The connecting rod 32 integrates the same air guide assembly 3, and when the indoor unit of the air conditioner needs to be maintained and cleaned, the air guide assembly 3 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.
Further, the air guide assemblies 3 positioned on the left side and the air guide assemblies 3 positioned on the right side are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the center line of the air guide plate 2, so that the left and right air supply areas of the air outlet 11 are the same. Of course, this is only a preferred arrangement, and the skilled person can set the specific distribution of the air guiding assembly 3 according to actual conditions.
Referring next to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a partial structural view of an elastic member of a wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, an elastic member 4 is disposed between the flap 31 and the air guide plate 2. Specifically, with the direction shown in fig. 4 as a reference direction, a first connecting column 22 is arranged above the air deflector 2, a second connecting column 312 is arranged at the middle position below the swinging blade 31, one end of the elastic member 4 is connected with the first connecting column 22, the other end of the elastic member 4 is connected with the second connecting column 312, when the swinging angle of the swinging blade 31 is adjusted, by pressing one side of the swinging blade 31 away from the body 1, the side of the elastic member 4 close to the body 1 is lengthened, and the side of the elastic member 4 away from the body 1 is shortened, so that the limiting column 311 and the positioning slot 21 are separated from each other, and then the limiting column 311 and the other positioning slot 21 are connected in an inserting manner, and the elastic member 4 is restored to the original state; the force of the user for adjusting the swinging blade 31 can be saved by the arrangement of the elastic component 4.
The elastic member 4 is an elastic block, but this is only a preferred arrangement, and the elastic member 4 may also be a spring, which the technician can set according to the actual situation.
It should be noted that the elastic member 4 may not be disposed between the oscillating blade 31 and the air deflector 2, for example, an accommodating cavity is disposed in one of the first connecting column 22 and the second connecting column 312, and the other of the first connecting column 22 and the second connecting column 312 is movably connected to the accommodating cavity, so that the oscillating angle of the oscillating blade 31 can be conveniently adjusted based on the above structure, and a technician can set the oscillating angle according to actual conditions.
Further, in this preferred embodiment, the first connecting column 22 and the air guide plate 2 are integrally arranged, the second connecting column 312 and the swing blade 31 are integrally arranged, the first connecting column 22 and the elastic member 4 are connected in a clamping manner, the second connecting column 312 and the elastic member 4 are connected in a clamping manner, and the swing blade 31 and the elastic member 4 are conveniently separated from the air guide plate 2 in a clamping manner, so that the air guide assembly 3 is convenient to disassemble and assemble integrally, and maintenance and cleaning of the air guide assembly 3 are not hindered.
In addition, in the preferred embodiment, the swing blade 31 is provided with an adjusting handle 315, the adjusting handle 315 is disposed on one side of the swing blade 31 far away from the body 1, and the adjustment of the adjusting handle 315 is further convenient for a user to adjust the swing angle of the swing blade 31.
Referring to fig. 2, as shown in fig. 2, a first air guide surface 313 is disposed on a side of the flap 31 close to the air outlet 11, a second air guide surface 314 is disposed on a side of the flap 31 away from the air outlet 11, and the first air guide surface 313 and the second air guide surface 314 are both air guide slopes with radians, so that the air resistance can be reduced, and the air output of the wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit can be increased.
Specifically, as a preferable arrangement mode, the distance between every two adjacent fan blades 31 in the same group of air guide assemblies 3 is the same, so that the air outlet of the air outlet 11 is uniform.
And a condensation preventing structure 23 is further arranged on one surface of the air deflector 2, which is provided with the fan blade 31. Specifically, the direction shown in fig. 2 is taken as a reference direction, and the anti-condensation structure 23 is a plurality of strip-shaped grooves which are horizontally arranged on the upper surface of the air deflector 2, so that the unevenness of the upper surface of the air deflector 2 is wavy, and water on the air deflector 2 is prevented from dripping.
Further, the left and right sides of the air deflector 2 are provided with first rotating members 24, the middle position of the air deflector 2 is provided with a second rotating member 25, the body 1 is provided with a connecting member 12, the connecting member 12 and the second rotating member 25 are connected and can rotate relatively, one of the two second rotating members 25 is connected with a driving motor (not shown in the figure), and the driving motor drives the air deflector 2 to rotate so as to control the opening and closing state of the air outlet 11 and control the up-and-down air guiding of the air deflector 2.
In a preferred embodiment, the air guiding assemblies 3 on the left side and the air guiding assemblies 3 on the right side are identical in structure and are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center line of the air guiding plate 2, each air guiding assembly 3 is provided with five swinging blades 31 without a connecting rod 32, each swinging blade 31 is provided with five swinging adjustment angles to the left and five swinging adjustment angles to the right, and with the direction shown in fig. 2 as the reference direction, a user can adjust the five swinging blades 31 on the left side to the left swinging state, the swinging angles of the five swinging blades 31 on the right side are sequentially increased, the five swinging blades 31 on the right side are adjusted to the right swinging state, and the swinging angles of the five swinging blades 31 on the left side and the five swinging blades 31 on the right side are sequentially increased, at this time, the wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit can supply air to the left side and also supply air to the right side, and the air supply area is maximized at this time, can accelerate indoor air flow and realize rapid heating or cooling.
The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit conducts air guiding only through the air guiding component 2, and other air guiding mechanisms are not arranged at the air outlet 11.
The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is convenient for users to adjust the swing angle of the swing blades in the air guide assembly 3 according to the requirements of the users, avoids air supply of the air conditioner from blowing directly to the users, can realize left and right air supply adjustment of different areas of the air outlet 11, and is convenient for the users to use.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is characterized by comprising a body, an air outlet and an air deflector, wherein the air outlet and the air deflector are arranged on the body;
the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit comprises an air deflector, and is characterized in that at least two groups of air guide assemblies are arranged on the air deflector, each air guide assembly comprises a plurality of fan blades, a first adjusting member is arranged on each air guide assembly, a second adjusting member is correspondingly arranged on each air deflector, and the fan blades can swing relative to the air deflector in the length direction of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit through the first adjusting members, the second adjusting members and the air deflectors.
2. The wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the air guide assembly further comprises a connecting rod for connecting the plurality of oscillating blades of the same set of air guide assembly, and the first adjusting member is disposed on one of the oscillating blades.
3. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 2, wherein the connecting rod and the first adjusting member are both disposed on a side of the oscillating blade close to the body.
4. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the two air guide assemblies are symmetrically arranged with respect to a center line of the air guide plate.
5. An indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the swinging blade is provided with an adjusting handle.
6. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first adjusting member is a limiting post disposed on the swing blade, the second adjusting member is a plurality of positioning slots disposed on the air deflector, the plurality of positioning slots are arranged in an arc shape, and the limiting post and the positioning slots are matched.
7. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 6, wherein an elastic member is disposed between the oscillating blade and the air deflector.
8. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the distance between every two adjacent oscillating blades in the same air guide assembly is the same.
9. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a condensation prevention structure is further arranged on one surface of the air deflector, on which the fan blades are arranged.
10. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a first air guide surface is provided on a side of the oscillating blade close to the air outlet, and a second air guide surface is provided on a side of the oscillating blade away from the air outlet.
