本发明使用时,可根据康复者的体型控制两个第一电动推杆25同步动作,两个第一电动推杆25分别驱动两块骨盆夹板23左右移动,进而调节两块骨盆夹板23的距离以适应康复者的骨盆大小,调节好两块骨盆夹板23后,康复者坐在两块骨盆夹板23上,康复者的两手分别对应扶住两个扶手50,第一海绵块31与康复者的臀部接触,提高舒适性,然后同时控制左侧的两个第二电动推杆30的活塞杆同步向右推并周期性施加一定压力,左侧的两个第二电动推杆30的活塞杆同步推动左侧的骨盆夹板23向右转动挤压康复者的骨盆左侧,同理同时控制右侧的两个第二电动推杆30的活塞杆同步向左推并周期性施加一定压力,右侧的两个第二电动推杆30的活塞杆同步推动右侧的骨盆夹板23向左转动挤压康复者的骨盆右侧,进而实现对骨盆的康复训练;当要进行腿部和脚部力量康复训练时,则先根据康复者的身高通过控制升降伺服电机5驱动丝杠6转动,丝杠6驱动C型升降支板8带动两个脚踏机构上下移动,进而调节两个脚踏机构的高度以适应康复者的身高,然后康复者的两只脚分别对应踏在相应的两块脚踏板19上,并使脚踏板19上的脚扣带22绑住相应的脚,然后康复者的两脚开始交替做类似蹬自行车的运动,则康复者的两腿用力交替屈伸,当脚向下踩踏脚踏板19时,则脚踏板19便会作用于脚踏导杆18,脚踏导杆18便推动活塞17向下移动,则活塞17向下推动圆环气囊15和永磁铁盘14向下移动,进而挤压压缩弹簧21,起初在压缩弹簧21和圆环气囊15的作用下腿部和脚部受到的阻尼较小且越来越大,当阻尼增大到一定值时,圆环气囊15便会发生径向形变,圆环气囊15的内孔变小,进而使两块导电片59与圆柱导电块60接触,则电磁铁盘13通电产生与永磁铁盘14磁性相同的磁场,那么电磁铁盘13与永磁铁盘14之间产生排斥力,则腿部和脚部受到的阻尼急剧增大,永磁铁盘14继续向下移动时,则排斥力越来越大,以便在变化的阻尼作用下进行腿部和脚部力量康复训练,本发明可同时进行骨盆、腿部和脚部力量的康复训练;当对下身伤口部位进行熏蒸理疗时,停止腿部和脚部力量康复训练,康复者暴露下身伤口部位,然后握持把手54将柔性腿部密封块51盖在康复者的两腿上部,使两个圆弧压槽53分别对应扣在康复者的两大腿上,压块56的后侧面与两块骨盆夹板23的前侧边接触,并使毛面粘扣带55与勾面粘扣带对应粘接,进而尽可能密封两块骨盆夹板23的前侧,然后控制两个第三电动推杆34同步动作,调节背靠板的角度,使背靠板与康复者的背部接触,尽可能密封两块骨盆夹板23的后侧,第二海绵块33与康复者的背接触,提高舒适性,将抽气管44与第一快插气体接头断开,将回流管47与第二快插气体接头断开,再将药物加热桶39从长方体座椅2的后侧取出,打开药物加热桶39顶部的密封盖,将药液48填加到药物加热桶39内,然后盖上密封盖,再把药物加热桶39放置在电加热炉38的上部,然后将抽气管44与第一快插气体接头连接,将回流管47与第二快插气体接头连接,打开电加热炉38,一段时间后,电加热炉38对药物加热桶39进行加热,使药液48加热蒸发产生蒸汽,然后打开气泵40,气泵40将药物加热桶39内的蒸汽通过抽气管44抽出并通过第一注气管45和第二注气管46注入到圆环气管42中,则蒸汽通过各个喷嘴43向上喷入到熏蒸管41中,蒸汽再通过熏蒸管41向上走通过熏蒸孔3对下身伤口部位进行熏蒸理疗,大部分的蒸汽向上接触到康复者身体后遇到阻挡便会向下走并通过熏蒸管41进入熏蒸箱37内部,回流的蒸汽通过回流管47经第二快插气体接头回流到药物加热桶39内,进而减少药液48损失,其中,在熏蒸理疗过程中,康复者可能会有一些恶露排出,并通过熏蒸孔3和熏蒸管41掉进熏蒸箱37内的接液抽屉49中,接液抽屉49内恶露较多时,可以将接液抽屉49从熏蒸箱37的后侧抽拉出来,清理吊恶露后,再将接液抽屉49重新穿过抽拉口安装到熏蒸箱37内;本发明功能多样,能够实现骨盆、腿部和脚部力量的康复训练,还能够对下身伤口部位进行熏蒸理疗,有效帮助妇女育后康复。When the present invention is used, the two first
