提供了间充质干细胞在治疗重症COVID19肺炎中的用途。提供了一种ACE2阴性MSCs,向COVID‑19患者静脉注射所述MSCs是安全有效的,尤其是对危重患者。ACE2阴性MSCs可能通过对细胞因子风暴和免疫细胞的直接免疫调节作用发挥积极作用,从而能够保护肝脏与心肌功能。
