The polishing belt 5 used on the polishing machine 1 is composed of a polishing material, a compound adhesive layer, a bottom adhesive layer and a base cloth layer, the polishing material is silicon carbide particles or cubic boron nitride particles, the polishing material is planted on the bottom adhesive layer in a gravity sand planting mode, the particle size of the silicon carbide particles or the cubic boron nitride particles is 150-300 microns, the compound adhesive layer is coated by an air knife coater, the coating amount is controlled to be 60-70 g/square meter, the front surface of the base cloth layer is sequentially coated with the bottom adhesive layer, the compound adhesive layer and the polishing material through polyester grey cloth of the base cloth layer, the polishing effect of the polishing belt 5 is good, and the service life is prolonged.

The control mechanism 8 comprises an electrical control cabinet, a PLC control unit is arranged in the electrical control cabinet, and the control mechanism further comprises a main incoming line power supply and a control power supply, wherein the main incoming line power supply is connected with the control power supply, the control power supply is connected with the PLC control unit, and the main incoming line power supply supplies power to a main circuit and provides equipment short-circuit protection and overload protection.
As shown in fig. 5, two polishing machines 1 are installed on the mounting plate 63 in parallel, and the polishing machines 1 are connected to the mounting plate 63 in a sliding manner, specifically, two parallel sliding blocks are arranged on the lower end surface of the frame body 2 of each polishing machine 1, four parallel sliding rails are arranged on the upper end surface of the mounting plate 63, each sliding block corresponds to one sliding rail, two air cylinders 65 are symmetrically installed on the mounting plate 63, the air cylinders 65 correspond to the two polishing machines 1 one by one, and the polishing machines 1 are driven to move by the air cylinders 65.
As shown in fig. 6, two parallel guide rails 61 are further disposed on the frame 6, the mounting plate 63 is slidably connected to the guide rails 61, a transmission belt 66 is further disposed between the two guide rails 61, the mounting plate 63 is fixedly connected to the transmission belt 66 through a connecting member, the transmission belt 66 includes a belt motor 661 with a driving pulley, a driven pulley 662 is disposed at an end opposite to the driving pulley, the transmission belt 66 is wound around the driving pulley and the driven pulley 662, the transmission belt 66 is driven by the belt motor 661, the transmission belt 66 synchronously drives the mounting plate 63 connected thereto to move when moving, the belt motor 661 can rotate forward and backward, the transmission belt 66 can drive the mounting plate 63 to reciprocate along the guide rails 61, a tensioning device 663 is further disposed on the driven pulley 662, and the tensioning device 663 is used for tensioning the transmission belt 66.
As shown in fig. 7, the roller shaft mounting frame 7 includes a first bracket 72 and a second bracket 73, the roller shaft mounting frame 7 is used for placing the toughening furnace roller shaft 71, specifically, the first bracket 72 and the second bracket 73 are oppositely arranged, curved grooves matched with the first bearings 711 to roll are arranged at the middle positions of the first bracket 72 and the second bracket 73, and the first bearings 711 are arranged in the curved grooves.
As shown in fig. 8, the driving assembly is installed on the first bracket 72, the driving assembly includes a servo motor 74 and a speed reducer 75 connected to the servo motor 74, the speed reducer 75 has a main shaft 751, two synchronizing shafts 752 are installed above the main shaft 751, the synchronizing shafts 752 are connected to the main shaft 751 through belts 753 and move synchronously, the synchronizing shafts 752 are installed on one side of the first bracket 72, the polishing belt 5 faces the roller shaft 71 of the toughening furnace, bearing seats are respectively installed on both sides of the upper portion of the first bracket 72, a second bearing is installed in each bearing seat, each synchronizing shaft 752 correspondingly passes through a second bearing and extends out an extension shaft parallel to the roller shaft 71 of the toughening furnace, a rubber wrapping wheel 741 is installed outside each extension shaft, the rubber wrapping wheel 741 is attached to the surface of the roller shaft 71 of the toughening furnace, specifically, when the servo motor 74 moves, the speed reduction operation is realized through the speed reducer 75, the speed reducer 75 operates to drive the main shaft 751 to rotate synchronously, the main shaft 751 synchronously drives two synchronizing shafts 752 through a belt 753 hung on the main shaft, the synchronizing shafts 752 synchronously drive rubber wrapping wheels 741 connected with the synchronizing shafts to rotate, and further, a roller shaft 71 of the toughening furnace between the two rubber wrapping wheels 741 is driven to synchronously rotate.
As shown in FIG. 9, in order to prevent the shift and falling-off of the roller shaft 71 of the tempering furnace during the rotation, two sides of the curved groove of the second bracket 73 are respectively provided with a limit component, the limiting component comprises two blocking pieces arranged at an opening at one side of a curved groove and a rotating wheel arranged at an opening at the other side of the curved groove, the width between the two blocking pieces is smaller than that of a first bearing 711 and is smaller than that of the curved groove, the rotating wheels are arranged in an arc shape, the blocking pieces and the rotating wheels enable the curved groove on the second bracket 73 to be in a semi-closed state, the first bearing 711 part of the roller shaft 71 of the toughening furnace enters from the upper part of the curved groove, the blocking pieces extend into an interval with smaller diameter between the first bearing 711 and the roller shaft, the left side and the right side of the rotary drum are limited by the inner wall of the curved groove, the front end of the rotary drum is limited by the baffle, and the rear end of the rotary drum is limited by the rotating wheel, so that the rotary drum can always keep in-situ rotation during rotation without displacement.
The working process of the polishing equipment comprises the following steps: when the toughening furnace roller shaft 71 is prepared to work, firstly, the toughening furnace roller shaft 71 is correspondingly placed on the roller shaft mounting frame 7, the control mechanism 8 sets a work instruction and a moving stroke for the toughening furnace roller shaft through the PLC control unit, and the belt motor 661 moves the mounting plate 63 and the polishing machine 1 on the mounting plate 63 to the corresponding position at one end of the rack 6 through a transmission belt, so that the polished surface is opposite to and faces the toughening furnace roller shaft 71; when the device works, firstly, the two polishing machines 1 are simultaneously pushed towards the direction of the toughening furnace roller shaft 71 through the air cylinder 65, so that the polishing belt 5 wraps part of the toughening furnace roller shaft 71, specifically, one surface of the toughening furnace roller shaft 71 facing the polishing belt 5 and the upper part and the lower part of the surface, the servo motor 74 is started to enable the toughening furnace roller shaft 71 to start rotating, the motor 11 enables the polishing belt 5 to start rotating, the belt motor 661 drives the conveyor belt 66, the synchronous conveyor belt 66 drives the mounting plate 63 to move towards the other end of the rack 6, so that the polishing belt 5 realizes the omnibearing and uniform polishing of the surface of the toughening furnace roller shaft 71, the two polishing belts 5 with different roughness realize the synchronous performance of rough polishing and fine polishing, when the mounting plate 63 drives the polishing machines 1 to move to the other end of the rack 6, the servo motor 74 and the motor 11 stop operating, the air cylinder 65 simultaneously drives the polishing machines 1 to reset, and the belt motor 661 drives the mounting plate 63 to reset, and preparing for next polishing work.
