疏水孔,且疏水层的上方连接有吸汗层,所述吸汗层的上方设置有疏水层,且疏水层的内部开设有第二疏水孔,并且第二疏水孔和第一疏水孔均与吸汗层相互连接,所述抗皱层位于纬线和经线的上方,且抗皱层的下方安装有第二连接线,并且抗皱层通过第二连接线与纬线和经线相互连接。该多层组合结构透气排汗面料,吸汗层嵌套在疏水层的内部,且疏水层上的第一疏水孔和第二疏水孔均为椭圆形结构,并且第一疏水孔和第二疏水孔在吸汗层的外侧交错分布,方便吸收风干人体汗液,同时避免汗液湿透该面料其他部分。但该面料接触皮肤的一面为疏水层,不亲肤,在身体出汗时会因疏水而贴合皮肤,舒适度降低,同时面料抗菌性能不佳。
公开号为CN107130441A的发明专利公开了一种透气排汗面料,该透气排汗面料包括外层、内层和中间层,内层为亲肤面料层,中间层为透气排汗层,外层为保护层,亲肤面料层和保护层分别设于透气排汗层两面,透气排汗层包括经纱和纬纱,经纱和纬纱间隔设置,经纱和纬纱之间形成透气孔。该发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:整体结构简单,制作工艺简便,织物结实耐用不怕挂蹭等小的损害,不会变型,透气排汗性好,当人出汗量变大时,虽排汗透气性好,但亲肤层会因汗液过多浸润而产生异味,同时织物对紫外线照射的抵抗效果不佳。
公开号为CN107557960A的发明专利公开了一种透气排汗面料及其制备方法,该面料包括经纱组和纬纱组,所述经纱组采用包芯纱,所述包芯纱包括芯纱和表层纱,所述芯纱为在吸水时具有较高自伸长率的纤维,其自伸长率大于10%,所述表层纱为吸水时具有较低自身伸长率的纤维,其自伸长率小于2%,所述面料在吸湿排汗助剂中浸渍,所述吸湿排汗助剂由以下原料组成:0.3~0.7wt%亲水整理剂、0.1~0.5wt%交联剂、0.1~0.5wt%渗透剂、余量为水。该发明中所述的面料在人体出汗或面料浸水时具有很好的透气性,并且具有很好的舒适度,不会影响面料美观,在干燥后会自行恢复原样,方便实用,适用范围广。但该面料的抗菌除味性差,无法解决排汗后面料上散发的异味。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术中存在的不亲肤、除味性差、不抗菌等缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过将棉纤维和活性碳纤维混纺与涤纶纱纺织成布,经特殊处理得到一种亲肤、防臭、抗菌的透气排汗面料。
一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将棉纤维和活性碳纤维混纺采用包混加条混的精梳工艺加工成混纺纬纱,将涤纶纤维采用精梳工艺加工成经纱;采用特定组织结构通过机织将混纺纱线织成胚布;
步骤2、将步骤1制备的胚布经过翻缝→烧毛→丝光→后处理,制备得到透气排汗面料。
优选的,所述步骤1中纤维的重量百分比如下:棉纤维55~65%、活性碳纤维10~20%、涤纶纤维20~30%。
优选的,所述步骤1中混纺纬纱线密度为50~80S,捻系数为300~450;经纱线密度为60~80S,捻系数为350~550。
优选的,所述步骤1中特定组织结构为平纹组织、斜纹组织、缎纹组织中的一种。
优选的,所述步骤2中翻缝过程中接头包边长度为5~10cm。
优选的,所述步骤2中烧毛方法为采用气体烧毛机一正一反对胚布进行烧毛得到烧毛胚布,烧毛机火焰与胚布距离为4~5cm,烧毛机火焰温度为850~950℃,胚布速度为95~110m/min。
优选的,所述步骤2中丝光工序为将烧毛胚布浸入10~30℃,20~25wt%氢氧化钠水溶液中,静置1.5~3小时,取出扎液,利用55~65℃水冲洗60~90秒,再利用10~30℃水冲洗30~40秒,得到丝光胚布。
优选的,所述步骤2中后处理按以下步骤进行,所述份数均为重量份:
S1、将丝光胚布浸入温度为30~45℃水中,依次加入分散匀染剂、分散染料,搅拌,升温至110~120℃,保持温度继续搅拌,再降温至50~65℃,依次加入元明粉、活性染料、氯化钠、碳酸钠,搅拌,取出胚布,用水流冲洗,干燥,得到初染胚布;
S2、将S1制备的初染胚布浸入温度为30~45℃的醋酸钠与乙酸的混合水溶液中,加入助剂、水杨酸钠制成混合物,升温至50~70℃,加压、循环浸轧处理,取出静置5~10小时,用水流冲洗,再浸入温度为80~90℃皂洗剂中静置,取出用水流冲洗,干燥并定型,得到透气排汗面料。
进一步优选的,所述步骤2中后处理按以下步骤进行,所述份数均为重量份:
S1、将2~4份丝光胚布浸入20~40份温度为30~45℃水中,依次加入0.01~0.04份分散匀染剂、0.03~0.1份分散染料,搅拌10~30分钟,以2~3℃/min的速度升温至110~120℃,保持温度继续搅拌20~40分钟,再以2~3℃/min的速度降温至50~65℃,依次加入1~3份元明粉、0.02~0.07份活性染料、0.05~0.1份氯化钠、0.05~0.15份碳酸钠,搅拌65~120分钟,取出胚布,用0.5~1.5L/s水流量冲洗10~30分钟,50~80℃干燥2~4小时,得到初染胚布;
S2、将2~4份S1制备的初染胚布浸入30~80份温度为30~45℃的10~30wt%醋酸钠与10~30wt%乙酸的混合水溶液中,加入15~20份助剂、12~18份水杨酸钠制成混合物,以0.5~1℃/min的速度升温至50~70℃,以0.5~0.8kg/cm2加压、双辊轴线速度为1~3m/min循环浸轧处理4~6小时,取出静置5~10小时,用0.5~1.5L/s水流量冲洗10~30分钟,再浸入200~300份温度为80~90℃皂洗剂中静置20~40分钟,取出用0.5~1.5L/s水流量冲洗10~30分钟,在160~180℃温度下干燥2~3分钟并在冷却辊上定型,得到透气排汗面料。
优选的,所述步骤S1中分散匀染剂为涤纶纤维高温分散匀染剂。
优选的,所述步骤S1中分散染料为分散黄AC-E,活性染料为活性黄X-RG。
优选的,所述步骤S2中10~30wt%醋酸钠与10~30wt%乙酸按重量份1:(1~2)混合。
优选的,所述步骤S1、S2的搅拌速度均为400~600转/分钟。
优选的,所述步骤S2中助剂按以下方法制得:
D1、将壳聚糖、丙三羧酸加入40~60wt%乙醇水溶液中,在15~25℃下搅拌25~40分钟,干燥,得到交联抗菌剂;
D2、将二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷加入到温度为0~5℃水中,用无水乙酸调节pH,反应2~4小时,加热至40~45℃,加入步骤D1制备的交联抗菌剂,在40~45℃搅拌1.5~3小时,加热旋蒸至体积减少25~40%,得到助剂。
进一步优选的,所述步骤S2中助剂按以下方法制得,所述份数均为重量份:
D1、将0.4~0.8份壳聚糖、0.3~0.6份丙三羧酸加入8~15份40~60wt%乙醇水溶液中,在15~25℃温度下以400~600转/分钟搅拌25~40分钟,烘箱内60~90℃干燥4~6小时,得到交联抗菌剂;
D2、将1.5~3份3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷加入到8~15份温度为0~5℃水中,用无水乙酸调节pH在4~5范围内,保持0~5℃反应2~4小时,加热至40~45℃,加入0.7~1.4份步骤D1制备的交联抗菌剂,在40~45℃以400~600转/分钟搅拌1.5~3小时,加热至55~65℃旋蒸至体积减少25~40%,得到助剂。
本发明制备了一种透气排汗面料,具有较好的排汗效果,面料的亲肤性得到了改善,还赋予了面料抗菌防臭、抗皱防紫外线的功能。本发明的透气排汗面料采用大比例棉纤维与小比例活性碳纤维包混加条混的方法制成纬纱,经纱采用涤纶纤维制成,亲肤透气的棉纤维将活性碳纤维包覆制纱,与涤纶纤维制成的经纱织造成布,使得制成的布料亲肤性好的同时还能捕捉因运动汗液过多散发的臭味因子,汗液被内侧棉纤维吸收进入活性碳纤维,臭味因子被活性碳纤维截留,水分经纬线外侧棉纤维被外界风干,使布料亲肤一侧保持干爽,同时采用涤纶纤维制纱作为经纱可以缓解面料因洗涤温度和洗涤剂的酸碱等外界问题导致布料出现形变。
由于在户外运动的过程中也会由于紫外线的过量照射而使皮肤受到影响,在运动的过程中,面料会因被汗液打湿滋生细菌,本发明制备透气排汗面料时,在对胚布进行后处理的过程中,加入了助剂和水杨酸钠,使面料的抗皱、抗菌和抗紫外线的性能增强。助剂采用3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷作为抗菌抗皱主体模板,将壳聚糖和丙三羧酸混合进行羧基化反应,与3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷上的氨基进行羧基化反应制备得到。在处理布料的过程中,3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷具有抗菌交联的作用,同时,水杨酸钠中的孤对电子与硅原子中的空轨道形成配合物,使布料抗菌效果增强,固色效果提高,赋予布料抗紫外线功能。壳聚糖作为天然抗菌剂,在此处还具有抗皱交联的作用,助剂中的羧酸基与与布料纤维中的羟基发生反应,在布料上形成交联网状结构,使布料的抗皱性增强。
由于采用了以上的技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其优点在于:1)使用棉纤维将活性碳纤维包覆制纱,与涤纶纤维制成的经纱纺织成布,使面料具有较好的透气排汗和防臭的作用;2)利用3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷作、壳聚糖和丙三羧酸制备的助剂在固色的过程中处理布料,不仅使布料抗菌抗皱性能增强,还提高了布料的固色效果;3)水杨酸与3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷形成配合物,赋予面料抗紫外线的功能。
具体实施方式
实施例与对比例原料来源如下:
涤纶纤维高温分散匀染剂:上海力纺纺织科技有限公司,型号:DY-100。
壳聚糖:郑州众信化工产品有限公司,脱乙酰度:94.3,粘度:87mpa.s。
3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷:广东翁江化学试剂有限公司,CAS号:99740-64-4。
实施例1
一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
步骤1、将60kg棉纤维和15kg活性碳纤维混纺采用包混加条混的精梳工艺加工成混纺纬纱,混纺纬纱线密度为70S,捻系数为400;将25kg涤纶纤维采用精梳工艺加工成经纱,经纱线密度为70S,捻系数为450;采用缎纹组织结构通过机织将混纺纱线织成胚布;
步骤2、将3kg步骤1制备的胚布经过翻缝→烧毛→丝光→后处理,制备得到透气排汗面料;翻缝过程中接头包边长度为8cm;烧毛为气体烧毛机一正一反对胚布进行烧毛得到烧毛胚布,烧毛机火焰与胚布距离为5cm,烧毛机火焰温度为900℃,胚布速度为100m/min;丝光为将烧毛胚布浸入25℃,23wt%氢氧化钠水溶液中,静置2小时,取出扎液,利用60℃水冲洗80秒,再利用25℃水冲洗35秒,即得所述透气排汗面料。
所述步骤2中后处理按以下步骤进行:
S1、将3kg丝光胚布浸入30kg温度为40℃水中,依次加入0.03kg涤纶纤维高温分散匀染剂、0.06kg分散黄AC-E,以500转/分钟搅拌20分钟,以2.5℃/min的速度升温至115℃,保持温度继续以500转/分钟搅拌30分钟,再以2.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃,依次加入2kg元明粉、0.05kg活性黄X-RG、0.07kg氯化钠、0.1kg碳酸钠,以500转/分钟搅拌90分钟,取出胚布,用1L/s水流量冲洗20分钟,60℃干燥3小时,得到初染胚布;
S2、将3kg步骤S1制备的初染胚布浸入60kg温度为40℃的20wt%醋酸钠与20wt%乙酸重量比为1:1.5的混合水溶液中,加入18kg助剂、15kg水杨酸钠制成混合物,以0.8℃/min的速度升温至60℃,以0.6kg/cm2加压、双辊轴线速度为2m/min循环浸轧处理5小时,取出静置8小时,用1L/s水流量冲洗20分钟,再浸入250kg温度为85℃皂洗剂中静置30分钟,取出用1L/s水流量冲洗20分钟,在170℃温度下干燥3分钟并在冷却辊上定型,得到透气排汗面料。
所述S2中助剂按以下方法制得:
D1、将0.6kg壳聚糖、0.4kg丙三羧酸加入10kg 50wt%乙醇水溶液中,在20℃温度下以500转/分钟搅拌30分钟,烘箱内80℃干燥5小时,得到交联抗菌剂;
D2、将2kg 3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷加入到10kg温度为3℃水中,用无水乙酸调节pH在4~5范围内,保持3℃反应3小时,加热至40℃,加入1kg步骤D1制备的交联抗菌剂,在40℃以500转/分钟搅拌2小时,加热至60℃旋蒸至体积减少30%,得到助剂。
实施例2
一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别仅仅在于:步骤S2中助剂制备方法不同。
本实施例中助剂制备方法如下:
D1、将0.4kg丙三羧酸加入10kg 50wt%乙醇水溶液中,在20℃温度下以500转/分钟搅拌30分钟,烘箱内80℃干燥5小时,得到交联抗菌剂;
D2、将2kg 3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷加入到10kg温度为3℃水中,用无水乙酸调节pH在4~5范围内,保持3℃反应3小时,加热至40℃,加入1kg步骤D1制备的交联抗菌剂,在40℃以500转/分钟搅拌2小时,加热至60℃旋蒸至体积减少30%,得到助剂。
实施例3
一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别仅仅在于:步骤S2中助剂制备方法不同。
本实施例中助剂制备方法如下:
D1、将0.6kg壳聚糖加入10kg 50wt%乙醇水溶液中,在20℃温度下以500转/分钟搅拌30分钟,烘箱内80℃干燥5小时,得到交联抗菌剂;
D2、将2kg 3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷加入到10kg温度为3℃水中,用无水乙酸调节pH在4~5范围内,保持3℃反应3小时,加热至40℃,加入1kg步骤D1制备的交联抗菌剂,在40℃以500转/分钟搅拌2小时,加热至60℃旋蒸至体积减少30%,得到助剂。
实施例4
一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别仅仅在于:步骤S2中助剂制备方法不同。
本实施例中助剂制备方法如下:
D1、将0.6kg壳聚糖、0.4kg丙三羧酸加入10kg 50wt%乙醇水溶液中,在20℃温度下以500转/分钟搅拌30分钟,烘箱内80℃干燥5小时,得到交联抗菌剂;
D2、将10kg温度为3℃水用无水乙酸调节pH在4~5范围内,在3℃下保持3小时,加热至40℃,加入1kg步骤D1制备的交联抗菌剂,在40℃以500转/分钟搅拌2小时,加热至60℃旋蒸至容积减少30%,得到助剂。
对比例1
一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别仅仅:步骤2中后处理方法不同。
本对比例中后处理方法如下:
S1、将3kg丝光胚布浸入30kg温度为40℃水中,依次加入0.03kg涤纶纤维高温分散匀染剂、0.06kg分散黄AC-E,以500转/分钟搅拌20分钟,以2.5℃/min的速度升温至115℃,保持温度继续以500转/分钟搅拌30分钟,再以2.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃,依次加入2kg元明粉、0.05kg活性黄X-RG、0.07kg氯化钠、0.1kg碳酸钠,以500转/分钟搅拌90分钟,取出胚布,用1L/s水流量冲洗20分钟,60℃干燥3小时,得到初染胚布;
S2、将3kg步骤S1制备的初染胚布浸入60kg温度为40℃的20wt%醋酸钠与20wt%乙酸重量比为1:1.5的混合水溶液中,加入18kg助剂制成混合物,以0.8℃/min的速度升温至60℃,以0.6kg/cm2加压、双辊轴线速度为2m/min循环浸轧处理5小时,取出静置8小时,用1L/s水流量冲洗20分钟,再浸入250kg温度为85℃皂洗剂中静置30分钟,取出用1L/s水流量冲洗20分钟,在170℃温度下干燥3分钟并在冷却辊上定型,得到透气排汗面料。
所述助剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例2
一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别仅仅:步骤2中后处理方法不同。
本对比例中后处理方法如下:
S1、将3kg丝光胚布浸入30kg温度为40℃水中,依次加入0.03kg涤纶纤维高温分散匀染剂、0.06kg分散黄AC-E,以500转/分钟搅拌20分钟,以2.5℃/min的速度升温至115℃,保持温度继续以500转/分钟搅拌30分钟,再以2.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃,依次加入2kg元明粉、0.05kg活性黄X-RG、0.07kg氯化钠、0.1kg碳酸钠,以500转/分钟搅拌90分钟,取出胚布,用1L/s水流量冲洗20分钟,60℃干燥3小时,得到初染胚布;

测试例1
吸湿快干性能测试
(1)透湿性测试
参照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T11048-2018《纺织品生理舒适性稳态条件下热阻和湿阻的测定(蒸发热板法)》对面料样品进行透湿性测试,结果用湿阻表示,利用YG606G型热阻湿阻测试仪作为试验仪器进行测试,每个试样测试三次,取平均值,结果见表1。
(2)吸湿性测试
参照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》对面料样品进行测试,结果用30分钟时纬向芯吸高度表示,每个试样测试三组,取平均值,结果见表1。
测试例2
抗菌性能测试:
参照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》中的规定进行测试,结果用抑菌率表示,以金黄色葡萄球菌AATCC 6538、白色念珠菌AATCC 10231作为试验菌种。测试前采用标准中的家用双桶洗衣机洗涤方法对面料测试试样进行统一洗涤一次,以不含面料试样的细菌培养液作为空白对照组。每个试样测试三组,取平均值,计算抑菌率,结果见表1。
测试例3
抗紫外线测试:
参照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》对面料试样进行抗紫外线测试,选用灯作为紫外射线光源,采用光线半球照射试样,收集平行透射光线,结果用紫外线防护系数表示。每个试样测试三组,取平均值,结果见表1。

备注:湿阻越小表明透湿能力越好,湿阻越大表明透湿能力越差;纬向芯吸高度越高表明吸湿性越好,纬向芯吸高度越低表明吸湿性越差。
从面料试样性能测试结果中可以看出,实施例1透湿吸湿性、抗菌性和抗紫外线性能均优于实施例2~4和对比例1、2,这是因为羧基化的壳聚糖吸水性增强,和硅烷上氨基结合得到的助剂在面料表面形成交联网状膜,吸湿性增强;同时水杨酸钠与硅烷形成配合物,与面料结合紧密,提高面料抗菌和抗紫外线效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将棉纤维和活性碳纤维采用包混加条混的精梳工艺加工成混纺纬纱,将涤纶纤维采用精梳工艺加工成经纱;采用特定组织结构通过机织将混纺纱线织成胚布;
步骤2、将步骤1制备的胚布经过翻缝→烧毛→丝光→后处理,制备得到透气排汗面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中纤维的重量百分比如下:棉纤维55~65%、活性碳纤维10~20%、涤纶纤维20~30%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中混纺纬纱线密度为50~80S,捻系数为300~450;经纱线密度为60~80S,捻系数为350~550。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中特定组织结构为平纹组织、斜纹组织、缎纹组织中的一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中翻缝过程中接头包边长度为5~10cm。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中后处理包括以下步骤,所述份数均为重量份:
S1、将丝光胚布浸入温度为30~45℃水中,依次加入分散匀染剂、分散染料,搅拌,升温至110~120℃,保持温度继续搅拌,再降温至50~65℃,依次加入元明粉、活性染料、氯化钠、碳酸钠,搅拌,取出胚布,用水流冲洗,干燥,得到初染胚布;
S2、将S1制备的初染胚布浸入温度为30~45℃的醋酸钠与乙酸的混合水溶液中,加入助剂、水杨酸钠制成混合物,升温至50~70℃,加压、循环浸轧处理,取出静置5~10小时,用水流冲洗,再浸入温度为80~90℃皂洗剂中静置,取出用水流冲洗,干燥并定型,得到透气排汗面料。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中醋酸钠浓度为10~30wt%,乙酸浓度为10~30wt%,两者重量份比为1:(1~2)。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中干燥温度为160~180℃。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中助剂制备方法如下:
D1、将壳聚糖、丙三羧酸加入40~60wt%乙醇水溶液中,在15~25℃下搅拌25~40分钟,干燥,得到交联抗菌剂;
D2、将二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷加入到温度为0~5℃水中,用无水乙酸调节pH,反应2~4小时,加热至40~45℃,加入步骤D1制备的交联抗菌剂,在40~45℃搅拌1.5~3小时,加热旋蒸至体积减少25~40%,得到助剂。
10.一种透气排汗面料,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1~9任一项所述的一种透气排汗面料的制备方法制备而成。
