本发明涉及一种三废炉压火方法,包括如下步骤:(1)解列三废炉联锁保护;(2)将三废炉床温提高到860—890℃后行底部排渣,降低床压,停止二次风、流化风供风,停止给煤;(3)观察到床温开始下降后,停止供风;(4)观察到蒸汽量开始下降后,解列减温水,开启排空;(5)停止蒸汽输送,保持三废炉高水位,停止给水。通过控制三废炉的压火的技术指标,提高三废炉的储热能力,在遇到烟风系统出现缺陷可不停炉处理,避免了三废炉重新启动操作,节约能源和时间。

技术领域
本发明属于锅炉技术装备领域,具体涉及一种三废炉压火方法。
背景技术
三废炉是利用煤渣、燃料气、吹风气作为燃料将脱盐水不断经过循环加热成蒸汽,在三废炉运行过程中经常会出现一些设备、电气等烟风系统方面的故障,通常做法是停炉检修,待故障排除后重新点炉,不仅点炉时间长,还造成巨大的能源浪费。与传统的燃煤锅炉压火相比,三废炉由于燃料煤渣、燃料气、吹风气,所以煤层较薄,蓄热能力较差,操作上存在极大的困难,如果向燃煤锅炉一样在压火前加大给煤,该操作方法极易造成结焦停炉,同时煤量过大导致压火后启动困难,最终导致停炉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是避免现有技术的缺陷,提供一种三废炉压火方法 。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种三废炉压火方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)解列三废炉联锁保护,防止出现联锁停炉;
(2)将三废炉床温提高到860—890℃,温度保持稳定15分钟后,进行底部排渣,降低床压至6.5-7.0kpa,停止二次风、流化风供风,减少燃烧供氧,停止给煤;
(3)观察到床温开始持续1-3分钟连续下降后,停止供应风量和引风,使床料稳定;
(4)观察到蒸汽量开始持续1-3分钟连续下降后,解列减温水,开启排空,防止憋压;
(5)停止蒸汽输送,保持三废炉高水位,停止给水。停止给水时,开启省煤器再循环阀,使汽包和省煤器形成水循环,防止省煤器断水过热。
本发明的有益效果:可使三废炉在运行状态下进入热备用,在遇到烟风系统出现缺陷可不停炉处理,避免了三废炉重新启动操作,减少了后期点炉升温时间,能够快速投运锅炉进行生产,约了大量能源和时间,可最大程度避免非正常停炉。本发明通过提高三废炉的储热能力,大大提高了三废炉压火时间。

具体实施方式
见图1,工作过程 :
(1)接到压火指令后,解列三废炉联锁保护。
(2)将三废炉床温先提高到880℃,稳定运行15分钟后,加强排渣至床压下降到6.5-7.0kpa区间,先停二次风机2,再停给煤机3。
(3)观察到床温开始持续1-3分钟连续下降后,立即关闭一次风机1和引风机12,关闭各风机风门。
(4)观察到蒸汽量开始持续1-3分钟连续下降后,关闭减温器进水阀8,打开排空阀6,关闭主蒸汽阀7。
(5)关闭主给水阀13,打开给水旁路阀11,上水至汽包5中高水位。
(6)关闭给水旁路阀11,打开省煤器再循环阀9,形成水循环保护省煤器10。
(7)完成压火操作。

1.一种三废炉压火方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)解列三废炉联锁保护,防止出现联锁停炉;
(2)将三废炉床温提高到860—890℃,温度保持稳定15分钟后,进行底部排渣,降低床压至6.5-7.0kpa,停止二次风、流化风供风,减少燃烧供氧,停止给煤;
(3)观察到床温开始持续1-3分钟连续下降后,停止供应风量和引风,使床料稳定;
(4)观察到蒸汽量开始持续1-3分钟连续下降后,解列减温水,开启排空,防止憋压;
(5)停止蒸汽输送,保持三废炉高水位,停止给水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种三废炉压火方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)停止给水时,开启省煤器再循环阀,使汽包和省煤器形成水循环,防止省煤器断水过热。
