S3, when the display screen 4 is powered on, the cooling fins 73 will start to rotate synchronously, so as to draw the outside air, and pass the air through the driven impeller 74, under the flowing effect of the air, the driven impeller 74 is driven to rotate synchronously, and the cooling liquid is filled in the driven impeller 74, so that the air can be cooled well, and the cooling efficiency of the air will be improved along with the rotation of the driven impeller 74, and then the air is charged into the air inlet hole by the driving force generated by the heat radiating blades 73, and after circulating in the display screen 4, the electronic components in the display screen 4 are effectively cooled, and finally discharged from the air outlet groove, with this radiating effect who improves display screen 4 inside, avoid the damage that the inside overheat of display screen 4 leads to, strengthened the safety protection to display screen 4, and improved display screen 4's life.
