The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the electric energy meter is used, the protection box 1 needs to be installed through an external installation part, after the protection box 1 is installed at a specified position, the air pump assembly 201 needs to be electrified, then the intelligent electric energy meter body 32 is installed in the protection box 1, when the intelligent electric energy meter body 32 is installed, the door plate 25 can be turned over through the pin shaft 34 only by pulling the handle 33, the intelligent electric energy meter body 32 needs to be installed corresponding to the positions of the six piston suction cups 9 after the door plate 25 is opened, after the installation is finished, the air pump assembly 201 needs to be started to fix the intelligent electric energy meter body 32, when the air pump assembly 201 operates, air in the piston suction cups 9 is pumped through the first guide pipes 3 and the second guide pipes 5, so that negative pressure is formed inside the piston suction cups 9 and gradually deforms, and when the piston suction cups 9 are thoroughly attached to the back of the intelligent electric energy meter body 32, the intelligent electric energy meter body 32 is fixed under the action of pressure, then, the door panel 25 is turned over along the pin shaft 34, so that the sealing gasket 28 on the back of the door panel 25 is in a state of being attached to the positioning adsorption tube 27, the air pump assembly 201 can extract the air in the vacuum groove 26 along the third guide tube 7 after the air in the first guide tube 3, the second guide tube 5 and the piston suction cup 9 is extracted, and the vacuum groove 26 is in a sealed state under the attachment of the sealing gasket 28, so that the air pressure in the vacuum groove 26 is rapidly reduced, the intelligent electric energy meter body 32 is prevented from being influenced by external factors in the operation process, the protection effect of the electric energy meter is improved, the air pump assembly 201 can transmit the extracted air into the sealing cover 24 through the first exhaust tube 20 and the second exhaust tube 23 in the operation process, and the air is discharged on the surface of the intelligent electric energy meter body 32 through the sealing cover 24, thereby the temperature when intelligent ammeter body 32 used has been reduced, and can clear up the dust and the impurity on intelligent ammeter body 32 surface, because air pump assembly 201 is through first pipe 3, second pipe 5 and third pipe 7 respectively with the gas extraction in piston sucking disc 9 and the vacuum tank 26 back that finishes, can extract the gas in the seal box 15 through breathing pipe 14, and form the negative pressure gradually in the operation seal box 15 of air pump assembly 201, make closing plate 17 remove along seal box 15 under the effect of pressure, make the air inlet in seal box 15 rear leak, at this moment, external gas then can get into in air pump assembly 201 along the air inlet in seal box 15 rear, because pressure spring 162's setting, make in air pump assembly 201 operation initial stage, can play the effect of support to closing plate 17.
