Background
At present, high-power battery charging and discharging test equipment is generally placed on a rack or in a cabinet, the charging and discharging equipment is placed at one position, a computer and a power supply are additionally arranged to collect charging data, the high-power battery charging and discharging test equipment is generally fixed in a laboratory, and the high-power battery charging and discharging test equipment is large in size and heavy in weight and is often inconvenient to bring an instrument to a vehicle or charge and discharge on the site.
The small portable battery charging and discharging equipment often only has the charging and discharging functions, is single in function, low in power and not provided with the acquisition function of cell data in the battery, and is difficult to meet the requirements of rapidly charging and discharging the battery and accurately acquiring the charging and discharging current, the battery voltage, the cell voltage, the temperature and other battery data of the battery; in addition, the existing devices are difficult to realize remote control.
In view of the above technical defects, it is necessary to design a portable battery charging and discharging device capable of acquiring cell data and performing remote control.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides portable battery charging and discharging equipment which can realize accurate acquisition of battery cell data and remote control.

the invention provides portable battery charging and discharging equipment, which comprises a shell, a control panel, a power interface socket, a battery charging and discharging interface socket, a battery information input module and a battery data acquisition interface, wherein the control panel is connected with the shell;
the control panel is respectively connected with the power supply interface socket, the battery charging and discharging interface socket, the battery information input module and the battery data acquisition interface;
the device is connected with an external battery through the battery charging and discharging interface socket and the battery data acquisition interface; the equipment is connected with an external 220V power supply through the power interface socket.
Preferably, a handle is arranged on the shell.
Preferably, the shell is provided with a vent hole; and the bottom side of the shell is provided with an anti-slip pad.
Preferably, the battery information input module is a code scanning gun.
Preferably, the control panel comprises a microcontroller, a constant current and constant voltage switching module, a charging and discharging driving module, a charging and discharging indicating module and a data acquisition module;
the data acquisition module comprises an AD sampling chip and an analog signal conditioning circuit.
Preferably, the device further comprises a communication module and a remote control terminal;
the remote control end is connected with the control panel through the communication module.
Preferably, the interfaces of the communication module include CAN, 232 and 485 interfaces.
Preferably, the control panel is further provided with a peripheral circuit module; the peripheral circuit module comprises a watchdog, a BDM interface, a crystal oscillator, a real-time clock and a power supply processing circuit.
Preferably, a display screen connected with the control panel is arranged on the shell; the display screen is a touch display screen.
Preferably, the shell is also provided with an emergency stop button and an air switch which are connected with the control panel.

4) the device has the function of accurately controlling the charging and discharging current and voltage, the charging current precision reaches 0.5%, and the voltage control reaches 0.1%;
5) the device has the characteristic of high data acquisition precision, and the acquisition precision of the cell voltage reaches 1 mv;
6) this equipment passes through air switch, scram button and remote control, can report to the police and power-off protection to battery voltage transfinites, battery current transfinites and temperature transfinites in the use.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a portable battery charging and discharging device, which includes a housing 1, a control board 2, a power interface socket 3, a battery charging and discharging interface socket 4, a battery information input module 5, a battery data acquisition interface 6, a communication module 7, and a remote control terminal 8;
the control panel 2 is respectively connected with the power interface socket 3, the battery charge-discharge interface socket 4, the battery information input module 5 and the battery data acquisition interface 6, and is used for conditioning current signals, acquiring and transmitting the current signals to an upper computer;
the device is connected with an external battery through the battery charging and discharging interface socket 4 and the battery data acquisition interface 6; the equipment is connected with an external 220V power supply through the power interface socket 3; the remote control end 8 is connected with the control panel 2 through the communication module 7.
The battery information input module 5 is a code scanning gun, and is convenient for copying and reading data of the battery model.
The shell 1 comprises a front panel, a rear panel, a bottom panel and side panels; wherein, the top of the side panel is provided with a handle 11 and a vent hole 12 which are convenient to carry; the bottom panel is provided with an anti-skid pad; the front panel is provided with a touch display screen 13 and an emergency stop button 14 which are connected with the control panel 2; the rear panel is provided with a power interface socket 3, a battery charge-discharge interface socket 4, a code scanning gun interface, a battery data acquisition interface 6 and an air switch 15.
The control 2 board comprises a microcontroller 21, a constant current and constant voltage switching module 22, a charging and discharging driving module 23, a charging and discharging indicating module 24, a data acquisition module 25 and a peripheral circuit module 26; wherein, the microcontroller MCU adopts an NXP singlechip or an Yingfeixing singlechip; the data acquisition module 25 comprises an AD sampling chip and an analog signal conditioning circuit; the peripheral circuit module 26 includes a watchdog, a BDM interface, a crystal oscillator, a real-time clock, and a power processing circuit.
The communication module 7 communicates with the BMS communication and remote control terminal 8 by adopting a CAN network, so that the judgment of the battery type and the acquisition of the battery system parameters CAN be realized; the control panel is provided for automatically acquiring data parameters of the battery system. The control panel 2 can upload the working state, working parameters, fault alarm and other information of the charge and discharge machine and the power battery to the touch display screen, and can receive the control command of the remote control end to realize flexible execution of charge and discharge actions. From the above results, it can be seen that: the device has the function of rapidly charging and discharging the battery, and the charging and discharging current is as high as 60A; the charging and discharging current and voltage control circuit has the function of accurate charging and discharging current and voltage control, the charging current precision reaches 0.5%, and the voltage control reaches 0.1%; the device has the characteristic of high data acquisition precision, and the acquisition precision of the cell voltage reaches 1 mv; the device has the functions of alarming and protecting the over-limit of the battery voltage in the using process; the battery temperature over-limit alarm and protection function and the battery current over-limit alarm and protection function are achieved in the using process.
Therefore, the invention can meet the field test requirements of various charging and discharging, is used in a plurality of companies at present, is simple and convenient to carry, is simple to operate, has complete functions and is convenient for users to use. The current of charge and discharge can be adjusted at will in the range of 0-60A, the voltage can be adjusted at will in the range of 0-210V, the current control precision is 0.5 percent, and the voltage control precision is 0.1 percent.
