and the fire ticket operation identification module 40 is used for judging whether the data to be identified needs a fire ticket according to the work content corresponding to the matched work ticket data, judging whether the fire ticket exists according to the work ticket type corresponding to the work ticket data matched with the data to be identified if the data to be identified needs the fire ticket, and identifying the data to be identified which needs the fire ticket but does not have the fire ticket as the fire ticket operation if the data to be identified does not need the fire ticket operation.
The work unit early warning module 50 is used for acquiring the operation information to be identified of the data to be identified of the work ticket without work ticket and the fire ticket without work ticket to obtain a third work unit; and judging whether the ratio of the data to be identified of the no-work ticket and the no-fire work ticket in the third work unit to the data to be identified is larger than a preset threshold value, and if so, sending an early warning prompt to the third work unit.

selecting the working types of the operation plan data as pre-test, regular inspection, overhaul, defect elimination, electrification or installation and replacement, wherein the plan state is a finished operation plan, and removing other unselected operation plan data;
selecting fault reporting sources as teams and fault reporting sources as dispatching fault lists with tripping reasons being non-user equipment faults for fault list data, and removing other non-selected fault list data;
selecting a defect list with an urgent or important defect grade and a voltage grade of more than or equal to 10kV for the defect list data, and rejecting other unselected defect list data;
and selecting the tool account of the 10kV grounding wire, the 10kV electroscope and the personal security wire of the tool name for the tool account data of the tool, and rejecting the account data of other unselected tools.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the aforementioned recognition and early warning method may be implemented based on a system, and the system architecture includes: a data layer 100, a logical layer 200, and a presentation layer 300;
it should be noted that, the data layer 100 implements storage, access and reading of each work ticket data and data to be identified in the identification and early warning method, and the data layer may include a work ticket information acquisition module and an operation information acquisition module to be identified; the logic layer 200 is used for matching data of the data layer, and can comprise a work ticket information matching module and a fire ticket operation identification module; the presentation layer 300 implements analysis and statistics on the result according to the processing result of the logic layer, and outputs the final result, and the presentation layer may include a work unit early warning module.
The third aspect of the present application further provides a recognition and early warning device for non-work ticket violation operation, which includes a processor and a memory: the memory is used for storing the program codes and transmitting the program codes to the processor; the processor is used for executing the identification and early warning method of the non-work ticket violation operation according to the instructions in the program codes.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses and devices may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A recognition early warning method for illegal work without work tickets is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring corresponding work ticket information according to the work ticket data, wherein the work ticket information comprises: a first work unit, a first work place, a first work time, work content and a work ticket type;
acquiring corresponding to-be-identified operation information according to-be-identified data; the job information to be identified includes: a second work unit, a second work place and a second work time;
traversing the work ticket information according to the operation information to be identified, and matching the work ticket data with the data to be identified, wherein the first work unit is the same as the second work unit, the first work place is the same as the second work place, and the first work time and the second work time have intersection; identifying the data to be identified without the matched work ticket data as the work ticket-free operation;
judging whether the data to be identified needs a fire work ticket according to the work content corresponding to the matched work ticket data, if so, judging whether the fire work ticket exists according to the work ticket type corresponding to the work ticket data matched with the data to be identified, and if not, identifying the data to be identified which needs the fire work ticket but does not have the fire work ticket as a fire-free work ticket operation;
acquiring operation information to be identified of data to be identified of a work ticket without work ticket and a fire ticket without work ticket to obtain a third work unit; and judging whether the proportion of the data to be identified of the no-work ticket and the no-fire work ticket in the third work unit in the data to be identified is larger than a preset threshold value within a preset time period, and if so, sending an early warning prompt to the third work unit.
2. The method for identifying and warning the non-work-ticket illegal operation according to claim 1, wherein after acquiring the corresponding information of the operation to be identified according to the data to be identified, the method comprises the following steps:
selecting data to be identified of the required work ticket according to the operation information to be identified, and eliminating the data to be identified of the required work ticket; the data to be identified comprises: job plan data, fault order data, defect order data, and tool ledger data.
3. The method for identifying and warning the non-work-ticket illegal operation according to claim 2, wherein the data to be identified of the required work ticket is selected according to the information of the operation to be identified, and the data to be identified of the non-required work ticket is removed, specifically:
the job information to be identified further includes: work category, plan status, source of fault reporting, cause of trip, defect level, voltage level, and tool name;
selecting any one of the working types including pre-test, regular inspection, overhaul, installation and replacement, electrification and defect elimination for the operation plan data, wherein the plan state is the finished operation plan, and removing other unselected operation plan data;
selecting fault reporting sources as fault lists of a team and fault reporting sources as fault lists of scheduling and tripping reasons which are not faults of user equipment for fault list data, and removing other fault list data which are not selected;
selecting a defect list with the urgent and important defect grade and the voltage grade of more than or equal to 10kV for the defect list data, and rejecting other unselected defect list data;
and selecting the tool account of the 10kV grounding wire, the 10kV electroscope and the personal security wire of the tool name for the tool account data of the tool, and rejecting the account data of other unselected tools.
4. The method for identifying and warning the non-work ticket illegal operation according to claim 2, wherein the step of selecting the data to be identified of the required work ticket according to the information of the operation to be identified comprises the following steps:
the job plan data for the associated work ticket is identified and matched against its associated work ticket.
5. The method for identifying and warning the non-work ticket illegal operation according to claim 2, wherein the step of selecting the data to be identified of the required work ticket according to the information of the operation to be identified comprises the following steps:
and identifying the tool machine account data of the associated operation plan data, and removing the tool machine account data of the associated operation plan data.
