Description

Closed cooling tower, control method, system, device and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of heating and ventilation, and in particular, to a closed cooling tower, a control method, an apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
The closed cooling tower is a device for cooling water (also called inlet water) entering the closed cooling tower so that the temperature of the water (also called outlet water) leaving the closed cooling tower is lower than the temperature of the inlet water.
The temperature of the water discharged from the closed cooling tower is related to the temperature of the air outside the closed cooling tower, and the temperature of the water discharged from the closed cooling tower is 3-5 ℃ higher than the temperature of the air outside the closed cooling tower in general. Therefore, when the temperature of the air outside the closed cooling tower is not changed, if the required temperature of the discharged water is lower than or equal to the temperature of the air outside the closed cooling tower, the temperature of the discharged water of the closed cooling tower cannot meet the temperature requirement, and the cooling effect of the existing closed cooling tower is poor.

The air cooling module 101 is configured to introduce air outside the closed cooling tower 10 into the closed cooling tower 10 through an air inducing device 1012, an air inlet 1011 and the pre-cooling module 102 to cool the cooling pipeline 201; the pre-cooling module 102 is configured to perform cooling processing on air introduced into the closed cooling tower 10 in a process that the air cooling module 101 introduces air outside the closed cooling tower 10 into the closed cooling tower 10; the refrigeration module 20 is used for cooling the outlet pipe 202.
For a detailed description of the water circulation pipeline 20 and the closed cooling tower 10, reference may be made to the above description of the closed cooling tower 10, and the detailed description thereof is omitted here.
The operation of the refrigeration module 30 may be mechanical refrigeration.
Based on this scheme, when the air temperature outside the closed cooling tower is unchangeable, if the requirement temperature of play water is less than or equal to the air temperature outside the closed cooling tower, the precooling module among the cooling system that this application provided can carry out cooling treatment to the air that introduces the closed cooling tower, the messenger carries out the temperature of refrigerated air to cooling tube and reduces, the module of refrigerating simultaneously carries out cooling treatment to outlet conduit here to the temperature of play water is less than or equal to the air temperature outside the closed cooling tower in making outlet conduit, the cooling effect of closed cooling tower has been improved.
In one design, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigeration module provided herein, and as shown in fig. 6, the refrigeration module 30 includes an evaporation pipe 301, a condensation pipe 302, a compressor 303, and a throttling device 304; the compressor 303 is respectively connected with the evaporation pipeline 301 and the condensation pipeline 302; the throttling means 304 are connected to the evaporation pipe 301 and the condensation pipe 302, respectively.

The structure of the condensing duct 302 may be a coil structure, such as a circular coil structure or a rectangular coil structure, which is not limited in this application.
The compressor 303 may be of the screw compressor, centrifugal compressor, or magnetic levitation compressor type, but is not limited in this application.
The throttle 304 may be a throttle valve.
Based on this scheme, the refrigeration module can realize the cooling treatment to outlet conduit through evaporating pipe.
In one design, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of another refrigeration module provided herein, and as shown in fig. 7, the refrigeration module 30 further includes a heat exchanger 305; the water outlet conduit 202 and the evaporation conduit 301 each extend through a heat exchanger 305.
The evaporation pipe 301 is used to cool the outlet pipe 202 by passing a low-temperature low-pressure liquid refrigerant through the heat exchanger 305.
It should be noted that the structure of the heat exchanger 305 may be a plate-type evaporation structure or a shell-and-tube evaporation structure, which is not limited in this application.
Based on this scheme, evaporating pipe and outlet conduit carry out the heat transfer at the heat exchanger to make the outlet conduit cooling, because the heat exchanger can keep apart evaporating pipe and outlet conduit and external air, avoided evaporating pipe to carry out meaningless cooling to external air, avoid outlet conduit to absorb external heat simultaneously, improved the cooling efficiency of refrigeration module to outlet conduit.
In one design, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of another refrigeration module provided herein, and as shown in fig. 8, the portion of the outlet conduit 202 located in the heat exchanger 305 is a first branch conduit 2021, and the outlet conduit 202 further includes a second branch conduit 2022 connected in parallel with the first branch conduit 2021; the second branch conduit 2022 is located outside the heat exchanger 305; a three-way valve 2023 is provided at the parallel connection of the first branch pipe 2021 and the second branch pipe 2022.
It should be noted that the three-way valve 2023 shown in fig. 8 is disposed at a parallel connection position of one end of the first branch pipe 2021 and one end of the second branch pipe 2022, and the three-way valve 2023 may also be disposed at a parallel connection position of the other end of the first branch pipe 2021 and the other end of the second branch pipe 2022, which is not limited in this application.
With the refrigeration module 30 open, the three-way valve 2023 connects the outlet conduit 202 and the first branch conduit 2021, disconnecting the water conduit 202 and the second branch conduit 2022. With the refrigeration module 30 closed, the three-way valve 2023 disconnects the water outlet conduit 202 from the first branch conduit 2021, and communicates the water conduit 202 with the second branch conduit 2022.
It should be noted that the three-way valve 2023 may also be modified, for example, the three-way valve 2023 may be modified to be a switch disposed in the second branch pipe 2022 and a switch disposed in the first branch pipe 2021. In this case, if the refrigeration module 30 is turned on, the switch in the first branch pipe 2021 is turned on, and the switch in the second branch pipe 2022 is turned off. If the refrigeration module 30 is closed, the switch in the first branch pipe 2021, the communication water pipe 202 is closed, and the switch in the second branch pipe 2022 is opened.
Based on this scheme, because first tributary pipeline passes through the three way valve and is parallelly connected with second tributary pipeline, can make the play water in the outlet conduit flow through the second tributary pipeline that is located outside the heat exchanger when not needing the cooling module to the outlet conduit cooling, when needing the cooling module to the outlet conduit cooling, make the play water in the outlet conduit flow through the first tributary pipeline that is located in the heat exchanger, improved cooling system's flexibility.

Based on this scheme, because the condensation duct is located the position of the inboard air outlet of casing, because can cool off the condensation duct in the casing of closed cooling tower, thus can improve the condensation effect of condensation duct. And meanwhile, the condensing pipeline is positioned at the air outlet, the air in the closed cooling tower can firstly carry out cooling treatment on the cooling pipeline and then carry out cooling treatment on the condensing pipeline, and the efficiency of the closed cooling tower for carrying out cooling treatment on the cooling pipeline is prevented from being reduced.

and the processing module is used for starting the precooling module or starting the precooling module and the refrigerating module if the difference value between the air temperature and the required temperature of the effluent is greater than a first threshold value.
13. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to:
if the difference value is greater than a first threshold value and smaller than a second threshold value, starting the precooling module, wherein the second threshold value is greater than the first threshold value;
and if the difference value is larger than a second threshold value, starting the precooling module and the refrigerating module.
14. A control device of a cooling system, characterized by comprising: a processor coupled with a memory, the memory for storing a program or instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the apparatus to perform the method of claim 10 or 11.
15. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program or instructions, which, when executed, cause a computer to perform the method of claim 10 or 11.
