The area of the sealing pad 53 is the same as that of the plugging plate 52, the area of the sealing pad 53 is larger than the distribution range of the leak holes 6, in this embodiment, if the area of the sealing pad 53 is smaller, part of the leak holes 6 are not plugged, and water or liquid is easy to leak out, so the area of the sealing pad 53 is designed to be larger than the distribution range of the leak holes 6.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in operation, the second hydraulic rod 12 is firstly opened, the output shaft thereof is contracted, so as to drive the sealing cover 4 to move upwards, then chopsticks are placed at the gap between the rotating disc 9 and the inner wall of the cleaning tank 2, the gap between the rotating disc 9 and the cleaning tank 2 can accommodate the lower chopsticks, the periphery of the chopsticks is provided with the first cleaning brush 7 and the second cleaning brush 10, so that the chopsticks are erected without falling down, then a circle of chopsticks in the cleaning tank 2 is put on, the second hydraulic rod 12 is opened, so that the sealing cover 4 descends, then the sealing cover 4 seals the cleaning tank 2, meanwhile, the conveying pump 81 is opened, the cleaning water or liquid enters the cleaning tank 2 through the inlet pipe 82, the conveying pump 81 and the conveying pipe 83 until the cleaning water or liquid in the cleaning tank 2 completely overflows the chopsticks, the driving motor 131 is then opened, the driving motor 132 is driven to rotate, the power rod 132 drives the rotating rod 11 to rotate through the first gear 133 and the second gear 134, then the rotating disc 9 starts to rotate, the rotating disc 9 drives the second cleaning brush 10 to rotate in the rotating process, at the moment, the first cleaning brush 7 and the second cleaning brush 10 move relatively, and the first cleaning brush 7 and the second cleaning brush 10 can contact the surfaces of chopsticks, so that the chopsticks are brushed comprehensively, the chopsticks can be rotated under the stirring action of the first cleaning brush 7, so that the chopsticks are cleaned more comprehensively, no dead angle is cleaned, stubborn stains can be cleaned, meanwhile, the power rod 132 can drive the driving rod 142 to rotate through the first conical gear 143 and the second conical gear 144 in the rotating process, then the driving rod 142 drives the belt pulley 146 to rotate through the belt pulley 145, then the long rod 212 is driven to rotate, the connecting piece 213 on the driving surface starts to do circular motion, then the connecting piece 213 drives the lower end of the hinge rod 214 to start to do circular motion, because the sliding column 216 can slide in the sliding sleeve 215, at this moment, the sliding column 216 reciprocates up and down under the driving of the hinge rod 214, and drives the impact head 218 to frequently strike the bottom of the cleaning tank 2, so that the cleaning tank 2 vibrates, the cleaning water or liquid in the cleaning tank 2 vibrates up and down, the chopsticks are comprehensively cleaned, the cleaning effect is improved, after cleaning is finished, the first hydraulic rod 51 is started to shrink the output shaft of the first hydraulic rod, the sealing gasket 53 releases the sealing of the leak hole 6, then the cleaned waste water is discharged into the waste water tank 3 from the leak hole 6, then the waste water is discharged into a sewer from the drain pipe 23, at the same time, the electric heating wire 20 and the fan 19 are started, the air enters the inside of the box 18, then the air passes through the electric heating wire 20, at this moment, the inside of the box 18 generates hot air to enter the inside of the air supply pipe 15, then passes through the communicating pipe 16 to enter the inside of the cleaning tank 2, the hot air blows on the surfaces of the chopsticks to dry, after drying is finished, the second hydraulic rod 4 is started, and then the chopsticks are lifted.
