4. A leather gluing compound production process, which is suitable for the compound equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, pretreatment: starting a dust collector, and simultaneously operating an upper dust collection head, a lower dust collection head and a hot air blowing device to respectively treat a second base material and a first base material;
s2, gluing: after the driving mechanism is started up, under the action of the elastic part of the driving rod, a plurality of glue coating rollers fully contact and roll-brush the surface of the first substrate, uneven glue on the glue coating rollers is uniformly scraped by a glue groove, and redundant glue is recovered;
s3, compounding: the two layers of base materials are pressed and bonded by the second composite roller set after being processed by the second cleaning mechanism, and the base materials are firmly bonded after being uniformly extruded by the second composite roller set;
s4, drying: firstly, starting a first fan to preliminarily blow down macromolecular liquid on the leather, starting a second fan after the first fan is closed, electrifying a heating pipe and starting a stirring mechanism, and quickly drying the leather by uniformly blowing hot air;
s5, rolling: and starting the winding device after the leather is dried, and winding and packaging the leather.
5. The leather gluing compound production process according to claim 4, wherein in S2 gluing, the following steps are specifically included:
s21: starting the driving mechanism to drive the driven shaft to rotate, driving the mounting plate to rotate by the driven shaft, and rotating the plurality of driving rods along with the mounting plate;
s22: opening a valve of the glue tank to enable glue to be uniformly coated on the upper pipe of each glue spreader, and after the glue spreaders are close to and contact with the glue groove on the side wall of the arc-shaped plate, uniformly coating the glue on the glue spreader by the groove wall of the glue groove;
s23: the glue coating rollers uniformly adhered with glue are alternately brushed on the first base material on the conveyor belt at a constant speed, and at least three glue coating rollers are contacted with the first base material;
s24: after the glue spreader and the first base material are gradually pressed, the driving rod shrinks along the radius direction of the round mounting plate, and the glue spreader and the first base material gradually keep away from the rear driving rod and extend out to the first base material;
s25: the glue spreader leaves the first substrate surface and is close to the glue groove in the side wall of the arc-shaped plate, and the groove wall of the glue groove scrapes redundant glue into the groove and finally flows into the glue tank for recycling.
